Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t eat from the bistro but did get a Starbucks coffee which was delicious. We checked out the pool which was small but expected being on the 14th floor. The fitness center was clean and very well equipped. Beautiful hotel. Parking was a bit spendy but we weren’t surprised with having to pay since it is located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It would have been helpful to know that the pool is very shallow - no diving and is small. Good for children but not adults. Fitness room was nice with a good view. Room was average. Disliked that things like the body wash, tissues were almost empty and not refilled. Lastly wish that the parking garage connected directly to the hotel so that you didn’t have to go outside to get to the garage.

Check in easy. Very friendly. Room great. Clean. Comfortable bed. Given accessible room and not needed but was fine. Parking was a huge fail. Paid parking at desk. Registered licence plate (thankfully) so hotel was able to call me. NOTE: paid hotel parking is hooked onto apartment parking. Signage minimal. With paid hotel parking tag the apartment garage door opened. I had no idea I was in wrong area. Sitting at ac/dc concert I get a call my car will be towed!!! I am unable to leave stadium or I forfeit ticket. (Bucket list). Missed part of show. But….Was able to make a bunch of calls and thankfully with a three way call hotel and parking spot owner she agreed to park in my hotel spot. She said it happens often. Sharing for other guests BE SURE YOU ARE VERY VERY CLEAR WHERE TO PARK!! Great walking location to US bank stadium. Hotels.com states $25 parking. Hotel is $28 and the front desk would not adjust due to “third party” booking. Hotels.com was great to help out.

Room was very nice we stayed in a double queen room. We stayed 2 nights for a dance competition. The lobby is very spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we called down for extra towels the second night, and asked for a bellcart when we were leaving, they were very quick bringing them up to us. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lights in the room! Even a dim one on the side of the bed I could leave on as a nightlight for my youngest. Also a major plus for me the pillows did not "deflate" when you lay on them. They actually were good quality pillows. Things we didn't like... The parking ramp is not attached to the hotel you have to go outside and walk next door down the sidewalk to get to the main entrance to the hotel. Because we spend all day at dance competitions we pack food. The fridge was so tiny I couldn't even fit all the food I brought in it. Had to fill up bags of ice to put in my coolers. There was no microwave in the room. The pool was cold and very small.

Over all a nice place to stay. There was garbage on our bathroom floor from the previous occupant (?), the best weren’t the most comfortable, kinda springy. The kids really enjoyed the pool area which is small but they could all touch, 4ft is the deepest.

Property was nice . My biggest problem it wasn't Cleaned the second night i staid. When I complained, The front desk told me, I’m sorry, you have to request for your room to be cleaned! Do you need someore towels? It also depends if we have enough staff. This is ridiculous! I was in room 706, April 18 & 19. Marriotts policy should be posted!

Bit of a confusing location to get to. Parking garage was convenient and easy to use. Close to alot of bars and restaurants and a pretty quick walk to US bank stadium. Hotel and room with both clean and fairly modern. The beds were comfy and spacious. Staff were pleasent!

I gave a poor rating to the facility only because we booked a handicapped accessible room for my husband, who uses a walker. Although the bathroom was large, it was in no way accessibly for a handicapped person. It was a BATHTUB, for goodness sake, impossible to climb over, no rubber mat even if one managed to climb, no bars inside or outside the bathing area. The room should NOT have been rated handicap accessible.

Terrific place! We rented a two-room queen suite, which turned out to be much larger and nicer than indicated in the photos. Staff are wonderful. About a 15-20 minute walk to US Bank Stadium. The only heads-up: lots of parking available, but it was a little tricky accessing it because of the configuration of the streets in the area. Not a big deal - just had to go around the block a bit. Will definitely visit again.

Asked for extra blanket and pillow waited for over an hour and never received them. When leaving parking garage it charged my card twice. Yes i did go in to inform them of tnis and receptionist seemed annoyed. Hotel would have only charged me $25 on my card but the garage charged me $36 and i only got reimbursed for $25. This process aloso took a long time to do

5th time in three years we have stayed here while my daughter was in law school. Loved everything every time. In moving her back home this trip we drove into the entrance with 5 LARGE suitcases. No luggage carriers were in the lobby. When I asked forward a de help finding one or getting someone to help the 2 of us with them, I was basically told sorry you are out of luck. We got them out of the car, into the lobby, not easy, so I decided to ask another clerk. She was a sweet girl and helped us to our room. You need more luggage carts and/or accommodating clerks. If it was my first stay I would not come back. That said our room had a lovely view. And otherwise our stay was good.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! So clean and everything was in working order. We lucked out and were provided a room with a fantastic view of stadium and downtown skyline. Also really like the ease of parking while checking in/out and loading vehicle and the easily accessible parking. This was awesome!

Great property really, we just had one minor issue Hubby showered at 11pm on check in day and noted the tub was not draining. We assumed it would be a slow empty and went to bed. In the morning when I showered, water eas still stuck in tub and that is what I stood in Ew. Clearly this is not a new clog! I did not want the next occupant to deal with this so I politely called the front desk and explained it was not draining last night and we thought it would slowly do so overnight, but it’s still there, so it needs attention before your next guest arrives. The receptionist Reprimanded me !!! Oh you were supposed to call us last night to fix it!!!! We need to take care of that either away!!!! Really? I was tired and going to bed and I am paying you the courtesy of notifying you it needs attention now this morning as I am leaving. The tone of voice and choice of words would have made a world of difference.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the courtyard, but it’s located right downtown, which is very convenient for anything going on at US Bank Stadium, but it’s not the safest neighborhood around, I had some issues with one of the locals, not going into details, but I will not return to this particular motel because of it. With that being said the staff were great about the whole situation and helped out a lot, but I feel it’s not safe
