Bay Valley Resort, a Wyndham Hotel

The Hotel itself is going through major renovations! Some still going on while we stayed there, but what was accessible was absolutely beautiful! Walk in glass showers. State of the Art television. Unlimited amounts of connections for all of your devices that you would ever need to travel with! Walk out balcony. On site golfing! Beautiful bar and billiard broom! The most important of all the was the staff and the team! They were wonderful, courteous and most helpful handicap accessible everywhere that it needed to be and always someone there to give you a smile and help with anything you needed! Thank you to everyone for your care, concerns, and for taking such good care of us! We were there for my grandson’s Michigan First Robotics Competition and found them by chance after an unsuccessful attempt to stay somewhere else, but that’s another review. We are going there for anything and everything that we need to do from now on in the area! Definitely a five star rating, if I could give it 10 stars I would!

Only one jet in the hot tub worked. Beds were hard. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room. And there was a man who followed my teenage daughter around. We liked the staff and restaurant. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

The staff was super nice and lovely to chat with, they were also very understanding and offered accommodations if i needed them.

Everything was awesome from the time we walked in. The staff was very patient and very polite.We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a second night. We are looking forward of returning and also inviting family and friends. Thank you everyone for making our stay comfortable.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was nice and overall, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We were not disappointed and will be back.
