have a picnic deck overlooking river with tables lounge chairs and a bbq grill fir guesrs use. Room 14 was very nice with full kitchen and private balcony overlooking river with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend

The property location is excellent in that it is very close to park entrance. The river running through it is lively. They set up a nice area with lounge chairs and grills for relaxation and cooking outside. The property has everything needed.

We were in unit 16 which is on the upper level. Very nicely renewed decor, a private deck with a scenic view of the river and mountains, two bedrooms with a spacious kitchen area. The parking was a bit tight with space only for 1 vehicle per unit. The main road passed just outsid the bedroom window, but didn't seem too noisy after 11:00. We really enjoyed stating there.

Easy check in. In a great spot in town, by the store and little shops, nice trail stairs down to the river. They also had a bbq on the deck area that we used. No complaints!!

It was a nice room, with a freshness to it. There was a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. There were outlets and usb ports, though one didn't work. There's a nice deck area that overlooks the river and mountains. Parking was limited and assigned. The grocery store is a block away, and Yellowstone is about 5 minutes by car. and assigned, but easy enough.

The cottages were clean, quiet, and I'm a great location! We could see the Roosevelt Arch from our cottage. We also so elk across the river! The AC worked great as well as the shower. Staff came daily to clean, empty the trash and did dishes. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay in my little cottage. Clean comfortable, and a surprising little kitchen, complete with everything you would need, from dishes to pots and pans. Will definitely stay here again, for a longer stay!

We really enjoyed our two separate stays at Yellowstone Riverside Cottages. The cottages are super clean and comfortable (even during subzero, as in -20 or lower, temperatures). The cottages are only 15 minutes from the Mammoth Hotel in Yellowstone NP which is the jumping off point for snow coach trips to Old Faithful. The gentlemen working the front desk (James and Joe, I believe) were very professional and courteous. We were also able to check in early during out last stay. I highly recommend the Yellowstone Riverside Cottages and would gladly stay there again. Thank you. George from Idaho.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the river with the Roosevelt Arch and mountains in the distance. Such an amazing view to start and end each day. The kitchenette worked out well. The bed in the loft was a hit with our daughter. She had her own space. We are so happy we chose to stay here. Definitely recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

Best hotel-experience for a long time. Nice view, clean inside and a bed that was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and the shower was excellent. The balcony that has a view over the river was so nice. Nothing to complain about. Top notch.

The room was super clean and comfortable, the service was friendly, and the location was perfect for us. My only complaint is that there was a motion sensor light outside that kept coming on all night. I closed the window shade, but it was very thin and didn’t block the light, and there wasn’t any other window covering available. I woke up every time the light switched on. Other than that, our overnight stay was perfect.

This place is beautiful. The only downside was how clearly you can hear the upstairs & next door neighbors walking around through the walls & ceilings. Totally possible we just had rowdy neighbors, so we just put in earplugs & slept much better. The location & perfect, with the serene patio by the river & was within walking distance to everything.

Great location for this little set of cottages in Gardiner. Room had many thoughtful amenities and the shower was one of the best I have had in a motel setting. Room was warm when we arrived, which was nice for the winter. Walls are a bit thin in the non-riverside rooms, but a minor distraction. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and check-in was a breeze!

Nice small cabin type room. Has all the amenities to be self sustaining since not any places are open in the winter. Fun time having mama and baby elk hanging out by the car. Elk throughout town was fun to see. You can hear your neighbors through the adjoining wall which can be disturbing if trying to sleep because you are getting up before dawn to go to the park.

I received a welcome text with check in information. The room was immaculately clean, and the young woman who checked us in was professional. We slept great, walked to breakfast the next morning, and had a great time seeing YNP. I definitely recommend!!

Ashley at check in was great. Very helpful. All staff interaction were very good. Unit 13 14 had balcony above the river. We stayed in room 14. Definitely will stay again. Ate at the Wonderland Cafe. It was very good. We love Gardiner in the Winter. Enjoyed going 6 miles north of town to Yellowstone Hot Springs. All in all had a great trip. Will definitely stay longer next time.

The place is very clean. They upgraded our room before we arrived because they said there was a problem with our room we reserved. Anyway the room upgrade was awesome and it clean and quiet. Staff was super nice and checkin was quick and easy.

We stayed in Cottage #15. The last night, we had guest who arrived and stayed in cottage above us. You could hear every step made. Did not get good nights rest. If we do come back, we would stay in cottage that is 2 story. The staff was nice. Check in was fast. They quickly checked and fixed ac leak.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yellowstone Riverside cottages. Check in was a breeze and friendly staff. Our cottage was nice appointed with Keurig, toaster and good size fridge. Was very clean. Direct tv so good tv options. Walking distance to local grocery store and several restaurants. View of the Yellowstone River is a nice feature too. Saw lots of elk roaming around too! We would definitely return.

Great location. Walkable to everything in town. Right on the Yellowstone River. But since we were there after the snow started for the year, the elk have come down from the high country and they are everywhere. Even munching on the flowers around the cabins.

We had cottage 12 with a balcony and you see the mountains and hear the river below. The cottage was clean and well kept and was great for a 3-4 day stay. Everything you needed was a 5-10 minute easy walk; restaurants, groceries, souvenirs. A definite place to stay again. I don't do reviews regularly.

This cute little property right off the Yellowstone River is spectacular. Offering a less than 3 minute drive to the park gates and 10 minute walk to most restaurants in Gardiner it was amazing. The room was cleanly, modern but felt homely. The staff were wonderful even with our late check in and offered us great recommendations for food in the area. I can’t recommend this property enough and I am looking forward to going back!
