Nice location and spacious. Was more of a BNB than a hotel. We had the large room on the third floor. No elevator, so had to carry bags all the way up, so keep that in mind. Place was great, friendly staff, room in good shape. The AC in the room was a bit loud, so woke me up a few times at night, but they did provide earplugs if needed.

Absolutely loved our stay. Brought my mother to Nantucket with me. We both had a great stay. Matt and his staff are amazing and kind. The breakfasts were world class. The rooms are wonderful. There is an adorable sitting area outside where we spent hours just talking. 5 Stars. Highest recommendation. Thank you!
