People were noisy above my room and I think actually living there. THe parking lot was full of pot holes and there was trash all over the parking lot. Just bad all around and if I could have changed where I stayed I would have.

The hallway was very stinky but the room itself was very nice. They have a very nice indoor pool that was very clean. This property is attached to an extended stay so it felt very sketchy but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly.

It was easy to get to. But some things were in disrepair. Door to bathroom was falling apart. Ice machine broke, and it seems a place that has more than 300 rooms would have more than one ice machine.

The room was very dirty. Wife had to clean bathroom. It looked liked the hired a crack head to fix the batroom.i have seen better outhouses. We told front desk and was told sorry nothing they can do about it. I do not recommend anybody stay at this NASTY motel 6!

The room was dirty I saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom and there were any traps on the floor it was absolutely disgusting . Especially for how expensive it was .i had my grandchildren with me and was so upset for them doors were banging until about 4 am and loud people it was the most horrible experience I have ever had . The room was full of cockroaches and fleas. When checking out all we got was a so sorry. We did not realize it was so bad until the lights were turned down in the night and out they come. Will never stay in a Motel 6 again in this lifetime. We should have been able to get our money refunded and everyone we know will never stay in one either.

We had cockroaches in our room, our bed kept falling off of the frame, the room smelled so bad. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad! I was very disappointed and wanted a refund but they said they couldn’t do that.

Nothing wrong with the room or the area, but the lack of internet/Wifi is unacceptable. Staff told me it was "unexpected." I had to go to a library down the road to get work done online. I didn\'t realize I was traveling back to 1975 in Grand Rapids.

The lamp in the corner was broken. The latch on the door was broke. There was no slippery resistant in the tub. My 76 year old mother fell in the shower because it was slippery.

Bathroom floor was stained or dirty, light fixture rusted, repairs not finish painted. Rooms were very noisy. Next doors dog, doors closing, and traffic. Very cheap, so I got what I wanted, a bed with clean sheets and a toilet!!

James at the front desk was vey nice and as accomodating as he could be with the questions I asked. Common areas need some updating, but for the price and location this motel served our purpose. Bring your own hair dryer as there is not one in the room. Plenty of places nearby for food, coffee, gas and grocery on Plainfield Ave.

The stay was good we went to a concert and just needed a. Place to stay to not make the long drive home that night Janice who works there was super friendly and helped us check in early the only complaint would be the lampshade in our room was dirty and could not tell what was on it stain wise but over all the friendly staff and cheap price made it worth it

The room was in extremely poor condition. Safety latch on the door was broken. There was a great big chunk out of the tile in the shower. In the doorway between the sink and the shower and toilet there was a lip on the floor I didn't notice it it wasn't pointed out as a trip hazard I almost fell into the tub. The phone cord going into the phone just fell out it wasn't secure. I did not feel safe at all I had a hard time finding it there was no good bright light signage from the road. I spent $92 in that room terrified that someone would open the door I put a chair in front of the door so I could hear anyone come in. I would never recommend this place

Would absolutely stay here again because it’s very close to where I needed to be, felt safe, and the staff were friendly. Weirdest aesthetic for a hotel and google directions for arriving by going around the block and entering via the freeway entrance ramp were bizarre.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not let the photos fool you. Apparently there is PART of this motel that has been updated but the other half (where I got stuck with my 15 year old daughter) is an extended stay where they apparently allow lions, tigers and bears to live. The lobby doesn't seem so bad but if you have the unfortunate luck to be down the hallway to the left, once you open the doors, you will be knocked out by the smell of urine. The ammonia smell will make you sick. People's dogs were barking all day and night. Little kids screaming and crying from 5am on. And I do NOT recommend going to the parking lot for any reason other than to leave. I saw multiple d*ug deals in broad daylight. Even the front desk worker came out from behind a dumpster after a dealer was flagged down by a long term stay resident. All in all, this hotel is very unsafe, very disgusting and very disappointing. PLEASE do not stay here!

There was a piece of clothing hanging from the shower rod in the bathroom. There were large, red stains on the carpet. The bedspreads looked old and dirty. Cleanliness was severely lacking. However, front desk attendant was very friendly and the coffee in the morning was delicious and appreciated.
