The hotel was not in as nice of condition as it seems in the pictures, but overall was pretty nice. The hot tub is permanently closed. The rooms look a lot bigger in the pictures than they truly are. But the most bizarre part was that the bathroom doors are sliding style, that close together in the middle. So there's always a gap in the middle of the door that people can see through, and there's no privacy for sound whatsoever in the bathroom. Very strange design that we didn't care for, even as a couple. I couldn't imagine traveling with kids and not being able to keep your privacy in the bathroom. The sliding style is shown in one of the pictures on the site. We didn't eat the breakfast, so can't comment to that. There was a round the clock coffee bar in the lounge. Location is good, but not on the water and the only view of the water is standing out front of the hotel. Do not overpay for this hotel- it is truly nothing special.

Check in was easy and efficient. Plenty of parking. I liked that they had a white board in the lobby with local events and weather on it. The room was on the small side of average and was designed by either a grossly incompetent jerk or a sociopath. Rather than normal hotel design with the bathroom door opening into the entry, it opens directly to the bed. It has barn doors, which don’t completely close, so when you are sitting on the throne you are looking through the crack at whoever is in the bed less than ten feet away. The barn doors and quietness of the room will allow anyone in the room to hear EVERYTHING that goes on in explicit detail, like the worst ASMR ever. This room will test the boundaries of any relationship. The shower is super narrow, and the genius put three soap dispensers and a metal handle on the wall directly where you stand. The water pressure is terrible. You will need advanced yoga skills to even remotely get clean. There is little space in the room, but there is one uncomfortable chair which is DIRECTLY next to the bathroom door. The good news is the chair doesn’t look in the crack of the door. The bad news is you can hear even more. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful we had a slightly late check in but it worked out fine. The only bad thing was the broken elevator but as a former employee of a hotel I understand how hard it is to get people to come to work on a holiday weekend.

The hotel provided a good service. But their picture of the pool area on Expedia needs to be changed. They don’t have a hot tub anymore and it shows one in the picture. That was the main reason that I picked this hotel. So we were very disappointed

I loved the fact it was so close to the aiport, but there was no shuttle so an additional expense to get to airport. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Hotel is getting dated. Very good breakfast selections. We had issues with parking our vehicle there for the 2 weeks of our trip even though the supervisor previously approved it. Tried telling us they dont allow it, but by looking in the lot there were at least 4 other cars that had been sitting there for weeks as evidence of all the snow plowed around them. All management needs to be on the same page.

On arrival the pool was closed. I booked because of the indoor pool so our son would have something to do. They opened it the following day but it was ice cold and not really swimmable. For 300.00 a night i would expect more...

The room and the property was very clean. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were all very nice and helpful. They had plenty of parking and the location was close to downtown. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Checkin was at 4, the room wasn’t ready until almost 5. The air conditioning unit kept turning off waking us up all night because of how hot it was getting. Our room was by the pool so we were also getting woken up early with kids slamming the door going in and out. The ice machine was not working while we were there. The location isn’t downtown but right across from the beach which was nice. The staff was friendly!

The room Was clean. Plenty towels, there was body wash, shampoo provided. It was quiet. Breakfast was good. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagel. Juice coffee. Hot fresh.

Hampton Inn is generally a consistent choice. This one was dirty! Carpeting needed thorough cleaning. Breakfast was not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard. No one was at the front desk when I wanted to check out. I waited 5-10 minutes, grabbed a cup of coffee and just pushed my keys across the desk as far as I could and left. There’s too many other choices in town to pick this Hampton Inn again.

Room was clean, though quite small. Pet friendly was greatly appreciated and an ok area in back to take pets. The road is very busy and a little tough to turn a toss at peak times, and though the airport is close behind the hotel, I never noticed any noise from it. The breakfast was quite sad, not a single piece of fruit and I completely bailed on it the second morning.

We stayed two nights as a family of four (two teens). The building is clean, good breakfast and very nice staff. Our stay was quiet and parking was easy and convenient. However, the rooms are small, a double room has two FULL beds (not QUEEN beds). The bathroom has a double sliding barn door style doors that offer absolutely no privacy.

The view from outside the main door is amazing and there is a beautiful coastal park just across the street. Staff was very friendly. The room was great and the staff amazing. The room overall is good but could use a little TLC to clean up some small wear and tear. The door was also poorly hung or sealed as a lot of light came from the hallways into the room.

This hotel is clean and staff is pleasant. We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament, so it was busy. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I would say the only complaint was the room was small, beds are doubles (which we knew before we booked) and no lock on bathroom door.

We had a pretty terrible stay at this hotel. The worst part was that there were roof repairs being done from 7 am to 7 pm, and we were not told this at all prior to booking. We had a top floor room, so it was impossible to sleep in or relax in the middle of the day in between activities. I went to the front desk to ask to be switched to a lower floor - and one of the workers at the front desk stormed into the back room loudly whispering “Jesus Christ” as if I were annoying her. The manager, Dominic, was so helpful, though, and happily accommodated us. Being moved to another floor did not help the noise levels at all, and this combined with the extremely small rooms and the very busy road right outside - we decided we had to get out of there. Dominic, again, was so understanding and helpful processing the refund for the remainder of our trip. He was the only bright spot of our stay there - it will go down as the single most uncomfortable hotel stay for our family.

Property meets corporate (Hampton) standards. Good place for short stays. I reserved 2 kings in February for late September stay & upon check in was informed that only one could be king, the other has to be 2 doubles. Completely unacceptable- and no explanation was given other than they overbooked king rooms. My suspicion is that due to 3rd party booking, we got bumped.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I did not like the breakfast options that they had. Also there was a dog that was in the room next to us that barked the whole time which was very annoying. Not a fan of pet friendly hotels and I am also allergic to pet dander.
