One light in the room flickered when turned on. There were other lights in the room so we could turn that one off and still see well. The light above the shower didn't have a bulb so it didn't work either. On our check out day, the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Staff did offer to help but we had already taken them down. This hotel did not serve breakfast which lowered my rating.

Only drawback was the drain placement in the shower. You can't turn around without stepping on it and causing it to close. Also, parking was tough. Friendly staff, good wifi

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was small but clean and nice. It had a very clean laundromat which was great for travelers. It was located close to town with an Elk that was in the parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. We had a nice refrigerator in the room. They have 2 shared microwaves, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. Fortunately our room was only 10-15 feet from the one on the first floor. The elk visited the houses across the street from the hotel. Great picture moments.

Me and my family stayed in this property from Aug-4 till Aug 7th 2023 and we mostly stayed there at night as we were travelling the parks all days , we were so tired of driving and I thought I would get good sleep but there was heck a lot of bed bugs biting us all over and it was pretty rough experience and the staff at from desk when I asked for the contacts to complain about this he diverted the topic and said his manager would have that manager and he dont have any info on that, that was pretty strange that the front desk dont have appropriate support contact when needed.

The room and the bathroom are all clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. They provide coffee and hot water all day long. All the staff there during our stay are nice, friendly, and professional. We had a very nice stay while visiting the Yellowstone National Park.

The room was filthy and smelly. The bathroom was worse (if that was even possible). The sink only had scalding hot water - no matter which way you turn the faucet. The shower was slippery and weird shaped. The pipes made loud (almost deafinin hissing) sound. The shower turned scalding hot randomly. The only good thing was relative proximity to Yellowstone. Probably best to spend a bit more and look elsewhere.

Front desk Christopher & Chris were informative & helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was advised at check-in that I would have room service on Tuesday and Friday. However, I only had it on Tuesday, so I had overflowing trash. I went to the office to get a supply of coffee. I am a senior, I get up to the bathroom at night. A nightlight would be nice. I am a birder, and my mornings start at 0430. Going outside for the microwave to cook breakfast SUCKED! I had a lot of problems with the wi-fi. I use a program Snap Bridge to transfer my photos from my camera to my phone. I was unable to do this in my room. I had to go to the office and get assistance from Christopher with the wi-fi. The door handle to the elevator alcove works backwards.

WAY too expensive for the tiny room. One tiny little chair by a one tiny TV-tray-like side "table." NO table/chair for more than that one person. No flat surfaces in the tiny shower-only bathroom--just a pedestal sink.. No decent mirror or lights to dress/groom with. A tall person's knees would touch the wall in front of the toilet. Etc.

Overall not bad. Had to wait for front desk clerk to check in. The room was ok. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good. The bed/mattress and pillows smelled bad. Convenient parking and easy access to rooms. Horrible soundproofing. Between rooms and floors.

When we checked in, the A/C was not working. We asked the front desk to move us. They would not. We waited for maintenance for 30 minutes. We were roasting in the room. The front desk never called maintenance or their manager to fix the situation and she was totally rude and uncaring. We checked with her several times to no avail. We will never stay with Travelodge again and we will be disputing the charge.

The hotel was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants. Bonus animal sightings - don’t be surprised if there are elk walking around the hotel area and on the sidewalks/streets around town. The proximity to Yellowstone NP is great. We always enjoy passing through Gardiner, it’s a great little town.

Located at the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park, this was a very convenient location from which to access the park and nearby Mammoth Hot Springs. Plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel. Would like to have had a microwave in the room, but one was provided in an outside common area. No complaints. Very nice facility!

It was great being so close to the park gate. We were able to visit the park in the evening and pop back to the hotel easily. Staff were friendly and online pre check in made things quick and convenient.

We had a wonderful stay in Gardiner. The hotel is renovated and really nice. It has everything you need for a long stay. Additional bonus is the beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The location is super convenient if you are visiting Yellowstone which we were.

We stayed in Gardiner because it was cheaper than staying in the national park (which is outrageous). If you want a microwave, search for one on the first or third floor. We are on the second floor. It’s bad enough not to have one in your room or to have only one microwave per floor in a hotel that accommodates hundreds of people. I’ll give them a 9/10 for a rustic look with natural wood furniture (although this “desk” I am writing on is barely larger than my laptop). I like the strip of fabric along the bottom of the bed has a nature pattern with elk deer, bear, etc. The bathroom is small with a tub/shower—it was okay. The key card took 3-4 swipes (aggravating). There is free coffee but it’s weak. Dave asked about a free breakfast because there was a placemat in the lobby with the typical Wyndham picture of a kid eating a waffle. Dave asked the hotel clerk who said they stopped doing it during COVID. But most other Wyndham hotels offer it so we concluded they’re just being cheap now.
