Average stay. Pool and hot tub were filthy. Bugs floating all over. Guest washer and dryer available, Washing machine worked then the dryer was out of order. Since it’s Saturday, it couldn’t be fixed. Room was clean. Wasn’t the worst, but wouldn’t stay again.

Very clean, great staff, awesome breakfast, one of the best hotels we have visited. Only downfall pool is easy to get into for non guests. Had a huge teenage party none of whom were staying at hotel. Otherwise hotel was great, highly recommend.

Overall, it was a good place. In the room, there was a lack of cups with only 2 at the coffee pot. There was just one bar of soap that had to be used for the sink and the shower. There was also a spot along a small part of the ceiling where it met a wall that drew attention to it since it lacked paint. Those are the only items that kept it from being perfect.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. My only issues were with bathroom floor.. it needed attention....i just wore my slippers all the time did not need to step on floors with bare feet. Other than that. Beds and pillows were clean.

Overall, a good stay!! Pros: room in great condition, comfortable beds, thermostat worked well. Cons: water pressure and temperature control of water was variable to say the least. My son and husband both found it annoying and that is saying a lot. Would definitely stay here again though!

I didn't realize I had booked w/c accessible room. It was okay. Oddly large. Realize the shower was for w/c but to stand in it was was not safe. My husband nearly fell on the slick and wet floor and I did too. We used the towels to cover the floor. The sprayer in the shower was not the best. We stay at Hamptons when we travel and I just expected better. It seemed very dated and mattress honestly not very good quality. I do not normally do reviews. The desk staff were very nice.

The breakfast staff was not proficient. We went down to eat around 8:30. The gravy was empty and when I asked the lady working in kitchen (which was sitting on the bench in the lobby) if there was more gravy, she got up and went to the gravy pan and tried to scrape enough to put on my biscuit. She got maybe a teaspoon. After I said that isn't even close to being enough she said she would make more and that it would only take a couple minutes. About ten minutes later she brought out another pan of gravy that was like water and COLD. The little case that the mini scones were in was empty. At this time the lady was in the kitchen so I told her the scones were gone and could she please put out more, her reply was "I am busy right now, I'll get more when I'm done" while having her back to me. This happened with only four people there to have breakfast so it wasn't like it was at busy time. Unacceptable!

My check-in was a disaster but no fault of the hotel. I booked through Expedia and they had me under a totally different name. Thankfully we figured out the confirmation number was mines but the email address and name (which was a male) was linked to someone else with my credit card. The hotel staff were exceptional. The only other thing was breakfast. There should be more “meat” options for those who don’t consume pork products. Overall, my stay was great!

I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns all over the country and this one in Grenada was below the Hampton average. It was difficult understanding how both the AC system and the shower worked. The AC was either too cold or too warm in the. room. The outside area around the hotel had trash strewn about.

This was a great hotel and there was a Walmart less than a block away to grab some sushi and deli sandwiches for dinner. The staff were so friendly and full of smiles, plus we were surprised to find out a yummy breakfast was included

The breakfast was mediocre. Out of fruit one day, out of shredded cheese another, and fruit juices empty and not replaced. Kitchen staff chatted with one patron for 15 minutes and ignored others. Tables not bused. Rooms and maid service were excellent. Front desk staff pleasant.

We arrived at 7:30am for the breakfast. The hot breakfast items were gone, 1 piece of toast, 1 bagel. Very disappointed. We did grab a breakfast bag to go which included a bagel, cream cheese, apple and water so that was good.
