Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Novi, MI

This was my third time staying here and honestly I can’t thank Raj and the entire hotel staff enough! They were amazing and accommodating!! Room was clean, breakfast was great pool and hot tub were clean as well as the gym! This is our go to when staying in Michigan!!! Thank you again Raj and the entire hotel staff!!

Breakfast was better on Saturday . Friday was okay just different selection Mostly friendly staff. Manager was very friendly

Check in was quick, check out was even quicker. The only thing that bugged me was i wish there was a 2nd garbage can in my room. Not a deal breaker at all, just my thoughts.

This was very conveniently located for what we were in town for. The room was clean, the breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.

They held $100 on my card, which is ridiculous for a single traveler. The lotion was empty in the bathroom. I tried to purchase water at the desk twice and no one was ever at the desk. Teens were gathered in the parking lot at both access points into the parking areas and they wouldn’t move. There is no quiet time. TVs were on loud in the wee hours of the morning.
