It was confusing to get to the hotel. We actually had to drive all the way around back of the first hotel that we thought we were staying at. The room was good but the bed was as stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering, never seen this before and the vending was ridiculous. I had to pay $4 for a drink!!!!! In the morning it said grab and go breakfast and there was absolutely no food at al it was just coffee. That’s certainly not grab and go that I have had at other hotels. Elevators were dirty as well.

The property is pretty outdated. My stay was nice but could have used a few more amenities. The breakfast was coffee and a breakfast bar. There is no ice machine in the facility, and was told it was because the room had a fridge and ice maker in it. My room did not have any ice cube trays, and even if it did, it would have taken how long to freeze them to actually get ice?

Room was clean and comfortable and quiet, which was really the most important thing. Parking super easy. Location super convenient.

The property is located in a newly transferred road construction, and the GPS has difficulties, finding it. It is also confusing, that a second, separate Extended Stay America is located in front of this location, where every guest checks in and is advised that it is the wrong location. Otherwise, besides this confusion, I had a good stay.

By far the worst experience of my 50 years of traveling. Dirty smelly unsafe. Elevator broke. Breakfast included was dry muffins. They ran out and so did the coffee. No ice. Didn’t clean room. I could go on…..

We usually travel low budget but this hotel was something else. To start, entrance and the whole floor we stayed in was smelly. Some very distinct odour of dirty, mold and food. The reception and elevators floor were dirty and sticky. Second, we didn’t get room service when we left the hotel. Bathtub was dirty and it was full of mold on the grouts. Bed was old and noisy, the towels didnt look clean. Lots of noisy neighbours running and screaming in the corridors. Also, the smoke free room was smelling cigarettes when we atrived.

I didn't have a horrible stay , but definitely not coming back here ever again. The bathtub was filthy with leftover hair which clearly hadn’t been cleaned out prior my check in. After wiping them out myself , l lay towels down while taking a shower just so my feet would touch the surface of the bathtub. Was the only way l could shower without gagging. The room was cold with no way to warm it up, and the whole place felt old, outdated, and in desperate need of a remodel. I should’ve listened to the poor reviews — never staying here again.

This property was the worst I have ever stayed at. I dont think it was cleaned before we checked in. There was old food, tissues, broken balloons and a bottle pop container all found when we got there. We also noticed dried urine on the outside of the toilet.

We stayed there twice (the second time was an accident - we didn’t remember we had been there before and didn’t like it). The hallways smelled awful, and to make it worse was the air freshener used to mask the odor. We had three roaches in our room, an outlet that didn’t work, and the shower temperature was luke warm, ar best. A kitchenette is provided but no utensils, cups, dishes, etc. to make the kitchen functional. The breakfast included in the morning is misleading…nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins (like what you’d get in a vending machine), and coffee without milk or cream (they had sweetened creamer concentrate). No fruit, cereal, juice, or even water. It’s a snack at best, not breakfast. The front desk staff did their job, but they were not friendly. They appeared to be inconvenienced when called upon, and not concerned about how I was enjoying my stay with them. We won’t be going back.

We had a very poor experience during our stay. The room had multiple patch holes in the walls that hadn’t been painted over, giving it an unfinished and neglected appearance. Even worse, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning since we had two small children with us. The bathroom sink didn’t work at all, making basic hygiene difficult, and we were extremely alarmed to find black mold in the bathroom. This is not only unsanitary but a serious health risk. We expected a clean and safe environment for our family, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that standard. We will not be returning and do not recommend it to other families.

The room was ok but all the lights did not work. Shower leaked cold water. Curtains didn't fit picture window, so it had to be pinned and tapped closed for privacy. Main light over the bathroom sink did not work. Receptacles didn't all work.

The hotel staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and quiet. Our only complaint was the terrible Internet. If you want higher speed, you have to pay for it. So if you're counting on "free Internet" for work, just know that you'll probably have to pay to get any work done. People mentioned the breakfast isn't much, and it's not but we were okay with that since we had a kitchen in the room.

The room was very clean, sheets and towels were great, but the overall condition of the room was poor condition. A few of the cabinet fronts were either gone or badly damaged. For close to $200, I was very disappointed. Also, since they do seem to be renovating the building, there was a dumpster removal truck with all the beeps at 6am on a Saturday, which was frustrating!

