Check in was nice and easy. Staff was very friendly. Then we went to the room...the ceiling in the outdoor hallway have serious water damage. The stairs had broken bolts that hold them together.The room was dirty. From the floors to the ceiling. The walls had some kind of black residue. You could see the light shining through the edges of the door (no weather seal) so you know bugs can just walk right in ( though thats the one positive thing i can say. I didnt SEE any bugs). The sheets had crumbs inbetween them. How do fresh sheets get crumbs between them? We went to a near by store and bought a cheap set of sheets. The bathroom was just as nasty. There were several vehicals in the parking lot that never moved. Appeared to be abandoned or lived in. Would not recommend.

The establishment is in need of some major repairs, a coat of paint won’t cut it. Low water pressure if shower, broken and abused furniture, moldy smell even if ac is maxed out and open window. Neighbourhood not safe Only positive aspect, check in was quick and friendly. They charged the CC before our arrival, it’s not pay when you arrive. This is a last resort no choice place to stay.

There was extremely loud boomy rap music from local gangs all night long, and the police could not do anything to them, the room was dirty, non-smoking room. Lobby is protected by bulletproof glass, but what about patrons?

There was nothing good at all! This hotel needs to be condemned! They were trying to do major renovations while renti g rooms! They were grinding rusty railing and ceiling supports. When they saw us pull up to our room they stopped. But as soon as we went in they started again covering my truck with rust and paint debris. Then there was one of the workers with a leaf blower that blew crap under our door and into our room! I moved my vehicle then they kept grinding until after 6 pm! We thought they would be done, but then they started again bright and early the next morning waking us up!! I went to the front deskand they told us the place changed hands 7 days prior and they said they could've close to do the repairs that they probably wouldn't pass inspection for reopening! So why in the hell wouldn't they say that when i made my reservation!! Or why would they rent rooms anywhere near all this mess!!

As soon as I walked into the room, I knew I had made a mistake. The picture you see on the advertisement is definitly not what you get. I felt I walked into a old seedy room like you see on a TV show. The front door looked like it had been previously kicked in and did't close properly leaving a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom that allowed a big cold constant draft in. I had to keep the heater on at 75 degrees to compensate. The headboard had greasy fingerprints all over, the bathroom was dirty and did'nt have toilet paper and on top of that it had no hot water. the room reaked of cigarrettes and there were people hanging out throughout the night out front and speaking loudly. needless to say it was a sleepless night.

Dirty and cockroaches. Once we saw them we packed our bags back up and slept (or shifted uncomfortably all night) in the car. Spend a little more and get a good night's sleep!

The property is very rundown, dirty, and unsafe. The inside security lock on the door was missing. The shower curtains where filthy, there was no soap/shampoo in the dispenser, and no towels were provided. There were holes in the walls and handprints on the walls and head board. I'm never staying in another Red Roof again.

The bed was clean but the comforter has holes in it. The floor was filthy, under the rug was gross. I mopped the floor 3 times to grt it clean. Furniture had rips. There were holes in the floorboards. The soffit outside were missing and falling apart. I am surprised the health department allows this place to stay open. Under the bed was unspeakable.

Was very easy to hear others being loud through walls and floors, through windows even. Beds were abnoxiously creaky, the fire alarm was beeping for batteries, absolutely ridiculous. The beds are obnoxiously uncomfortable and the pillows feel like absolutely nothing. The room was quite shoddy looking and just generally in bad condition. Rust all over the place, chipped and gouged walls and paint, fridge was old and not sitting correctly, floor was beat up and gross, it was just not very nice, clean like bedding tho I guess. Not only is the general area around this kinda sketch but I went with my cousin and while pulling in there was someone who gave us the death stare like he wanted us dead, hiding his hands. About an hour ish after we showed up to the room we got quite extremely aggressive knocking on our door by a man in a pizza outfit and holding a completely empty pizza bag. We were absolutely terrified and pretty sure man wanted to rob us. I would never go back here for any reason and suggest you don't either. I promise you it's not worth it.

I knew going in it would be a bare-bones motel room and it was subpar. The room was hot and muggy when I first checked in, and the ac unit had it's front cover removed, and did not start working at first. The tv reception was awful, barely could watch any tv channels because they were either no signal or scrambled. The real kicker was the shower didn't even work. I will be requesting a refund for my stay.

