Room was great and hotel was kept very well. The only issue was the pool was too cold for swimming. Our kids didn’t even want to get into the water because of how cold the water was. Other than that, everything else about this property was excellent.

Stay was fine but did not appreciate the nickel and diming that happened when they told us there was a $6 parking fee. Literally a suburban parking lot with plenty of spaces but it’s “corporate policy”. Find a better way to treat your guests.

This location was very clean,the breakfast was good. Only complaint the pool was cold. Will stay here any time I’m in Novi. Very friendly and helpful at the front desk!

I generally don’t review, but a few things were simple accommodations that ended up being “upsale” opportunities for the property. -$6 per a day to park your car. -$20 fee to check in early at noon; would not extend checkout time. (It was a Monday korning- shouldn’t have been an issue) -Breakfast was slop. -overall customer service was off putting. Pretty clean, but would choose a different location next time. -

This hotel is within walking distance to tons of entertainment. The facility is very clean and never disappoints with their hospitality. Has a modest pool and charming seating area right outside of the pool. Perfect for family gatherings. Fire pit and grill included in the seating area.

The room was great! My two boys and I had plenty of room. We stayed for a bridal shower for a friend and I would definitely stay again! My only complaint is that I didn’t know they charge you for daily parking - which I find strange considering the parking lot was never full and there were plenty of parking spaces. Other than that, great stay!

It was perfect. My grandkids enjoyed the pool with their cousins. We took advantage of their pario area by grilling. and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. She assisted us by cutting on their gas firepit. The kids were able to warm up after going swimming. We had an awesome time. Thanks Marriot!!

Well, overall very nice, great people, nice size rooms, nice breakfast, etc. We dispatched about a dozen spiders, some on the bed. Also, found a pot still with "dinner remnants" left in it, with couple of other minor items.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect hotel, clean, quiet, big room, nice window views of trees from the top floor. Close to so many coffee shops, a mall, convenience stores etc. Me and a friend took a girls trip and shared the room, it was wonderful! Definitely recommend.

Everything was lovely! Clean, lots of room, great location to lots of food. Staff was super nice and friendly! Free breakfast. My air conditioner didn’t work so they moved me quick to another room. Thank you, will def come back!

Pretty standard modernized room, with separate bedroom and kitchen area. Main bed was quite comfortable, sofa bed was extremely worn out. TVs had various channels including streaming available. Typical free breakfast fare. People were really nice and helpful. Overall, just fine. My biggest negative was that "hotel cleaner" smell that so many rooms have.

This was like a nice little apartment. A cozy place for a single traveler to stay for a few days. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area, yet the rooms (especially in the back) are very quiet.

What I liked the most about the property is the location and the places of businesses around it. It's a place to go that's very chill and relaxing. I loved how the room had a kitchen area and a bedroom with a private shower. Most importantly, the privacy was elite. I plan on coming back in the near future.

Ice maker didnt work, ice machine on 4th floor didnt work, Fireplace in 412 didn't work made a call to Vanessa at the font desk she was extremely rude and hung up on me. The fireplace was one of the amenities I requested and her customer service was unacceptable

They should change their breakfast up daily, we had the same thing back to back for breakfast. That was disappointing, location and parking was easy and lots of shops near by walking distance from the mall too.

Celebrated my daughter’s 16th bday with a few friends. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and I had a one bedroom suite as well. Very very satisfied with our stay. The 2 bedroom suite accommodated everyone and having the full kitchen was a plus. Will definitely be staying again. Our one bedroom suite was very cozy as well. The only was the breakfast could’ve been a little better