We had a nice overnight stay at this hotel. The woman who checked us in was likable and professional. The process was straightforward and it was apparent that the hotel prioritizes security and the safety of guests. We were given a first floor room as requested, which was appreciated--we had an early morning appointment the following day. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our room was fairly spacious and well-equipped with kitchenette and full-size fridge. The microwave worked but had damage and should be replaced. Beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was reasonably quiet. The room however was a bit shopworn and could use a deep cleaning and paint. Wifi was very good. Our check-in set a good tone for our visit--the woman was very helpful. We hope to stay at this hotel again next year.

Rooms outdated (lots of wear and tear) but clean. Hallway had garbage and not clean. Bed mattress sagging/worn out, so woke up with back ache. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable and I could feel/hear plastic coverings on them. Front desk was chaotic. Noise level was terrible - fan in room for heat/air/light was loud. The walls were so thin that I heard constant noise from hallway or room next door. All made it impossible to get a good night sleep. I would have expected this if it were a lower budget motel, but not for price I paid. I have stayed in Waltham 12+x in last year at surrounding hotels for same / close to same price and had luxury experience. Unfortunately they were sold out day of. I will not be back.

It was not expensive and close to Boston. Pretty quiet. Ok for one night, but totally run-down. Broken furniture, sticky stains on the countertop, bathroom cabinets falling apart. Bed clean and comfortable enough, working AC and fridge.

The desk vclerk did the best she could, but our room wasn't available, at 8pm, and she moved us to a one bed room instead of two beds. Evidently we got lucky, it sounds like the cleaning crew left 2 hours earlier and several reservations weren't going to even get a room. The hotel is pretty outdated, and I was a little scared with all of the roach hotels on the floor, but fortunately we were only staying until 6:00 a.m.

Terrible experience. I was on a red eye to Boston and booked a room for the night before so I could check in early in the morning and shower. I sent the hotel an email alerting them I would not check in the evening, and I called the front desk in the evening of the reservations. When I arrived in the morning, they had given away my room, and the person (Warren) was very rude - who had I talked to on the phone, and it was all my fault. And they had charged me a no show - this I got reversed later in the day when I cam back and there was a not rude person at the front desk. Bottom line - I was stranded in the hotel parking lot without a room or anywhere to go to at 6am.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a reservation I made through Expedia for July 10, 2024, at the Extended Stay America property. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager was unprofessional and rude, and to make matters worse, she denied me access to the room I had reserved. Fortunately, I was able to find accommodations next door at the Hyatt, where I stayed instead. After this incident, I called Extended Stay America customer service around 3:00 PM in an attempt to cancel the reservation. However, I was advised to contact Expedia directly. When I tried to do so, I discovered that Expedia’s customer service hours are limited to Monday through Friday, and I was unable to resolve the issue at that time. I would like this matter reviewed and request a refund for the reservation that was denied to me under unacceptable circumstances. I trust you will take this matter seriously and look into the conduct of the hotel staff as well. I look forward to your prompt response.

There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. The telephone didn't work to call for assistance. It took 15 or 20 minutes until staff appeared, and then he was surly. The room was on the first floor. We couldn't open the curtains bc the parking lot was right there .The room was dark and two lamps did not work. The sinks and tub did not drain. We reported these things immediately and although we were there for 4 days, nothing was repaired during our stay. The bed was so close to the wall that I had to walk sideways to get in bed. The tv didn't swivel to face either the bed of the sofa. In conclusion, this was the worst place I have ever stayed and will never go back. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. It's a slum!

This property is conveniently located off of I95 5 miles north of I 90. Multiple restaurants in the area to meet all dining choices and budgets. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Great choice for overnight or longer stays

When we arrived there we were assigned to a room that was already occupied. We were told that the only other room available was clean but had an odor. The staff escourted me alone to the room to “check it out” there was a significant mold/mildew odor that could be smelled from the door. We were told that there were no other rooms and given suggestions to try another hotel nearby. We then had to walk next door and paid double the rate for a smaller room next door because we were dropped off by an uber and had no alternative for Lodging. The lobby was dirty and there was a spill on the floor that was dripping all the way from the front desk to the elevator and there was aignicoant dirt buildup on the spill to indicate that it had been there for a long period of time. There were good reviews but my experience was terrible. I did not feel safe to stay there with my husband and children as there were several health/sanitation concerns.

We booked this because it advertised free breakfast and coffee maker in the room. We got neither. Was very surprised when we got up and went down to the desk. The attendant said he didn’t have food to put out and there was no coffee. He did give us a coffee maker to take back to our room. Condition of the room was not great. The sheets were clean but the spread and blanket smelled like dirty clothes.

Spraying went on and we were told we had to be out of the rooms by 9am. The site also said breakfast but it was a grab and go which only had coffee, tea, fruit bars and packets of oatmeal. No fruit, or yogurt or cereal.
