I actually lived at this property five years ago for three years, I loved the staff, Continental breakfast, and Cleanses. It’s totally different now no continental breakfast not even water or coffee, if u want pots and pans and dishes u have to pay 50 dollars if u want new clean towels u have to pay for them and no house keeping if u not staying 10 days. I travel and never in life experienced a hotel like this. Never thought I would be saying things like this about extended StayAmerica the hotel I use to love to stay at.

They have no dining no pots and pans no glasses no plates this is supposed to be extended stay place and there's no breakfast or anything must go out and buy everything not what I'm used to

The staff here were great however the hotel itself does not provide any kitchen, utensils, plates, pots, anything. What\'s the point of having a kitchen? When I asked them about it they said I could rent some from them or go to Walmart and buy some. I was trying to save money by cooking my own food so that doesn\'t help. There was no shampoo because they "ran out" and they do not have hair dryers in the room. The bathtub was disgusting. It may have been cleaned but it was run down and needed replacing. We had booked for two nights but we left after the first one. I\'ve never left a review before but I feel people should know this before booking here.

Only extended stay I’ve ever stayed at they had nothing. Not even the glass plate that goes inside the microwave. 2 towels 2 wash cloths and I can pay for more . One bar of soap . No pans no plates no dishes of any sort . No hair soap . It was also dirty so dirt I asked to borrow cleaning supplies. Strong smell of grease . No blow dryer either. Lesson learned. Never ever again !!!!

It is exactly what it is, a cheaper option to stay in if you are in town for a night or two. The hotel looks clean from the outside, and the lobby as well. The hallways smelled like marijuana. I understand it’s legal, but they have a no smoking policy and they seem to care less about enforcing it. The room itself was just a typical room. Nothing fancy. The remote for the tv barely worked, don’t know if it was batteries or just old, and no coffee maker in the room…. Never seen a hotel without a coffee maker in it. Overall not a terrible experience…but definitely not amazing either.

We booked a queen suite on the first floor.The hotel doesn't have ice machine or utensils even though it had kitchenette. Over all conditions are not bad, the foor around the kitchen area is dirty but most of the room are carpet. Nice room and clean bedding. Plus it's Very quiet!Will come back.

The hotel smelled, the carpets need replacing. The front desk was never available. The key cards stopped working in the middle of the night and the night attendant was nowhere to be found for over 30 minutes. Checking in took about an hour because the attendant was somewhere in the hotel asleep. You have to pay for fresh linens and towels and that unbelievable. There was no soap in the restrooms. The room smelled of mildew and the sheets were stained. The floor wasn’t clean and also had been swept underneath the bed. There was dirty and trash underneath the bed along with something a previous guess had lost or left. The overall service and experience was completely horrific

this is by far the absolute worse hotel experience i have EVER had. to the moment i checked in and the people staying being completely awkward and making me uncomfortable beyond belief, to my room being beyond dirty, to my door not locking, the smell & the noise. there was bugs everywhere, there was curly little hairs ALL over my shower, the bedding was stained and ripped and the carpet was beyond not touched… absolutely disappointing as the imagines online don’t even match the property. it’s also gut wrenching to be driving HOURS just to find all this out.

We stayed last year and it wasn't bad. We had a family emergency and didnt have time to research and thought this hotel was okay and clean like before. Not only was the shower very dirty the floors were stick and filthy and the carpet is so gross we also found dirty underwear under the bed and leftover drinks under there. The TV had its own set of issues whether or not it wanted to work at any given time .The only clean part was the toilet. Im glad i didnt have to bring any children this trip because the smell of Marijuana could choke a horse at all hours of the day. Wont stay again.

Great staff..nice property for older facility. Needs more emphasis made (at check-in) on being considerate of other patrons . Especially a place catering to many large companies in immediate area. Disappointed how loud it was above me 2 of 5 nites stayed.

The room was clean and the staff are pleasant. The walls are paper-thin however. Not only could I hear the guests in the rooms adjacent to me; I could hear guests partying and cheering well into late night at least 6 or 7 rooms away.

Arrived to the hotel no hot water tried to call front desk they’re telling me that’s the only room we have sorry. after argument they sent someone to fix it after 5 hrs. Front desk white lady came knocking on my door 1 hr before the check out time asking if I’m leaving @10AM I responded I will be checking out when it’s my time to @11. She came back again exact @11am knocking very hard and screaming very disrespectful staff and careless… dirty rooms and old bathrooms from 1950’s I do not recommend this hotel…

Very dirty, no coffee, front desk closed at 10 and still wasn't open in the morning. I have stayed at other extended stay in the past and this wasn't anything like it. I tried to cram one into an old regular hotel.we wouldn't even use the gross tub it was stained and filthy. Other ones have pots and pans and this one wants you to buy them. Lots of drug use onsite

The front desk was closed at 11pm. They had to call a lady to come out to help and she was wearing street booty shorts and the company collar shirt. It smelled unclean and musty. Very old and outdated hotel.

This property was nice. The shopping and food area around the hotel made up for the amenities that they didnt have within the hotel. I admired their little kitchenette and ice trays in the fridge. So I rate this 4 out of 5. And I want this property to grow and hopefully in the future add more feature for conveniency within their hotel. However, I had a good time and felt safe.

This is an old property everything is broken in the room, they dont have housekeeping, and the stuff are horrible, they tell you theres's a breakfast in fact there's only coffee and tea. Don't go there the place is horrible.
