The gentleman who checked us in was efficient, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Breakfast in the morning was very good. My 5 year old son LOVED the automatic pancake maker. Lots of parking. Easy to find the hotel. Clean rooms. Everything worked well. It was relatively quiet (on our second night, we could hear water running in the room above us for about 30 minutes).

The computer system was down when we arrived. One ice machine in the entire building and it was on the first floor. The bathroom was so small that when you’re done taking a shower, the sink, mirror, and hair dryer was in the room’s foyer. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the staff was very polite and courteous.

Bed bugs all over the beds. A hostile and defensive attitude from owner when shown evidence. Room was stuffy and had an odor. Refund was refused. We spent $300 on the room and maybe 10 minutes inside the room before leaving.

IF you want a place to lay your head this place does the bare min of that. We were told that our room was cleaned ahead of our arrival and that it would not be cleaned (sheets changed or bed made, bathroom items restocked etc) again. Additionally we were instructed to bring the used towels downstairs to get new ones. When i did this they didn’t take them from me but led me to the laundry room where they told me to place them in the bin. Same thing with the trash we had to bring it down and told which trash can to put it in. My sister and I just bought towels since the ones they provided were stained and looked like they hadn’t been washed with bleach. The place still has the writing on the wall of the rm numbers from before the plaque was put up. Tap on the ceiling was obvious and patched areas on the wall was not covered over with wall paper. Would not stay again

The bedding in the room smelled like it had not been cleaned, very much body smell. The bathroom around the bathtub looked dirty. There was garbage bags in the parking area, where possibly homeless people had been during the night.

Receptionist not welcoming, rather more authoratarion , asked me if i smoke and i said no, again while signing she wanrned me if i smome will be $250, everyrhing sounded like she was doing a favour on me while checking in. Got off the elevator smelled bad , old or uncleaned carpert. Average place between and motel and a hotel , not worth it for 300 a night.

Hotel and room were clean and orderly. A couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Rust stains around the tub drain need to be removed and apparent hand dirt on inside edge of bathroom door should be cleaned off, otherwise fine.

We stayed at this hotel with our little child, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We requested a baby crib in advance, but it was not provided. The biggest issue, however, was the strong smell of dampness or mold in the room. The window could not be opened, and the air conditioner also emitted a bad odor, making it very difficult to breathe. These conditions are completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a child.

Best thing was the very friendly staff. Walls were paper thin. Fridge made a constant noise which was actually welcomed once our neighbors got too loud overnight. Our door didn’t lock unless we used the deadbolt which was impossible once we left the room.

All in all our stay was good. Just needed a place to sleep after a show. Front desk staff was accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes early and waived the early check in fee. We were however unhappy with the queen bed situation. When we checked in and went to our rooms we found the beds to be oddly smaller, thinking there was an error we went to the front desk and where told we did have queen beds however, these were “mini queens”. No where on the hotel site does it say anything about mini queen beds. We did a little research and found that this was an actual thing. If this were clearly stated on the room description, we probably would have stilled stayed, it just wouldn’t have been such a surprise. Breakfast was also broken down at 9am when the front desk said 10am which was a little disappointing. Lastly, the smoke detectors in the room where removed from the ceiling but the exposed wires were left hanging. Again, this was just a place to sleep for a few hours but the price didn’t reflect what we received.

Had a 2 queen bed room, everything in the room was clean and appropriate to stay in, didn’t care for the fact that I opened the hall door to the bathroom vanity, that was open to the sleeping quarters. Toilet and shower were in the bathroom, but no sink in there.

Beds were comfy. Bathroom was tiny for 1 person let alone 4 people and some towels were stained. Only 1 shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided to be shared among 4 people which wasn’t ideal. Good choice at breakfast although dining area was cramped. Staff were pleasant and polite. Room was fine but could do with updating. We would’ve liked to have a safe. Handy having the fridge and microwave. Good price and we found it easy to drive to Quincy Adam’s station and park there to get into Boston on the train. Good dining options nearby. Okay for the three nights we were there but glad it wasn’t longer.

We witnessed 2 uncomfortable incidents at the front desk. The manager was sharing some personal political beliefs when we checked in. Later there was a big disruption as a family was arguing with the manager about their reservation and it appeared he was not going to allow them to stay. We did not see how the situation was resolved. All other staff was friendly and helpful.

During our stay we were first greeted by the hotel manager, Raj. My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding, check-in was going fine until he made a comment about human trafficking, making me extremely uncomfortable. Continuing this interaction, he talked about unruly visitors he has kicked out and fined. Not exactly what you want to hear checking in somewhere you’re staying for 4 nights. Head up to the room and we are met with the smell of urine and must, turned on the AC to try to maybe move the smell around with no success. This alone makes me feel like I am somewhere unclean/unsanitary. After examining our sheets and towels, the sheets don’t particularly smell great but, that could just be from stale air in the room, and some of our towels were stained even after getting new ones. The shower itself heated up well and water pressure was fine, the tub was uneven and felt like it was sinking into the floor below us with obvious water damage on the ceiling. Being there for 4 nights having a TV was nice except for when it would randomly disconnect from the service. Breakfast is included staying here, unfortunately after the first morning we decided to omit breakfast due to just subpar quality. We were not pleased with our overall stay especially for the price it was.

The Best Western charged us an extra 20 dollars for our 17 year old who should have been free. We have never been charged extra before. The desk people were unfriendly and were rude to our nephew when he asked a question. The lady who staffed the breakfast was friendly and very helpful which, along with the clean hotel got a Okay rating.

Great stay. Right when I got there the man at the front desk was SO friendly. Hotel was clean & room was great. A bit of a distance from downtown Boston but for the price I didn’t mind the 25 minute drive. Breakfast in the morning had fresh eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc… overall great stay!
