Nice location - only about a 15 min nice walk to Target field. The room was very spacious and comfortable - and quiet!! I wish I had known the hottub/pool was under construction. You take an elevator from the street to get to the Libby and then once inside the hotel another elevator takes you to your room. Good for security I guess but takes a couple minutes to get outside. The parking garage is super tight for a truck - should have just parked elsewhere for the same price. Didn’t try breakfast but $11 each sounded reasonable and it looked good. Starbucks very nearby.

It was 90 degrees in our room and our AC was not working. They were full up so box fans were the option...swiming pool was up and running but they qwrent letting people use it and the fitness center was tore apart.

Zero hot water five of the seven days I stayed. The last two days there was only hot water in the morning and you had to run the shower and sink at least 1/2 hour to get that. Management was unsympathetic offered to move me to another room, but the water issue was Hotel white. Several lights doors were in operable using a key from the outside. If somebody fell inside the pool, you could access them. Several elevator down for repair. Hotel is unsafe and broken: poorly managed

It was great. Clean rooms. Pool was small but did its job, had two hot tubs. It was super busy and filled with unattended kids and teens who were rowdy. The biggest teen did a cannon ball and was so close to knocking my 7year old out. Otherwise it would have been fine. Breakfast was decent. Parking was so expensive ($30) with in and out privileges but still.

Great hotel, especially if you’re going to US bank. Big rooms, good breakfast and very clean. Only downside is elevators. The ones in the hotel seem to take forever to move between floors. The ones from the street level to the hotel are atrocious, especially after an event. Waited 30 minutes to get from street level to the hotel lobby after a Vikings game. We asked multiple people and sounds like there are no stairs that would take you up, so be prepared to wait

On arrival staff was rude, sheets/blankets had stains and were dirty , when I went to the front desk he stated I there would be something taken into consideration on my account, which there never was. Pool was incredibly overly packed with kids jumping in on top of one another. Walls had water damage with black spots on them in our room and humid with a/c set down to 55 room stayed at 73. For the price you pay for the room, breakfast and parking should be included or at least have rooms in better conditions. Parking was marked off with yellow tape in over half of the lots and very congested, where we did park was very tight. Advised me at check in there was an additional $250 due for “incidental” holds and the $300 was just to hold the room? The view was great, but alot of changes need to be made.

DO NOT STAY! BED BUGS! After staying 1 bight i notice i had welts on my back, legs and finger. Went down right away to discuss and clerk told management "well i have another incident" We were moved and told there was nothing that could be done until assessed the next day. The room we moved to was inspected and appearred free of bugs. Later i ran into another guest experiencing the same problem But i am now in urgent care because my foot is swollen and the welts are worse. Nobody offered any concern or worry. Management has ignored me. I will be complaining higher to corporate.

This place is a relic. How old are the photos?? Totally misleading. The room stank of old cigarette smoke. It was dank and musty smelling. The couch cushions had large bites of food stuck to the sides. My daughter wasn’t too happy about using the sofa bed. The bedding is ancient and the pillows are ridiculously lumpy. One of the hot tubs was clear and the other was green and yellow. We had to set the room at 64 degrees just so it would be about 75 in the suite area where my daughter slept. You have to take two separate elevator banks each time you get your car from the parking garage. Not directly connected. Super inconvenient. Be prepared to wait! Do not stay here if you can help it.

Most of our stay was very enjoyable- nice breakfast, clean spacious room, courteous staff. However, we chose this hotel for convenience and the heated pool/ hot tub. Temps were great but cleanliness is definitely lacking. Bandaids, towels, rusted jewelry, few piles of hair? and other bits of garbage all around on floor in a.m.. It was gross and disappointing for an otherwise stellar stay. You'd think areas would be cleaned after close or at the very least before pool hours open.

Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only.

Honestly, they’re doing the best they can with what they have. What they have is: A semi-outdated property that is 7 floors up from the weirdest parking garage I’ve ever seen. In order to even get to the lobby, you have to traverse marijuana polluted elevators in a semi sketchy drop off location. Let’s just say there is a major difference in the clientele at this property compared to the Embassy suites downtown that I stayed at previously. It’s also located right next-door to the hospital, so be prepared to be woken up by sirens frequently during your stay. This seems like a great hotel back in its day, which was probably early 1980s. Now, it seems like a relic of the past in very outdated rules and an area that is since crumbled since its initial development. The staff was helpful and kept the breakfast replenished best they could even with unruly, noisy, sloppy guests. The bar/restaurant had at most two people in it my entire three day stay. Do yourself a favor, and spend $50 more a night to stay at the Embassy suites. I certainly will.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Minneapolis. Bed was perfect and pillows were double sized. Amazing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel by Thisworks. View from the window was incredible. Staff was really friendly.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a great walkable location. Parking was $30/night which seems overpriced as many spaces were blocked off, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and rooms don’t have a microwave.

The staff was so nice, Melinie helped us get some hot tea on our first night when my husband was losing his voice after a long day at the Minnesota State Fair. Our room was clean and perfect for our long weekend visiting the twin cities. It was huge with a comfortable couch. The central location was easy to get to places quickly. We parked in the garage and had no issues getting in or out. Felt clean and safe. We were thankful to have a great place to stay.

