We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family. I did sign up for room service when I checked in on the app. The room was never serviced. The second day my husband asked for them to switch out the towels before we left for the day. They never did. He had to go to the front desk when we returned that night. The night staff were wonderful and very attentive, The room was nice and clean. The pool was closed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time since it was 100 degrees during our visit.

My wife and I stayed for a week at this property along with her parents for a week while visiting their family who live not far away. The rooms were nice and the outdoor patio was a lot of fun for us. The carpet NEEDS to be replaced. However, the front desk staff were the runaway stars of the week. Managers Jeanette and Jennifer were absolutely on the ball the entire stay and helped us with SO many requests throughout the week. They smiled every single day and they simply went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From multiple replacement keys to bedding requests, to help with washer/dryers, they were so helpful and their customer service was well beyond expectation. Thank you Jeanette and Jennifer for all you did!

The day before check-in, I was sent an email about how I no longer have the two rooms I booked for two nights. I was coming from Canada for a wedding in Sterling Heights and had to scramble to find something else. The hotel is absolutely unprofessional for cancelling our booking when I booked the rooms two months in advance. No one had the courtesy to even call me and accommodate me with something else. I phoned Expedia and they booked me another hotel for double the cost (thankfully Expedia covered the extra cost). I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all for the sole reason of it not being reliable the day before check-in. My cousin stayed in the hotel and explained how all they heard was renovations during their stay, and how their pool was closed (when advertised otherwise).

We stayed 6 nights and had the two bedroom suite. It was perfect for our stay and was very comfortable for our family. This location is perfect because there are many shopping, convenience, and food options in walking distance. We would definitely return and stay again. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot was big enough for all the guest’s vehicles and we had no concerns with theft or crime. It is a nice area where tourists would feel safe. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly fine.

Property was quiet and looked good on the outside but the room was less than clean. There was a hole in the door and the chair and bathroom was very dirty around the floorboards. Overall I would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a nice, safe area of town. Liked having a bigger fridge. We had several bugs in our room. Bedroom doors were difficult to open/close. Otherwise a decent stay. I would suggest they call in an exterminator

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, but ours smelled like old food. The bed was not super comfy but it did the trick. The walls are SUPER thin. Like could hear the entire conversation taking place in the next room word for word. Housekeeping banged on our door at 8 am, woke us out of a dead sleep and she just walked into our room. That is unacceptable. There was no do not disturb hanger to put out or I would have. To just walk in like that - what if I was naked? I understand mistakes happen but woah.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception desk that checked us in (Janae?) was helpful with helping us get checked in and had great recommendations for restaurants. She was working an extra shift and was extremely positive and upbeat. Great job!

We checked in tonight because we lost power at our home and this hotel was nearby. After getting my kids settled I went to the lobby to try to buy some snacks. There was a guest I front of me who was taking awhile with the clerk so I put back all of the snacks and headed back to my room. As I got off the elevator I was met by the clerk who had run up the stairs thinking I stole the snacks. She saw I had nothing in my hands (I was wearing shorts with no pockets so I had no room for anything on me). The way she spoke with me was accusatory and unfortunate. Shortly thereafter I received notice that my power had been restored at home, so we quickly left the property. First time I checked in to a place and left without staying an hour. I regret having paid $150 , yes, but I am even less pleased to have been regarded as a criminal. That will be my last stay at the property.
