Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Honestly, we go for the pool and hot tub but once again this year, the hot tub was broken. We won't be going to this hotel again. There are others close by with pools but no hot tubs that are cheaper.

While I liked the hotel itself, some of the amenities weren't really up to speed. The breakfast was very sparse - there were only a couple of cereals, and very little fruit. Not much there for people who didn't like the cooked food. The staff was friendly and helpful, but one of the only two elevators being out of service wasn't ideal.

I have stayed her a few times and rated 5 stars. This time is totally different. I stayed here many times for the Boston Marathon. I picked this hotel for the hot tub pool feature to loosen muscles prior to race and due to easy T access. Got here and they inform me pool/hot tub closed. Great! In years past, Hotel provided an early shuttle to T for marathoners-Not this year! No notification prior to stay or I would've switched hotels. Go to Business center to print info for our daily activities-Business center closed. Great! This is STILL listed on the hotel website as available amenities. We actually checked out a day earlier than our prepaid stay because we were so disappointed with this mess. Will pick somewhere else going forward. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was excellent! The rooms were clean but the beds were just OK as far as comfort. The indoor pool/spa is a nice feature but it was way over chlorinated. Even after a shower my skin smelled like chlorine for a good 24 hours. The breakfast was great and the lobby/sitting area was comfortable.

Property was nice. Not walking distance to shops or food but has shuttle with 4 miles radius. Good to get to mall or food place. Shuttle wasn’t running for 2 days though and there’s no set time. Was told by one staff they just need 15 mins notice to get shuttle and was told by another you wait outside for shuttle so there’s no time to know when it’s around. Closest door handle was broke so couldn’t use. Was charged $5 for a pop we didn’t purchase. Was told my son purchased accept we don’t have a son. Breakfast was good and they sometimes put out fresh baked cookies which was really good.

Hotel was reasonable, what I would expect. Breakfast average. WiFi was good. Hotel was a bit out of the way but they have a local shuttle (which I did not use) that will take you to and from the train station and other local places. One complaint was that there was a constant rumble, presumably from the ventilation system.

This hotel is old and in desperate need of an update. 1) the whole place smells moldy, and at times we smelled the distinct smell of sewage 1) my partner woke up in the morning itching and had an allergic reaction to whatever was going on in this place 3) they told us they have a hot tub, but we got there and it was out of order.

Room 415 was my original room but it had a high pitched sound that was constant. I asked the front desk about it and they said it was a roof issue. I was moved to Room 311. The A/C unit made noise all night long. In the morning we noticed mold in the shower and bath area (ceiling). We left at 5 pm on July 13th after reserving lodging at another location. I have photos of the mold. I will be requesting a reimbursement.

Everything felt and smelled dirty. The mattress for the sleep sofa should be thrown away. The rug felt damp. The pool was gross. There were bananas in the breakfast area, but beyond a point that said "employees only" so when I asked an employee if I could please have one, she said no and then mumbled something and walked away. Not sure why I couldn't have one, but maybe they went bad? The young man who checked us in was very profressional, super informative, and kind.

We enjoyed our stay but we could hear the neighboring rooms very clearly which made it difficult to sleep. I also had to call the desk in the early morning to have someone there to check us out, I waited for a while before I called since we had to leave for the airport. The bed was comfy, the bathtub/shower was nice, and the TV channels were good.

This hotel is geared towards the business traveler. The side of the hotel where all the double queen size rooms are is located next to a plant that operated 24/7. You hear what sounds like a tea kettle going off all the time. If you stay here request a king size room. It’s much quieter.

There's a company next door to the Hotel that has as air handler running 24/7. You hear the noise from it during the entire stay. The Hotel is showing signs of its age. The exit door is out of alignment and scrapes on the floor when you go through it. The elevators bounce and shake. Makes you wonder if you're going to get stuck in them. The rooms are way overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was poor and not worth having.

First room we were given had an odor of sewer gas and the bath faucet was very loose and difficult to use. After making them aware of this they immediately gave us a much better room and were very apologetic. Staff was very friendly.

Terrible stay. I stayed with my pregnant girlfriend, we flew in on a red eye. Tried to check in early and the guy was very rude. Said rooms were sold out, I had my girlfriend go in and act like she was looking to check in and he gave her a price. Meaning rooms were available. I would have paid extra for the early check in. Then when we finally were able to get checked in around 1pm, we got to our room and the AC was broken. Blowing luke warm air. We asked to swap and they once again said rooms were sold out. Offering no solution. Would not suggest staying here.

I don't normally post reviews honestly, but I do need to highlight my experience here. Our family stayed for 2 nights recently, and our first night wasn't great. The room was muggy because of a broken AC unit, and there was a musty smell because the same unit had been leaking water all over the carpet by the window. When I went to request a new room for my family, I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do that night, but please check in again with the manager the next morning. After breakfast I spoke with the manager, who not only got us a new room (which was wonderful), but had it clean within the hour to move in, and didn't charge us for the first night. All this to say, I appreciate that they owned the situation, there was no having to fight or finagle a refund (she offered the credit), and we were able to go on with our day knowing the situation was handled. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but I saw it in full display here!

Service was outstanding from check in to breakfast. People were very nice and very polite and very helpful. It felt great! The room was just fine. The hallways are rundown with chipped paint and stained rugs and lots of wear.

This location is a bit older, but, it was located close enough to downtown Boston and the Airport for our travel convenience. The nearby mall and restaurants were a plus, (I highly recommend eating at the Legal Seafood restaurant nearby). The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and, our stay was pleasant. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were both inoperable during our stay. This was a good location for an affordable rate.

I got ill after eating that breakfast. Never again. Plus the AC wasn't working, we complained and complained and the room was hot as hell. Yoi spend all that money its 90 outside and no working AC, ridiculous.