The front desk help was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to extend my stay by one night and it was the first time in my adult life that the front desk check-in person was just basically standing there to hand you you room key and answer basic questions. The original room we got, the AC wasn’t working and there was a water leak on the ceiling. Thankfully the front desk gal gave us a different room. At breakfast time when we went to order from the coffee bar, the guy at the front desk was rude when asked questions about their menu.

There was awesome staff during the day. Overnight staff was a bit rigid and cold. Couldn't find luggage carts when needed and one elevator broke down for the weekend. Which caused long delays. Overall staff and room were pleasant and enjoyable. Would stay again.

Not to be harsh as the staff was incredibly kind which leads me to believe its often complained about. But we paid 360 in addition to these listed items. Their fees as advertised are off. Charged $250 for deposit for 2 nights says its 150 per night at the bottom for 4 Adults was told this was for damages. This instead was used to cover charges, that at the least this needed communicated, this included parking $31.36/night for unsecured parking where they are not responsible for your car. (down the street its $5-15 for whole weekend same safety) $11 per person for a breakfast that most hotels offer free. Advertised this gorgeous display of muffins, hot and cold food. It was hard bagels, stale cereal, rotten fruit, some soggy eggs, and over cooked sausage. Food was $15 starting in resturant. They advertise starbucks in lobby. Incorrect they do not serve the espresso coffee just products, like food. Theres a starbucks down the street. The pool was salty which means high yurn. Hot tub was like a bubble bath. The gym was in process on renovation.The bedroom had so many stains everywhere.For the price this is aweful amenities and quality might as well book days inn down the street for 106 per night. This area not great unless you like being followed asked for money into the hotel. The only positives were location convienance for our trip and how utterly kind staff was.

One of the most comfortable hotels in Minneapolis. Bed was perfect and pillows were double sized. Amazing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel by Thisworks. View from the window was incredible. Staff was really friendly.

Great location close to US Bank Stadium. Unusual entrance but no issues. Large, clean rooms. Well appointed. Front desk staff needs training. Unhelpful and dismissive, probably the worst Ive ever encountered and I travel a LOT. Im a Hyatt loyalty member but I wont be staying at this one again.

Everything and everyone was amazing! Friendly staff. Only negative I can say is that we were charged $250 per night incidentals fee which is WAY more than I have ever been charged!!! I was told it would take 3-10 days to “fall off” if there was no extra fees occurred. I do not think this is there standard fee as last month I stayed there and it was either $50 or $100 maybe since there was a concert nearby?

Nice location - only about a 15 min nice walk to Target field. The room was very spacious and comfortable - and quiet!! I wish I had known the hottub/pool was under construction. You take an elevator from the street to get to the Libby and then once inside the hotel another elevator takes you to your room. Good for security I guess but takes a couple minutes to get outside. The parking garage is super tight for a truck - should have just parked elsewhere for the same price. Didn’t try breakfast but $11 each sounded reasonable and it looked good. Starbucks very nearby.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a Vikings game. Conveniently located to the stadium, an easy walk. Hotel was easy to access and close to the metro stop and rest of downtown. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good and there is plenty of seating.

Everything was great about my stay. The conveniency of the location was awesome. I was blown away how big my room was and clean. The one critique i would have is that both of the bed frames were well worn so half of the bed sunk and sloped down on the inner side making it a lil awkward to get comfortable. Would stay here again though!

Great hotel, especially if you’re going to US bank. Big rooms, good breakfast and very clean. Only downside is elevators. The ones in the hotel seem to take forever to move between floors. The ones from the street level to the hotel are atrocious, especially after an event. Waited 30 minutes to get from street level to the hotel lobby after a Vikings game. We asked multiple people and sounds like there are no stairs that would take you up, so be prepared to wait

Didn’t get our room we booked because they sold out?? Which makes not sense!? The next morning room service kept interrupting our stay and check was not till 12noon. The morning buffet food was cold dry and cheap! First and last for us.

The hotel itself was great. The queen suite was clean and spacious. Where we had an issue was with the bar/restaurant. It took an hour and a half for a caesar salad, chicken strips, mac n cheese bites, and chicken wings without a heads up that the kitchen was running way behind. Had we known that we would have walked 15 minutes to Chipotle. The food was really good, but it wasn't worth the wait. Staff needs to alert customers that the kitchen is behind so they can plan accordingly.

We were greeted and taken care of by the registration desk. Our room was clean and had the amenities that we needed. The shower was about 65 degrees but super clean bathroom. The restaurant...not much on food choices but the food was good. The service however was a different story. The server was running the whole show and I know there are a lot of steps to that. We ordered food and the server was much too busy talking to people having drinks than to bother with utensils, plates, napkins or checking in with us. So minor complaints over all it was an ok stay for the price.

Be careful when booking! There is now a charge for breakfast but it is the typical continental breakfast. You’re paying over $200/night. The least they can do is offer continental breakfast for free. Have stayed here for years but will be looking for other options

The property meets all expectations, except that the lobby bar closes at.10:30pm. Don't plan your late-night revelry or after-party at the hotel. Staff is courteous and competent, rooms are nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good, a step above H-day Inn Express, but not exceptional.
