We had a 3rd floor room looking at a vent or something mechanical. Not a nice view: the gym was very small and there were no foam rollers or mats for stretching before or after exercise. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is in an excellent location to get in to DC very easily.

The website said there was an EV charger on site, There wasn't one. Found out the next day that it was in an adjacent parking deck - the folks behind the desk when we checked in didn't share that info with us and getting my car charged elsewhere blew up our plans.

The only issue we had with staying at this location was that you’re charged for EVERYTHING. You have to pay to park ($22.50/day), no shuttle to the airport, no complimentary breakfast, etc. The staff was friendly, the subway entrance is a few steps away. If you’re wanting to sightsee, you’ll need to drive. Dining and shopping was within walking distance, but, as expected, all a little pricey. Not much of a “view” from our room. The room was nice and clean and all was really quite, even with hockey teams at the property.

The location is great! Very walkable. Easy Metro access. Bed was comfortable. AC was very loud. Toilet whined when flushed. Also the grab bar in the shower was very loose. Self parking in under ground garage - $22/night. Did not use restaurant. Included in Expedia package was reasonably priced for downtown Arlington. Would stay again.

Great location, safe and walkable; staff was nothing but profession and helpful. Unfortunately the cost of parking was more expensive than the local parking garage less than a half a mile away. The next time I visit, I will be parking there and not at the hotel.

Toilet didn’t work in the initial room and hair was left on the bathroom floor of the replacement room. But the staff was nice and helpful. The location with a Metro connected to the hotel was wonderful

Overall stay was really great. Best quality, the Subway is right outside the door and Starbucks (if you like them). Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was easy. Only negative was that we checked in and received a joining room. The moment we walked in we had a baby crying very loudly and felt like s/he was in our room. The joining door was paper thin. Thankfully they had one room left to move us to. Otherwise it would have been a horrible nights sleep for me as a light sleeper. Will stay again!

Dominique at the front desk helped us out tremendously. He was kind, patient, and extremely efficient. We had an issue where the shower bracket in our room was broken, and we were also the room across from the elevator bank, which was extremely noisy from 7am -9am... He was able to move us to a quieter room with everything functional within an hour of me letting the front desk know we had an issue with our room. I was really happy with the customer service! The main issue with this property is it is just simply very dated, and I would hazard to guess most of the rooms need some maintenance in some capacity (given that the room we first got placed into has a completely broken shower bracket (the shower head is only hand held and MUST be propped up in the bracket, otherwise the water just shoots whatever direction from where it hangs if the bracket is broken --which it was). I am pretty certain the rooms were last renovated in the mid 00s. The only other issue is the guest in the room that connects via the double set of doors between rooms coughed in the middle of the night, and we woke up scared because we thought there was someone in the room with us... after he started snoring, we realized the sound proofing between the rooms felt nearly non-existent. I would probably only stay here again if I could guarantee we get a room away from the elevator bank, and the price was competitive or better than the Westin around the corner.

Urban area so you’re going to pay high prices. No surprise there. But the AC units would wake the dead when it turns on. Ps…the room’s coffee brand was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. If you haven’t have coffee to function, get familiar with the local coffee places. DD is super close by.

Everything was excellent except the view and connecting door noise. Make sure to ask for a room that doesn't look out onto the roof. You want a room that faces a street! Also, ask not to have a room that connects to another room unless you need it. You can hear everything that is said in the room next door through the door. The service was excellent and they moved me to a quieter room. Great location too. Easy to get the metro to the airport. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The AC machine inside the guest room is super loud, feels like you are sleeping next to a train passing by when it is on. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, the housekeeping opened my door before 9:0 on Sunday.

The staff was universally wonderful. Everyone was pleasant, cheerful and enthusiastically helpful. Deanna at the reception desk was especially attentive and helpful. And “Z” in the restaurant was charming and efficient. Also the maitre d’ was wonderful. Also it’s immediately adjacent to the Metro, so a very easy hop into DC. My first choice the next time I visit.

Despite the system going down right before check-in, they were able to get our room situated fairly quickly and got us into a room before too long. The staff was very nice in the face of the adversity they had that day. They gave reasonable time frames to get the system up and were very quick and efficient with the amount of guests coming in at the same time.

When I walked into the lobby to check in, there were three people engaged in conversation—two men and a woman. The person who appeared to be the manager gave me an unpleasant look as I approached, as if questioning why I was there. No one acknowledged or greeted me. The gentleman who eventually checked me in made a reasonable effort, but the overall interaction left much to be desired. Later that evening, I went down to the restaurant for something simple—a slice of cake and a glass of wine. Only one woman was managing all the tables. I understood she was working alone, so I was patient as she took my order, especially since she assured me it wouldn’t take long. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 20 to 30 minutes. She opened the bottle of wine but was then called to the back, leaving the bottle open and unattended. She continued to serve several other guests while my wine remained untouched. At that point, I’d had enough and left without being served. To add to the frustration, the beds in the room were much smaller than expected—I had paid for queen beds, but they felt significantly smaller. I even hit my elbow on the lamp table while turning over. Finally, during checkout, the woman at the front desk was extremely dry and dismissive, as if I were asking for a complimentary stay. I left genuinely disappointed. This marks the second time in the past two months I’ve had such a poor experience with Hilton. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Deanna the assistant manager and Eric at the front desk are amazing! We had a long day on the road traveling in traffic and just wanted to check-in, grab dinner, and relax. Eric checked us in swiftly and anticipated our needs. Once we were settled in our room and ready to find food, we came back down to ask for recommendations. Deanna was at the desk and gave several cuisine options and also showed us menus to help us decide before we went out. We decided on Hawkers and it was delicious!!

The security guard stalked us and made our stay terrible. he randomly would stand outside of our room and sent us a note under the door. I do not recommend, we did not feel safe and when we told the front desk lady she laughed.

Great location, the hotel is right above the Metro station. Plenty choices to eat and shop. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our room is on the executive floor and housekeeping is on daily basis which is not common these days. The breakfast at the executive lounge is good but afternoon snacks could be better. Overall, I am very happy with this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights. Hilton was outstanding; clean, friendly staff, large room. It's located in the heart of tons of restaurants and shopping so easy to walk to. It's also located above the Ballston metro station so it was super easy to get in and out of downtown DC. Definitely will stay again!

Property was clean and and quiet. There is a nice courtyard next to the property with dining options and seating areas. Mike's Cafe was great! The on property restaurant was never open when we tried to eat there, even though the front desk told us they were. The staff was friendly and helpful otherwise.

The staff were very friendly especially the breakfast team. The night before i had tried to go to dinner in the restaurant but couldn't find a host, server, of bartender. I ended up calling room service & the person I left order with as well as who delivered were great. Room very comfortable & area very walkable.

The location is quite convenient. The breakfast buffet offers scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, potatoes, croassant, etc. The rate is $16 per person. There is an IHOP 24h open crossing the street too. The staff was very professional.

The room was clean and spacious. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. You can access the subway system directly from the hotel to get into Washington D.C. The little coffee shop attached to the hotel - Trivoli - has excellent pastries and reasonably prices coffee.
