The room was lovely and the breakfast was very nice. The laundry facilities were not working. After waiting for the maintenance man, we found out that the machines were not accepting credit cards. The hotel staff offered to do the laundry. I specifically asked if it could be done right away and if it be done in cold water. The management said no problem. We waited in our room, only to find out the hotel only has hot water. We took the laundry to a local laundromat. This was my son's bedding and towels for college. We barely made it in time for move-in at Northeastern University.

I stayed for an overnight get away that was quiet with a gym. The hotel did it all. The bar was great with Lou. Gym was nice & clean. I was in room 351 - the room could have used a little maintenance. Something was on the ceiling & walls that was painted over. Wish that would have been clean for such a new hotel. The Breakfast was just ok. I went at the end of the time & things were already missing. But overall for the price point I had a good stay.

The hotel is fine for the price, but it’s pretty outrageous that you have to pay $10 to stay in their expansive outside parking lot. It meant going back outside during check-in with all of my luggage, to put a parking permit in the car. Should be included. Silly.

Every thing was good. Food as expected pool was warm. Room was a bit small and the couch was worn a little. Could have used a deep clean like baseboards but overall clean. Not a fan of paying to park while a guest at the hotel.

There was rust on the shampoo and conditioner bottles, stains on the chair, and the room was supposed to have a full kitchen but just had a microwave and mini fridge I was only here for one night so the kitchen wasn’t a big deal for me

I found this hotel to be very underwhelming and a bit tired, especially for the price! Also, I found it insulting that there are no options to park anywhere except for their lot and yet they charge you $10 a day to park your car in their lot which made me feel ripped off. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The only nice I can think of to say about my stay here is that the room seemed clean. The furniture was worn and the bathroom sink did not drain properly,

Beautiful room and the best thickest double layered blackout shades I've ever seen! Great location and Waltham MBTA train to Boston S Station or 70 bus direct to Harvard Yard. We asked for a room on the far side of the hotel, away from interstate 95, which was very quiet (because a room on the I-95 side of the hotel is very close to the freeway traffic noise especially in the morning). Very well managed hotel.

The initial customer service agent was welcoming, the room was nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable, and all the bedding for it wasn't in the room. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said I had to go down to pick it up. A little strange because normally this would be available in the room. Also there were not enough towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly when I saw one, but the tables were not clean and I didn't see anyone again I could ask about it.

The hotel decor is modern, and the room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard free hotel fare. The problem is that the hotel sits right on a highway and they obviously did not consider the noise when they put in windows that hardly block it at all, for this reason I would not chose this hotel again.

It was a 4.5 star stay. Clean hotel with modern room design, large suite. First time in a US hotel I could open one window just a bit with a safety mechanism-and I loved that fresh air. Room service every 2-3 days only. Parking is paid. Breakfast was basic but okay. The price of the stay was reasonable for the area-and we would return in the future. Overall we were happy. Special thanks to the front desk staff for receiving our packages.

Everything was amazing! The Front Desk was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable at all times. We were visiting and were provided with multiple restaurants offering delivery (we arrived past midnight). The breakfast was fresh, the lines do get full after 7:30 but the staff did a great job.

Not good at all I booked my stay from 13-Jul. Reached hotel at 8am 14-Jul and room wasn't ready. After waiting for 2hr at the reception got into the room . Eventually was charged for parking on 13-Jul (when I was never there on that day). On telling hotel staff, didnt get fixed. Still didnt get a refund. I was charged extra $800 on checking out. Had to raise a credit card dispute fir this charge. Dodgy hotel for sure.

I had receive a message my room was ready by 330pm when I went to the desk for got my room keys after checking in reach to the room when my son open the room door to a couple sleeping . The man in the room jumped up a was very upset we was given someone else’s room. I apologize and went right back to the front desk. They did not know what was the reason for the mixup after half hour they was able to change me to a different room..

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in the last three months. It is clean and the rooms are quiet. It is also safe. In that regard, one can not take the elevator to one of the floors unless you have a room key. We had a larger suite room which was nice. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was good. What makes the hotel so nice is its location in Waltham MA close to RT 95 and the Mass Turnpike. It's only ~20 min to downtown Parking is also free. We highly recommend this hotel.. We rate this hotel 4.5 stars (out of five).

The property and the room is well maintained, clean and looks fairly new. The breakfast could be better, hot food selection was limited to only turkey sausages and what looks like a glorified bagel bites with cheese and bacon bits. I was told there were scrambled eggs earlier in the morning but were all gone by 8am and wasn’t replenished. I also have difficulty understanding the front end staff on duty who checks us in.

The breakfast in the morning offered a great variety of items, which made for a nice start to the day. On the first night there was a fire alarm caused by a microwave, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently, and the rest of the stay was very pleasant.

Very nice room that was clean and comfortable - nice modern decor. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast offerings were simple but good. $14 for parking was unimpressive, but free parking seems to not be a thing anywhere near Boston. I’d stay there again!
