AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester

Parking overnight is an additional $18 and walking in and out is confusing. Better instructions at check in may have helped. Also, the shower was very good once I figured out how it worked. Why do you need a physics degree to bathe is beyond me..

Convenient to theatre. Electric charging for car. Good restaurants

A one-night stay was satisfactory, but there were many annoying design elements. There are too many light switches, towels all the way across the bathroom with no bar to hang near the shower, fluorescent blue body wash, very soft pillows, etc. Nothing that was a deal breaker. There is terrible signage in the garage, nothing that tells you you will pay $18 for parking till you checked in at the desk. But "event parking" was only $10 - it seems to me if you are staying AT the hotel, that should be $10. But whatever for corporate decisions. Breakfast was $17 each, was adequate. Thanks for the ice coffee!

Fireplace in Lobby was on 24/7 which was so nice to sit by given that my entire stay is was only in the teens. Front desk staff was so helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city if you can get a room with a city view.

Our visit - albeit brief, staying less than 24 hours - was seamless thanks to AC Hotel by Marriott. Everything was within walking distance, check in and check out were easy and quick, the room was ample, clean and comfy and the bar was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable and clean in perfectly central location in Worcester. Fitness Center is modern and fully equipped and breakfast was excellent.

I stayed for one night, i would stay again. I always do a clean of any place i stay but no major concerns with cleanliness. Nice gym, no smell in the rooms. Clean sheets

The hotel bar needs some polish. Not great ambiance or servers. It has potential but more effort is needed

We booked this hotel because our flight was cancelled at Worcester airport. I chose it because of the on-site bar and usually nice Marriott breakfast. The bar wasn’t open. The cream for in room coffee was chunky! Ewww Breakfast was not very good. The scrambled eggs were not made to order. The buffet has very limited selection. We had to open the kitchen door to get the server to pay our bill. The property itself is very pretty and the bed was comfortable. I would have spent the extra on the marriott if I would have known about the lack of bar and poor breakfast. I would have went with a Hampton inn instead. Not worth the price here

This property is very pretty but had some deficiency. During the night, some large mechanical device kept kicking on and off. It was so loud it jarred our whole family awake every time. I spoke to other guests who had the same experience. Additionally, our coffee supplies had trash mixed in with them and our lotions in the bathroom were half empty and obviously used.

Check in was fine. Got to the room . Stuff in toilet. Trash in trash can. Washcloth used and soap at sink used.

Pleasant stay, as always! Rooms were clean and quiet, and the common areas were well taken care of. The team behind the desk was friendly and courteous.

Room was dirty bedding for pullout was dirty, they left no towels. Fridge was disgusting.....shower was gross, light in vanity didnt work, sofa chaor and sfa were strained....

The room was not cleaned well. There was hair all over the place, crumbs and dust. The mirrors had hand prints and the floor had stuff caked on it.

Staff was friendly and recognized us to say good morning. Room was very comfortable and AC worked well (we like to keep a cold room). Area was walkable to the DCU Center which was the main reason we were there but very walkable to other locations and events happening during our stay. Will be adding AC hotels to my list of places to stay.

Staffs are very nice! But the room is too small

We had to ask for a second bath towel. Main complaint is that our view (and maybe most views) was of a large roof and roof air conditioners. It's a city hotel but the roof could have been designed better, perhaps with a garden terrace.

Room was clean but noisy from other rooms showering and flushing toilet. Also disappointed there was no shampoo in the shower. Lastly TV was not working correctly. All the shows showed a purple tint as if TV was dying.

We stayed one night, we attended a concert at DCU Center, which was a quick walk. Hotel overall was nice, but our mini fridge was broken and some liquid had oozed out of it and was never cleaned, gross. Also, HVAC was very loud. No fan in bathroom. Would only stay again because close to venue. Front staff was nice and friendly.

If you want a nice view, stay away from an inner room on the floor above the lobby. The window looked at the AC or some type of large grey (in color) structures. It was the view of the top of part of the hotel (or 110 grill). It was scary to think that someone could be on the roof and look right into my room. Other than that, I enjoy staying at this AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester. I've stayed here in the past while attending a show at the DCU.

