We had a pleasurable stay at this property. Very clean, very quiet even being across from the elevator. Staff was friendly & plenty of choice of shopping & eating around this location. The only issue I would have is that there is only one elevator in this hotel & it is quite small & SLOW!

The staff was outstanding! We were very impressed and would choose this hotel for our next trip. The breakfast had a lot of options and very tasty. The coffee was fresh and available 24 hours which was great for this coffee lover. We enjoyed the pool as well. Walmart was next door for any items you may have forgotten (which I did) and those extra snacks. 5 stars for sure 😊

This is a pet-friendly establishment. Dogs barking at all hours. Entire lobby and elevators stink like chlorine. So much so that it stung our eyes.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Great proximity to most everything. Had a pup with us , that was a first time traveler and they had no problem. They do have a $50 non refundable pet charge , which was a surprise, ( for damages , and deep cleaning the room) , we returned within a half hour because we had left something and our room had already been turned over. Our pup didn't do any damage, so I doubt it was deep cleaned in that amount of time. I am ok with a deposit, but you may want to reconsider making it refundable after you inspect the room. Otherwise it was very nice.

The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft! Really need to tone down the chlorine in the pool though that was the only downside otherwise everything else was excellent

Krysti up at the front desk was always so helpful and very nice. Entire staff was mostly Friendly during our stay. Breakfast always made my youngest happy and all the kids loved the pool. It’s not deep so they were able to safely have fun in the pool.

When we entered room, you could immediately smell mold and mildew. Upon looking at air conditioner, we noticed that there was mold present and filters had not been cleaned in a while. Fan in bathroom barely working, dirt build along bathtub and behind bathroom door, bathroom door had dirty fingerprints on inside and outside, toilet didn’t flush correct (I had to fix). Over all as a current housekeeping manager and a former hotel manager, I would definitely not recommend this property to others.

Room needed to be cleaned, stains in the comforter and hair/debris on the sheets themselves. The carpet had also not been vacuumed nor the headboard wiped down. The elevator had a very strong odor of oil, and the hand sanitizing stations were either broken. Or had no sanitizer in them to disburse. The staff exuded a very “we have to be here” type of attitude which overpowered any sort of customer service.

Hotel is not very clean. Hair and pubes in our shower. When we asked someone to clean it at first they hesitated. "It's just the two of us tonight." What seemed to be a trainee volunteered to clean it. (Thank you! That was very kind.) I understand being understaffed but as a paying customer I expect better. Room is grimey. We wiped multiple greasy fingerprints and some mysterious crusty substance off of the peeling scratched up pleather headboards with Clorox wipes. Turned the heater on and it smells so dusty. I noticed the pungent sour smell when my kiddos and I hit the public restroom when we first arrived. I thought it was just the bathroom but it seems our room bathroom also has the same strange sickly sour odor.

The room has a musky Smell. The windows were nasty. Looks like green mold on the frame of windows.. Had bought an air freshener because of smell...Beds we're fine. Tv was nice. Breakfast was GREAT! Probably wont be back on my visit

People staying above us must have been running a marathon, very thin walls can heat every step people take, every door slam Breakfast was okay At 930am, both keys to our rooms were deactivated checkout was a hours away. A key should not be deactivated until check out time or when the customer leaves.

Wonderfully comfortable! The employees were very friendly & check in was quick! Our tv control wouldn't work and someone came right away to help, although it still didn't work. They offered to switch us to another room which we declined because we were already in pajamas & tired. Breakfast was so-so. Overall, we would stay here again.

While our room was clean looking and quiet for our one night stay, there was damage to decorative elements in the room (2 that I noticed) that made me feel a bit like the space wasn't really looked after very well. The staff responsible for the breakfast area was very kind and friendly - they definitely went above and beyond.

Room was small for a handicapped accessible room, the bathroom door had a small hole through it on the bottom, the drywall in the bathroom was torn, I found toe nail clippings in the bedding, I went to use the microwave and no turntable inside. I took pictures of it also.

Service was exceptional. I had a small beetle in my room and admittedly overreacted big time but the girl at the front was awesome. Offered to change me rooms and even refund me if I wanted but I switched rooms and it was great.

We had been driving for several hours and wanted to freshen up before a family gathering. The representative at the desk was kind and allowed us to check in an hour early. The room is spacious, and clean, and the mattress is excellent. We’ll definitely stay again.

We arrived with our trailer that had items that we were worried leaving in the back parking lot with no one watching for safety. Kaitlyn said we could park it right in front where the front desk looks right at and said we will keep an eye on it for you. We were so pleased and amazed at her kindness to take responsibility for it too. Great customer service and a nice hotel. Thank you!

The hotel its self was pleasant, Regan at check in could have been a little more pleasant but I was nice in return because I figured she was having a rough day. The room 325 smelled of cigarette smoke even though I requested none smoking. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful when we at at 8:45 AM.

This hotel was very conveniently located. We spent on day in Cassville & the next day in Bay City. There was a lot of restaurants & stores very close to this hotel. The counter staff here were very friendly. The ladies that took care of the breakfast were very friendly & helpful. The rooms & bathroom were clean. I would stay here again.

Pros: older hotel but obvious upgrades, friendly check-in--Reagan, Clean, no odors, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, AC worked, good shower, grab bar in tub, comfortable bed, free parking. Cons: pretty skimpy breakfast--no fruits Inconvenient coffee location in narrow crowded hallway, breakfast attendant, Leila unfriendly and not helpful, check-out emp same.

The room and public areas were clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only hot item for breakfast was waffles. The closest bridge to downtown was under construction so had to drive 3 miles south to take the next, non-toll bridge.