When I booked this I thought i was getting a guaranteed room. When I reached the property, no one was at the front desk and then when they finally showed up, they didn’t have my room reserved. Luckily I was able to receive a refund through hotels.com. Once the room was cancel and refunded, the front desk magically had a room available. I went and looked at the room and it was disgusting! Dirty, noisy ac unit, dead cockroaches in the bathroom and the smell was awful

This hotel, and this company as a whole, should be razed. I'm no stranger to budget hotels, I travel solo often and just needed a room with a bed. This was barely that. When I arrived at 1am, I was told someone incorrectly checked me in 10 hours earlier and that I might not have a room. It was eventually figured out, I got a room. Minor inconvenience at this point. In the morning, I asked for the GM (as suggested by the night staff) and was immediately berated and embarrassed by the 3 employees hanging out at the desk. They literally laughed at me and refused any help. When I left, another guest followed me out just to make sure I was okay. Since then, I've been calling and emailing with this location's GM and the Red Roof main service line since they promised some type of compensation (their garbage rewards points, so not really much comp). It's now been FIVE WEEKS, and each time I reach out, I'm told "points are on their way!" Except they're not. At this point I'm fueled by spite for this absolute nightmare of a company. I've stayed in some real dumpster roach motels - and be assured that this is certainly one of them - but I will never stay in another Red Roof after the experience with their on-site staff, GM, and corporate. I paid too much for a room that was ultimately given to someone else, and to be laughed at by the staff, and to be strung along by their customer service. Stay literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car, it will have more amenities and better service.

I reserved through Expedia, and when i got there, they said because I reserved through Expedia and didnt get charged yet, they didnt have to hold my reservation. While in line an older woman was there to complain that the room they walked into after checking in looked like no one cleaned the room prior. She said there was trash everywhere and the room was turned upside down. Kind of glad i didnt get the room i reserved. Plus the receptionist was quite rude and combative. Wont be returning.

I booked a room online and couldn't check in at night. I went in the morning and they wouldn't let me in or give me the keys. They told me I had to rebook (I didn't, I went to another hotel). and when I asked for a refund for the three nights, they just said no, even though I was still paying for a room that they wouldn't let me into and never gave me the keys for. the manager was unprofessional and dismissive of guests’ concerns

Arrived from driving three hours away and had to wait two hours in lobby while front desk had to resolve check in issue. While sitting in lobby every single guest was quoted different room prices. A couple came in to get a room and their other friend pulls down her pants and starts peeing right infront of the front door. Man on our balcony was in his underwear smoking pot, another man rolling around on the ground in entrance to upstairs balcony on what I’m assuming heroin or another hard drug. Super unsafe place for families and small children. Toilet barely flushed, floor was disgusting, moldings around tub all cracked and moldy, mirrors dirty, pillow case had huge stain on it, fridge looked like it was pulled out of trash dump and room smelled like cigarettes. Never again in my life would I ever stay at a red roof! Staying in that room made my skin crawl. Owner which I’m assuming, did nothing to help his employee with anything he just stood next to her taking personal phone calls loudly all while she was trying to take care of my check in, other guests, and the hotel phone. Very unprofessional.

Dangerous area. There were gunshots 200 feet away from the motel! In addition, there was a line of blood drops down the sidewalk next to the hotel buildings. Panhandlers and homeless people coming through the parking lot. The air-conditioning would not go below 76 degrees, and the front was broken. Very disappointed

Looked like drug activity was going on in the area. A lot of suspicious people walking and sitting around. When we entered the room, from the first look it looked clean, but when we got it, the smell was so bad i had to run out. Smelled like mold and dead animal covered with bathroom spray. We canceled the reservation and got refunded. The staff was understanding and polite

I canceled my stay once I got there. I didn’t feel I would be comfortable or safe staying there. It’s in the bee like there was a criminal activity around the place. It also was further away from where I was going than expected. All the highway construction, made it extremely difficult to get to traveling through the neighborhoods.

Upon arrival, there were 30 people outside our room partying in the parking lot. We could not even get to our hotel room door. We felt extremely unsafe. We were forced to go to another hotel. We are requesting a refund for our stay. Please contact us about this refund.
