We have stayed here before. The room was ok. We had what we needed. I think charging 2.00 for water in room is nuts it’s not a cheap hotel. The pool is NOT warm so even though they say it’s “heated” it is not. The hot tub was actually working and was hot, most of the jets don’t work but it was okay. This Hilton charged for breakfast which a lot of them give free continental- we ended up going out to eat instead and it was actually cheaper! Although they now give you a pass for the parking garage which is good but it is super inconvenient to have to unload in front and park across two streets to park especially if you’re alone with kids. Highly recommend they atleast get a valet service. Overall it was okay- a lot of the staff workers just kind of hang out in front lobby socializing.

Place was super nice! Parking was $15 in the garage across the street and in and out privileges. Breakfast was $17 for the buffet or anywhere from $12-$17 for an off the menu choice. It was a good breakfast and good coffee. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours though as we tried to grab a cup upon checkout at 11:30. Check out is at 12p which is always nice. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing and just what we needed in the morning. The staff were friendly, particularly our waitress for breakfast! We stayed here for a festival down at city square park and jt was perfect walking distance to both the festival and food options. We would definitely stay again.

We booked here last minute for a wedding looking for a hotel with a hot tub. When we got there, we discovered the hot tub was closed for renovations. This was not listed on Expedia or on the hotel’s site. Had we known this, we would have stayed at a cheaper hotel with no hot tub. I also didn’t do my research and didn’t realize you have to pay to park in a garage across the street from the hotel. Bed was comfy, room was clean and other than that the experience was average.

Convenient location.....right across the street from DCU Center, which was the purpose of the trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that an UNO Chicago Grill is attached to the hotel - no need to leave hotel to search for a restaurant. Did have a little difficulty figuring out TV navigation, but that is no big deal.

There is no on-site parking, parking is across the street in a not great area so any women traveling alone having to walk to and front from the old run-down parking garage is dangerous. The hotel is older, could some use upgrading but the room and bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was no room cleaning service at all our entire stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of servic Location for drop-off is unclear/confusing. The desk staff and food staff were fabulous. Lobby was clean, comfortable, and well appointed but the lobby atmosphere was a bit uninviting.

The staff was so great I was staying due to the proximity to the hospital. My father’s surgery ran longer and the staff was more than accommodating on assisting me with a later check out. The night before the surgery I checked in used the hot tub and enjoyed the UNOs attached to the building. I used the onsite fitness center which was very clean I found the common area bathroom was also extremely clean. All around this was a great experience while not staying for a not so great situation.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. The beds were a disappointment, however. Felt like a spring bed that moved every time you got up. Also we chose this hotel (at a higher cost) for the hot tub but it was broken. Parking is across the street in a public garage at $12/day pd at the front desk.

The room was outdated but served the purpose. Unfortunately, the shower had long black hair across the walls and floor and the bathroom smelled of old urine. We placed a complaint and were offered another room however WE had already cleaned the shower as we had an event to attend and it was more of an inconvenience to move rooms as we had settled and were on our way out for the night. Management offered to refund our parking ($14.95) which was an insult to be honest especially when you spend a minimum of $175 for a room that should ALWAYS been clean ESPECIALLY the bathroom. We have chosen to reach out to Hilton directly and will not use them again in the future.

The room seemed like it had not been cleaned and the sheets had been pulled over the bed and not changed, there was dirty socks in the the sheets, stains all over the mattress hand prints all over the ceiling and looked like mud all over the lamp shade.

The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are fine, the vent in the bathroom was dusty and there was weird hair on the ceiling. You stay here for the location but the price is high for the quality.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We found large clumps of black hair scattered throughout the room, and even floating in the hot tub, along with a large piece of skin. The towels were dirty, containing black hairs and a large glob of spit. Everything pointed to a serious lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we addressed these concerns with the reception, the staff were rude and unhelpful, claiming to know nothing and saying they didn’t deal with the rooms. They also had no idea about the safe box that was supposed to be in our room. Overall, this experience was unacceptable.

Check in and check out was easy. The hallways and elevators were unkempt. The furniture in the room was worn and needs replacing. The hvac was extremely loud as was the mini fridge, which roared to life with a loud groaning noise every 45 minutes, making sleep darn near impossible.

Perfect location to go to the Free Play arcade, DCU center, Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, etc Hotel itself is updated, Reception is very friendly, all the necessary Amenities were provided. Hotel could use some deep cleaning. Toilet needs replacing as the inside is gray and has permanet wear marks. toilet counter was not cleaned as it had water and toothpaste marks on it. carpet in bedroom was not vacumned.

This location's rooms need updating & the rooms need to be clean, prepared for the customers. We rented two rooms & all the beds had to be changed. We had to change all the sheets ourselves. One of the sheets had a burn mark all the way through, some of the sheets were stained & they clearly had not been changed all the sheets. That is not ok.

Right next to the DCU so perfect for graduation ! Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, breakfast buffet is just so-so. If your room is on street side (facing parking garage) prepare for lots of road noise!

Rooms are falsely advertised as king beds when they are queens. Also they have doors to adjoining rooms with no sound insulation, you can hear the other room at talking noise levels. Doesn’t feel private. When asked the front desk about this they said it is what it is they can’t do anything about it and that those beds are “their” king beds, they kept repeating even when told they are queens. They didn’t seem to care at all about their false advertisement.

The beds were soft and squeaky. Air unit didn’t have a constant fan option. None of the bottles of shampoo, etc... had anything in them. Great location and staff, but overall a disappointing stay.

I booked 12 rooms here at the Hilton Garden Inn, I have never had such a bad experience, trying to check into a hotel in my entire life, I regularly stay in hotels at minimum once a week. Room name, confirmation numbers, all crisscrossed, and front desk not willing to help whatsoever, entirely ruined my experience and reason for being here in the first place, wasted probably two hours at check in at various times trying to check in my party, which turned into a job in itself. In good conscious I could never stay at a Hilton ever again, thanks to this experience, in fact, I would love a phone call from someone that should care so I can share this negative experience.

Every single person we met who was working at this hotel was amazing. The manager Amy is extremely accommodating and truly will go above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay. She was so nice to us during a difficult time. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

One thing I didn't like was that they charged $15 for a buffet which they had two types of scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and two types of sausage. Granted that the buffet setup was what they had to work with But they also had a menu if anyone wanted a choice. They accepted cash or they'll charge it to your room. Which that made sense for doing it that way. But overall everything else was great.

The staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet.... Well, it's was so-so, I would not purchase the buffet again, I would order from a menu and have it made fresh. Rooms were clean. Lots of areas to hang out and work or talk. UNO pizza is attached, but not to good and the bar was closed on a Friday night from lack of employees working, that's never good when you're attached to a hotel. Overall the hotel is excellent with staff but slightly overpriced. I stay here often so I would recommend it. It's the best around Worcester

Stay was ok. Hotel seems dated, bed not very comfortable and surprised bottle water in room is $2 not complementary. Also a bit shocking the fee for the parking garage. Just add tot he hotel cost as everyone needs to park I would think. Lastly after going to a show at DCU, nothing to come back to the hotels to like a bar or food.

The Hilton Garden was chosen for my son's graduation. It was close to the center and we could walk. The rooms were clean, staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The wait staff at breakfast were nothing but wonderful.
