We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. After driving six hours and arriving at elven o’clock at night with two children, the front desk woman informed us that they did not have a room for us because corporate overbooked. When we went to a nearby hotel in search of a room we explained our situation to the front desk man there. He informed us that we were the third group of people to come in that night having had the same experience with Sonesta braintree. We will never do business with them again.

hotel guest screaming and shouting baby crying at 2 in the morning very loud noises had hardly any sleep then fire alarm goes off at 9 am

This hotel is falling apart. Check in took forever. The staff are not very attentive. The room was ok but TV was garbage. They need to remodel ASAP.
