Property under construction which reduced amenities. The night staff was great the day staff absent. We just self checked out which means I prepaid so we left. Other than that no ice machines no water available not close to anything but convenient off the highway when you need to stay somewhere. Quiet for sure. The big cross next door was an interesting diversion

The pool was not operational, the breakfast was never fully stocked and most of all the elevator broke and for the next 4 days we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Several times a each day. I have bad knees and my boyfriend has a bad back. When asked about compensation I was told sorry but not sorry…..

Well it’s disappointing that Expedia fails to advise that the hotel is under construction. I book the room then afterwards l get a email from the hotel advising of construction and that everything is closed

The room smelled! Said they just updated but the floor was sticky and the paint was crappy!the bathroom door barely closed. Front desk lady was rude. We booked for the indoor pool and right after booking I get a message that says thanks for booking, our pool is out of order. Website said nothing about it! Overall disappointment! Waste of money

This place was filthy!! There was toenails under the desk. Mold on the curtains. Blood in the shower. Hair and dirt on the bathroom floor. The pool has been in renovation for 3 years and didn't know until we arrived. Very disappointing. And to top it off BEDBUGS!! I got 20 bites from sleeping there. I feel sorry for the friendly staff for having to work in such filth!!

Toilet had thick black mold. No mattress protector on bed. When bottom sheet came off during night, we were on the bare mattress. A/C did not work well. Room was very humid. Room did not smell good. Flooring in main lobby had buckled up and joints were taped together with packing tape. Very disappointed.

The 2crooms we rented weren't cleaned very well. Popcorn on the floor, soda bottle under bed pr dresser, dust on fan blades was awful, mirrors and windows looked like they were cleaned with pledge. I did tell the front desk

No water pressure, water was lukewarm at best. Only had one towel for 2 guests. Asked housekeeping to clean our room got back and no towels. The front desk lady brought us some at 2am. The front desk staff was nice but other than that don’t have great things to stay.

One of the things we didn't like was the outside door being right next to our room. We had room 100...ever time someone came and went, the door would slam very hard and shake our room. I understand the quick access to the parking lot. The door needs to be a soft closed door or replaced.

We were in town for a funeral. Upon arrival, our room had a shattered window and the phones did not work. The front desk was very accommodating and switched us to a bigger room. The room served its purpose for our short stay. Staff were friendly. No major complaints once we were moved into a better room. Would stay again when in town.

Me and my grandfather stay at this property everytime we come to visit from Minneapolis. Which is typically 7-8 times a year. This time we didn’t even get to stay because they canceled our rooms and didn’t notify us. After a long 14 hour drive staff wasn’t knowledgeable on how to resolve the issue upon check in we were exhausted and had to find another hotel in Grenada. We have spent so much money here throughout the years they do not care about there customers at all it’s all only about money. This is not the first time we have been treated unfair and we are loyal customers. Just my first Do not stay here we will never book rooms here again. Been booking here for about 7 years. Very disappointed :(

I want to say that Ms. China at the front desk is amazing. She really was the Hero for my stay! She went above and beyond to make sure my family and i were as comfortable as we could be. She listened to issues and definitely took action to solve them!! She was so pleasant to deal with and she is definitely the reason we will stay here again. The pool was closed which was a bummer but the cleanliness of the room and facility as a whole plus the amazing breakfast made the pool being shut down something we didnt even notice. great place to stay with amazing staff! Thank you again Ms. China you saved the day!!

Asked for a handicapped room or shower stool but because I booked online they wouldn’t change. Silly as we checked in later in the evening and only for one night so you would expect them to be able to accommodate. Shower was not good at all. No water pressure!

Easy to get to. Easy to drive to restaurants. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Only thing I didn’t like was the exit door was close to our room and we could hear it bang shut all hours of the night
