The room was fairly large, modern, and very clean. Parking is free onsite and check-in was easy. The indoor pool is fairly small and shallow (not suitable for swimming laps), but if you just want a quick dip it gets the job done. The onsite restaurant/bar was subpar. Servings are large but the food is expensive and not great. Rather than giving you a glass of water they bring you miniature bottled water. My wife and I each consumed three of these mini bottles with dinner. Using so many bottles instead of drinking glasses seems wasteful.

I had to leave early in the AM for an event before the weekend breakfast. The staff kindly packed a to go breakfast for me. The bartender (Louie) was very pleasant and helped with my to go dinner. Lovely property.

Stayed here for two reasons, Breakfast and pool. And both were awesome The Breakfast was amazing! Had a lot of different options. Pool was heated which was nice since it was cold outside. Definitely will stay here again if in the area.

Overall, I thought the place was nice. However, the moment I opened the fridge, the room immediately smelled like old food. Also, the coffee was machine was dirty…used it for hot water and there were dark pieces in the water…not sure exactly what it was but can guarantee I wasn’t finding out and threw it away.

When we checked in to our room the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was trash on the floor and the mirrors were dirty. The shower door was also not cleaned and had product residue on it. We notified the front desk and they did apologize for the inconvenience, offered to have cleaning service stop by the following day. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Depending on the time of day, some were very kind and helpful and others were not. The common areas downstairs were well kept, and breakfast had many options. On our last day there they had a pipe burst so many rooms were without running water. Overall, we would likely not stay here again having more options available in Waltham.

Beautiful hotel! The hotel is extremely clean and the staff was wonderful! The room was spacious and we slept great!! Breakfast in the morning was included and there was a good selection of food. Overall excellent experience!

We called twice and they didn't realize we had a reservation. Had to call a third time. This required us to scramble a bit to try to find a room for the night, only to call again and then they found our reservation. Bathroom trash still left from last occupant. Bathroom soap also used from last occupant.

Our first room was overlooking a noisy highway. Very unpleasant. All the rooms with two beds face the highway. We moved rooms for the 2nd night, but my sister and I had to share a bed. Hotel was adequate.

For a pretty new building it looked good however I could hear the people above me walking and jumping around, the water in the bathroom from other rooms could be heard and the water pressure in the shower was a trickle at best. Ugh not staying here again

The staff were very friendly; quick check in; secure as you have to use your room key to take the elevator. The room was so clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The one thing I will mention is that “city view” apparently means right across from highway. The traffic did not bother me at all, but I thought I’d mention it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at with such an affordable rate.

Sad, dry front desk welcoming. Only a run down off fees was empathized. The suite right in front of a busy highway on a weekend, the only window in the smelly room would not open to air it out. The suites doors slammed at any time, no a/c in the hallways...What a disaster... Stressful stay.
