Econo Lodge Grenada

Your very basic hotel. Sheets and towels clean. Has vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Which is a plus.Room is out dated. Holes in wall. No door chain. Looks to had been there once but hole in wall where it once was. Rust stains in tub from water dripping. Water drips in sink too.Ceiling has cracks and looks like painted over. Did not try breakfast.

Only hotel I have stayed at that ran out of shampoo and conditioner the paint in the ceiling of the bathroom was peeling off need to update the furniture microwave and frig we’re manufacturred in 1990s

The room looked as it had not been cleaned except the bed being made. I was in a non smoking room and the sheets had burn holes. The lights didn’t work. The floors had not been swept. Wall had a spot that looked like blood. It was fight to try to get reimbursed so I cauls move to a different hotel. I was then charged another charge after leaving the hotel. When we told the front about how nasty the room was and requesting sheets, light bulbs, someone to clean, it was handed to us. Asked since we were cleaning since could they put in light bulbs. This is when maintenance was called. Had to shut the power off to the room to be able to work on it. The Wi-Fi also was not connecting to the room terrible terrible experience.!! Don’t stay here!! I have pictures of all of this as well including what ww (my sister and I) swept up.

The desk clerk was rude, gave me two keys to one room when I had paid for two, and only one non-smoking room was available. The smoking room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Theodore’s terrible. The coffee pot in the bin-smoking room didn’t work. This was a horrible experience. I don’t expect this from Hotels.com.

The first Room condition was not good. I asked for another room, they gave me a better room, but my sick sister whom I was visiting asked me to stay with her. The desk clerk was very nice.
