Comfort Suites Benton Harbor - St Joseph

Pool was great breakfast was meh, the room was horrible! Their was toenail clipings in the bed fake nails in the sheets and pillow cases, trash under the couch greesy dirty sheets so couldn’t use the pullout.. had to reconnect the phone because it was unplugged from the wall, was told front desk would bring some up at 9pm well by 2 am we gave up because there wasn’t anyone at the front counter just a note that said be back in 5 minutes.. needless to say there was no sleep for anyone! Brought it back up to front desk in the morning and was told because we booked three hotels.com there’s nothing they can do and have a good day!

The room was fine. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. But I felt it was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a musty smell when walking into the lobby. Stayed for 2 nights and the parking lot was never plowed. Whenever in the parking lot there was a concern that myself or the people i was with could fall and get hurt! Also the pool was closed by the health department!

Did not get the room I paid for which was a Jacuzzi room, had to try two other rooms before I finally got one because the keys were not working properly. The pool was down and was not told before I checked in, when I got to the room the fridge was open so it wasn't cold and wouldn't get anything cold. The clerk at the desk wouldn't give me my money back either and I was only there about maybe an hour before I checked out and said there's nothing he can do about returning my money which I paid for in cash!

There were bugs.
