Televisions did not work. Front desk knew about it but didn't offer a discount nor did they tell us about the issue. Only said they would report the issue. Floors were not swept. Messed up our white socks. Floor was gritty so had to have something on our feet. Pool was not open. Said it needed to be painted. This was not listed on website when rooms were booked. Had to ask about swimming.

The furniture in the rooms were okay except my bad leaned I believe. The AC did not work good enough I had to shake the handle on the toilet did not get served breakfast. And the pool was dirty

Rooms smelled like a smoker had been in the room which was supposed to be non smoking. The pool was only open on Friday and locked the remaining days. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. My cousin had to change rooms due to mold in the air conditioner that made the room smell bad.

Friendly, accommodating staff, however place under construction therefore no access to lobby, no full breakfast for which a substitution of “frozen brown bag” was provided = pack of 2 small sausage biscuits, fruit, juice box, small muffin. After arrive in room loud rattling A/C -didn’t have someone to take look at A/C so simply moved us to another room. Bed box springs make creaking noise every time you move.

Property was under construction, pool was not clean so my son wouldn’t swim in it. The neighborhood is not the best. Their breakfast was a brown bag with a tiny pre-packaged muffin, an apple juice box, bruised apple and 2 tiny pre packaged sausage muffin. The positive is the room was clean and the AC worked

The word Quality should be taken down from their sign. The staff is doing all they can with no support or maintenance from ownership. The swimming pool was green with algae and had not been cleaned in a while. The one and only ice machine was in disrepair and did not work and if it did I would be afraid to use the ice. My rooms door would not shut properly and you could not fully engage the lock. Not to mention sleeping there is akin to sleeping under a bridge with the highway noise just feet from your door. Terrible place to stay.

Safe location and within walking distance to some really nice bars and restaurants although we drove due to handicap and weather. Staff very nice. Negatives for stay were had to slam door to get to latch, handicap shower chair was not cleaned properly, no hair dryer, and ice machines were down. Breakfast had great choices from yogurt, toast and muffins to eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy and waffles as well as coffee and juices. Very close to Boomtown & Sams Town!

The room has a horrible smell. The floor needed to be mop. The sheet on my bed had a bloody spot. There were something black in the bed. Linen needs to be changed and refrig needed defrost. Charge an extra $50 to me and to be returned on 7 days. Fruit set out was old.

Our room was super clean! I mean even the tub was shining! No bugs, no stale odor, just very clean and comfortable. All the appliances worked, linens and beds were fresh, and NO BUGS! I felt safe here, moved with ease, and slept like a baby. Besides all that, the hotel staff were all super friendly and so were the other guests we encountered. This Quality Inn will always be my first stop when shopping for hotels in the area.

The room was fairly up to date and the staff was very kind and friendly. They're repaving the parking lot and work started at 6:45 AM just outside our door. So that did impede on our sleep a bit. The good news is that they'll be done with that work before most people see this review. The opposite side is fairly close to the highway - so I can see that it may be a bit noisy on that side too. But being in your room with the AC on should drown out most of the noise. After May 2025 - we'd certainly stay there again. But not until the parking lot work is completed.

The service was helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was an influx of people right after I arrived, so it was a little noisy at first. There was a connecting door to the neighbor room and the occupants were a little noisy and distracting but they quieted down later in the evening. Check out was quick and easy. The room was a little chilly so I turned on heater/AC unit. It was a little noisy and blew cool air directly on the bed the whole night.

The first room we were given seemed nice--but the toilet ran. We were moved to another rooom, which was not nice. It was a smoking room (we reserved non=smoking). the tv didn't work==a staff member come and got it working. The room was about 85 when we went in. there were no marking on the heater dials. We finally got some cool air coming in, but the fan was very loud and made a terrible squeeking noise. we had to turn it off when we went to bed, and the room was still overly warm. The unholstered furniture was badly stained. Other than that the room was clean.

Front desk guy, Bryan was rude I was given a conjoined room. Although the door was locked it was inconvenient to me with their loudness. I called for a room change he told me there wasn’t any and I would have to wait until morning! I went down stairs take to him face to face, told him I’m going to leave a review and then all of the sudden I was given a new room! The property was only one way in and one way out which was an inconvenience. The motel is in the middle of a neighborhood. I stayed 2 nights with no tv. Called about that and again “Bryan” told me he was sorry! And it would be Monday before they got the tv to work! There also was no housekeeping. I seen a worker, asked for a trash bag and she told me she would clean my room when I left. I don’t leave until the next morning! I was very disappointed. I recommend not to stay at the motel hotel thing. I will never stay here or another quality inn again. Your better of spending a few more dollars at the Marriot

So I booked this property on Expedia not knowing that it looked nothing like the prices online, was under construction, mildew smell, chairs in room worn and torn. When I requested a refund, the general declined it. I did not feel like this hotel was a place for me and my family to stay. We took the lost and went to another hotel that was clean and provided all amenities that were advertised. Beware Free Breakfast was a brown bag with muffin and juice box. Never again!!!

They did deal with a double booking charge after a second call when we got home. The bathroom (behind the door) was disgusting. The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits were rock hard and the gravy was nasty. )We went to Whataburger).

Stayed two nights. Checkin was a breeze. The staff encountered was friendly and professional. Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. My only complaint is the water in the shower didn’t get hot. I would stay here again!