Very clean and updated. Only issues was fan in room somewhat loud and kept turning on throughout night. . Otherwise highly recommend.

Front desk staff in the am was very rude. For a marriott property was disappointed by the attitude she gave.

I had a great stay, The check in was amazing, I was here early and they let me check in early and it was such a blessing, Or I would have had to find other things to do, the room is clean comfortable, updated, very quiet considering everyone is here mostly for a cheer comp, I was disappointed that there is a high cost for their breakfast and the prices were high for this event in this area, very close to what we were doing, but not a lot of options for food in this area. The hotel was great and parking was very easy to get in and out of. Would come here again :) And I love their Christmas decorations!!

We got to the hotel early & checked in. Got up to the room and they put us in a room w/ 2 queen beds. Problem is, I reserved a king w/couch. I went back to lobby & spoke with manager, Brandon, I think. He said that’s all they had - they were sold out. I asked him to clarify - it wasn’t even 3:00 PM, how could they NOT have a king w/couch room available? He said other people made reservations and they were sold out. I asked why my reservation was any different from anyone else’s? I was THERE and on the way to our room, literally saw housekeeping cleaning the room type I’d reserved. He kept repeating himself -they were sold out and since we booked online, I’d have to call them. I asked, why? I booked & selected my room 5 months ago, it should be available to us. Again, said to call Expedia, that I made the reservation with them and not their hotel directly. I asked him, don’t most people make the reservations online these days? Again, told me to call Expedia, and if they got a cancellation, they’d try to move us to a king room. I offered to wait until a king Room was ready but, again, he said no -‘sold out’. We went back up and called Expedia, the rep was very helpful and called the hotel immediately. After they called, it was resolved asap. Went back down to lobby and GM was there - I expl what happened and asked WHY mgr refused to give us the correct room? She said she’d address it, she wasn’t told we offered to wait. That set the tone and totally ruined our experience.

The staff could not have been nicer. They gave us every courtesy and amenity. We were there to see 2 Woosox games. When the second game was rained out and we decided to leave Worcester early the front desk and manager gave us a partial refund for the second night for which we had not even asked. Amazing graciousness!

The staff was super friendly. Zach checked us in not sure of very friendly person who checked us out. Location great. Experienced a problem with the toilet which even after asking to fix they didn’t. No soap in shower dispenser. Room was defiantly not cleaned well.

The room was absolutely wonderful. However, the staff did nothing to address significant disturbances in the middle of the night-people who are fighting in the rooms running up and down the hallway is slamming doors. A housekeeper entered our room before we had even checked out, barely knocking and walking in. But the room itself was lovely

I had a great experience at the AC Marriott. I debated between AC Marriott and another location and this turned out to be an excellent choice because I could walk to my planned events. The parking was super convenient and safe, and the front desk treated me really well. Thank you! I hope to come back

Had a great experience but was charged for a room service that we did not use. Not sure why we had a room charge, everything else was good.

The surrounding area has parts that feel very unsafe. We tried to go somewhere within a 5 min drive and realized immediately that we needed to stay close to the hotel.

Great hotel with easy walk to restaurants, Polar Park, and DCU Center. Bed was super comfortable.

Great central location in worcester

This is the best hotel if you have to be on Worcester. I go back often enough it feels like the drug issues around the hotel have deteriorated, this was the first time I was uncomfortable riding the elevator from the garage to the lobby. They need to post security.

It was great really only major complaint was random noise outside our room late at night and the Nespresso coffee machine offered during breakfast was VERY dirty.

Great location, we stayed here for a cirque show. The hotel bar tender was amazing. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this location if you have an event at the DCU center

Great stay ! Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable. The parking was a little weird The parking garage brings you across the street from the hotel if it’s full so would recommend dropping bags off at the front before you try parking or you will be carrying your bags across the street. Breakfast was not great for $17 pp I would definitely skip that next time.would stay again ! It was very convenient to walk to DCU center That was a plus !

This was a great stay! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was walking distance to everything fun!

This was a stopover on the way home. The hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. Bar was nice to grab a cocktail and the restaurant, not a part of the hotel but housed in the hotel offered an array of items and drinks. Our waitstaff was polite and efficient. Parking was underground and just a shirt elevator ride to the lobby. Great location. Much to choose from.
