Overall cleanliness was disappointing. Bathroom in the room was falling apart, tiles broken and coming up off the floor, tower rack was rusting and the door looked like it sat out in the rain for a week before being installed in the room. Bedding had stain and marks on it. Pool and hot tub were not clean and I ended up with someone else's long black curly hair on me while in the hot tub. Again the pool area was rough, missing tiles, wooden doors worn and just looked like nothing has ever been updated or replaced. The only decent thing about this hotel was the continental breakfast however there wasn't enough seating and we had to sit in the lobby to eat out breakfast.

Just a few things that were unsatisfactory the pop up in the sink didn't operate the toilet seat was loose the Jacuzzi or the hot tub the Jets were not operable that was one reason why we booked it we wanted the hot tub experience that didn't function other than that it was a pretty good place just a few things that were not up to par the pop-up in the sink didn't operate toilet seat was loose and the Jets and the hot tub were not functioning the whole weekend and that was one of the main reasons we booked that hotel

I really liked the pool and hot tub area. It was nice and big. It had a unique look and felt like a lodge with skylights. It also had a nice outdoor area where people are playing cards. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I marked down was because it smelled like people had been smoking in there. However, it says it’s non-smoking so I’m not sure why.

Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. The hotel is in need of an update. The hot tub was out of order. The pool was well maintained with nice warm water. Stayed only one night. Price fair.

Good breakfast! Pool was nice but small. Beds were very comfortable! Had a smell of smoke through out the hallways. Room had a musty smell. They allow dogs and one was in the pool area?? For an overnight it was ok.

Adequate breakfast with good variety. Clean and quiet.

Dirty and smelly. Hot tub had a wad of hair floating in it. Mattress had questionable debris along the seam. Just looked dirty. Should have been $50 a night at most. More of a motel vibe than a hotel vibe.

Our room smelled like smoke, and when given a new room, that also smelled like smoke. The hallways also had a strong odor.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the tub was very slippery when I was taking a shower was scared I was going to fall. The toilet is way to close to the wall and to short. The toilet felt like a little kids toilet we used to have in school. It was very hard to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. The door to the bathroom looked like it had been kicked in and a piece of wood was just placed over the hole. We stayed there because it was close to where I had to be for surgery and had stayed there before and was very pleased but I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. It was very difficult for me to you the toilet after my surgery as I couldn't been my leg very well. Maybe you should swap out some of the toilets with a handicap toilet as the older generation does have trouble with mobility and with a higher toilet it would be helpful. I could have requested a handicap room but I really don't need the lower bed and such. I just appreciate the taller toiler as I am tall as is my husband. The rest of the room and everything else was just fine. The breakfast was great. Like I said everything was good except for the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and shows it’s age, however it is kept very clean.

I can’t believe this hotel is rated as highly as it is by members of this app. It’s not great. First room I got smelled of cigarettes. Got a new room luckily, and was grateful for that, but new room didn’t smell much better.

Bathroom very tiny. We stayed 2 nights. No trash picked up. We are fine with no maid service but at least empty the trash. It seems like that is at all hotels now.

The staff was beyond nice and the place was very clean , even though the motel is next to the high way I couldn’t hear any traffic from my room which was very nice.

The place needs some major updating! Rooms are gloomy..walls need painting..carpet needs updating..lamp shades dirty.. cold food at the breakfast bar.

This is our third time staying here and it seems that the rooms is in dire need off updates.

This property was very clean and the room looked recently renovated. The staff was very professional. The bathroom had a really nice, big tub which I appreciated. The only downside was that the room was not completely soundproof and we had noisy children in the adjacent room. This is good value for the price.

Our fridge had leaked on the floor prior to our arrival and the carpet was left damp. The hallways need better cleaning. Our room key deactivated every 24 hours so for our three day stay we had to go to the desk twice at 1am when we got back. The breakfast is typcial hotel food but was kept stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it's well worth the price.

Staff was very rude at times. They would just come in my room while I’m sleeping (I had the do not disturb sign on my door)

This Quality Inn was clean, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good. It had a nice looking pool though we didn’t use it. The building condition could use some work, chipped paint on the walls and doors that needed to be replaced, functional but beat up. The biggest complaint was the first room we were given smelled of marijuana and the second had an odd smell like a heavy disenfectent or an ozone machine, not objectionable but odd. When I complained they changed rooms with no argument and were very apologetic. Again the staff were excellent.

I loved the pool, it was a big area. Dinner on the property was very good and breakfast on property was pretty good as well. All staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing fancy but was clean and close to outlet mall. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast in the morning had hot food and was really good.

Its what you expect for a lower price hotel but nothing worse than that. Perfect if youre gonna explore the towns around to just come to the room and get a good nights rest and sleep. The best part is its in between holland, saugatuck and grand rapids.

My wife and I are big breakfast people, the breakfast wasn’t great. The sausage and egg were cooked in the microwave I’m pretty sure and orange juice was very watered down, everything else was decent, but not happy with the breakfast at all.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the hotel for the price, but it’s just older. The free breakfast wasn’t great, and the coffee tasted like battery acid. Again, it’s fine for the price.

For a place to stay on a short trip, it’s perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was visibly in need of a makeover. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best
