Homewood Suites By Hilton Worcester

Mr. Masker (manager) was amazingly helpful. He helped our family get rooms near one another and was thoughtful in helping us negotiate the lateness of our room availability. The hotel is old and needs updating. Chairs in our room had stained upholstery, the mattress could have been newer, sleep sofa also in need of updating. Location is excellent.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette and sofa. The complimentary breakfast included a croissant egg sandwich with a sausage patty and cheese. There was peach juice and orange juice and cut up fruit. It was a very nice hotel. I traveled by train and this hotel is across the traffic circle from the train station. Very easy to walk to.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable

Our room was great and spacious. We loved that it had a full size refrigerator ! The pool was also great for our young children. Within walking distance to restaurants and the DCU center where we were seeing a hockey game. The only complaint we had was the breakfast. A lot of the items were out or came out cold.

Room was clean, but the bathroom is showing signs of decay. Staff is very attentive. It is right by a highway, so it can get noisy. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Rubbery bland eggs, stale hash browns, the pastries seemed as if they had been old, refrigerated and were very bland. Even the juices were bad.
