The pool was outstanding. The housekeeping staff were great. Manager was easy to talk too. Business center was great. I did not like the interrogation at check in beyond the ADA standards about my wife’s service animal and questing if I was telling the truth with looming threat of additional financial charge.

Room was super clean and even smelled great. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but the kids loved it. The hot tub was down sadly and pool a little cold for me but again the kids enjoyed it. Thought it was amazing they offered hot chocolate along side the coffee 24 hours and breakfast buffet was outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet hotel and location. Convenient off the main route and plenty of parking. Comfortable beds, good selection at breakfast. Front desk check-in was fast, though she was newer to the area and couldn’t show where we were on the map to advise walking vs driving to areas (we figured it out). It was easy to access from downtown for the Cherry Festival. We would stay here again.

The room was ok. Liked that you offer cookies during the day. Hotel overall was clean. We were very disappointed that the jets in the hot tub were not working. We were looking forward to using the hot tub when we got here. We both have bad backs and it would have felt good to use the hot tub.

Great hotel, looks outdated on the outside but it’s updated on the inside. Breakfast area was very nice and great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were awesome, very spacious and the hot tub was the best temperature - very hot!! We only stayed one night as we flew out of the airport the next day. Airport is very close, 10 minute drive.

We stayed one night here and after staying it’s easy to see why this is one of the cheaper hotels in the area. While the high-traffic areas of the room were clean, most other areas were dusty or a bit grimy. It’s clear that they either have a housekeeping staff that is short staffed, or doesn’t care, or both. The bare minimum to get a room “clean” is being done but the little details just aren’t there. Things like the bathroom fan vent were completely dusty, the toilet paper holder base wasn’t clean, dust on the headboard, etc. We will definitely not stay here again - head next door to the Cambria for a much better stay.

The bathroom was not very clean , and the toilet seat was half way off the toilet . When we arrived in the room the one side of the bed had residue of a spill or throw up splashed on bed skirt and stained the floor . Arrived Friday and no one came to service the room for all four days ? We had to ask for clean towels . Pool is dirty and in poor condition , Hot tub had spider webs on stair handles and was filthy, so we didn’t use any of these . Breakfast hot plates were not very warm, eggs and potatoes were cold . It just seams like no one has a care about the customer or the condition of the place .

The room itself was passable. Clean bed but the mattress was soft & lumpy. I’m guessing it was pretty old. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast typical of hotel breakfasts - edible but nothing special. The worst part was that I asked specifically for a nonsmoking room. Mine REEKED of old cigarette smoke. I called to complain but the desk guy said I was in a nonsmoking room. I couldn’t change - so I was glad to get out as early as possible.

The 1st room we were given had hair all over the floor of the bathroom, so they switched rooms for us. The second room was also not cleaned well. There was a large coffee or cola stain beside the bed. The bathroom looked like it was had a quick wet mop and go. There was dirt accumulated in the corners and outside the shower. Then we found a toenail on the floor by the nightstand near the ice bucket and clean glasses. It just felt dirty afterwards.

The ugliest $267 a night hotel I've ever stayed in. Filthy carpet. The color of the walls, especially the halls were institutional..The bathroom vent that came on automatically with the light was the loudest Ive ever heard in MY LIFE. I will never stay at a Country Inn again. This used to be a wonderful hotel flag. Radison has ruined it.

Just Okay, breakfast was a Buffett but everything was bland, and nothing to write home about. Small cups for coffee, and the most inexpensive disposable plates, and cutlery. There were also several kids running up and down the halls screaming and yelling until well after 9pm. We address this with there parents who did nothing to curtail this rude behavior. The front desk also didn’t want to be bothered. The rooms were dated, and the beds were rock hard. If you just need a last minute cheap option, and only plan to sleep a few hours a night this place will work.

We were there for a couple of nights, the rooms were clean, the staff was fine, but for a $250 room, it was lacking. The main room, 2 queens, was fine, but the bathroom, while clean, was tiny! I mean it had room for the sink, toilet, and tub, and that was about it. Unless there was a person in the tub and on the throne, you could only get one person in there at a time. The lobby was nice with coffee and cookies available all day. The breakfast was mediocre at best. On the second day, we preferred to eat out. Overall, I guess it was ok, but for the price, I will look elsewhere next year.

The bathroom barely held one person i.e. very small. There were not any additional blankets in the room which we discovered in the middle of the night. The air conditioning unit was very noisy on the low speed. The room was very clean, but we were disappointed in the overall experience especially given the price we were paying.

Great location in TC. Older hotel with nice furnishings. But our particular room was squeezed in a corner of the hallway, and it was cramped inside. Also, there is only room service every third day, so you have to reuse the cheap towels that they give you. We were in a double queen room but only had 2 towels. There were only two of us, but we needed more towels because these were thin. Also, no sheer curtains for privacy. Only blackout part or nothing.

The bike trail is very close and the employees are very helpful. The front desk gentleman guided us to a great choice for dinner and helped us with a local map. Wonderful staff and stay.

It was a giant surprise when (after having reserved my room in advance and paid for it online) I was told during check-in that residents within a 25-mile radius must pay an additional $200 reservation/hold fee. This inconvenience/annoyance set the tone for the entire stay. Extremely disappointing that Expedia chooses not to make this clear on their site.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. The two days we stayed, there were different hot foods availabile, plenty of seating, and good coffee, teas, and juices. The pool and hot tub were large and had adult only times at night. The staff was friendly as well. Just a nice little stay!
