Quality Inn Gaylord

The staff was very helpful when I checked in the rooms were clean. They said the pool was open till 11 but when we went to go to the pool, it said it was closed.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Quality Inn in Gaylord, MI, especially for $140 a night. My room door looked like it had been kicked in and one of the locks didn’t work, which felt unsafe. The sink drain was broken and unusable. To make matters worse, a nearby room at the hotel was taped off with police crime scene tape. There was red stains in out curtains that resembled blood. Overall, the conditions were unsettling and far below the standards I expect from the Quality Inn brand.

I did not have hot water, the tub was rusted and had holes in it. The door wouldn’t lock properly. I won’t stay here again. Staff was rude to me when I stated the problems and said I could have went elsewhere. But I wasn’t gonna get a refund and I was 4 hours away from home. Came here for my son’s jockey tournament and will never stay here again. I have pictures of the bathroom
