The main pic of this property's listing is not of the hotel. It is of a cabin they also rent. The hotel is 2 seperate properties. Everything looked new. It was a bit odd that they have 3 single wide trailers on site and you leave the main property via a gavel road. All in all if i found myself in Gardiner, i would stay again.

Our room was quite and clean but parking was a problem. The property was sold out every night we were there (7) they just don't have enough parking places. Also the parking spots were small so one night a large SUV took 2 parking spots because they didn't want anyone close to them. Also the ice machine was out of order the whole time we were there. They had another ice machine in the office but you had to drive around the block to get there.

The hotel room itself was clean and as advertised, but I was disappointed that our room was located off a gravel alleyway surrounded by old beat up and broken down cars. Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order as well.

The property is split into two sections. We were in the back, up on the hill where they had their breakfast cafe and laundry. The laundry is very nice. The breakfast is continental but enough variety that we were able to save on the expense of going out to breakfast every morning. You can be to the north park gates in 5 minutes. Linens were clean, as was the bathroom. Very quiet area. Always felt safe. The rooms have A/C units, which isn’t always a guarantee in that area, so that was nice too.

Room was pretty clean when we checked in. You need to request room cleaning before 9am for the service after checking in, and the front desk missed our request during our stay. The shower tub is super slippery without a shower mat, front desk said that’s how it is. It’s located right by the north entrance to Yellowstone. So, that’s a big plus.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been more than satisfied. Unfortunately this time the room was not cleaned properly-wood chips/leaves on the carpet, gnats on the comforter, hair and white paint chips on the bathroom floors, garbage in the bathroom garbage can-it was almost like someone had started cleaning but didn’t finish. Thankfully the beds had clean sheets so I used a washcloth to clean the bathroom myself. Staff was friendly and breakfast was appreciated.

We went on a cross country road trip and stayed at many hotels. This wasn’t the very worst, but it certainly was next up. Food & debris all over the carpet, bathroom floor had hair & pee, shower was disgusting and had orange rings around drains, freezer & fridge were filthy, save yourself a headache and book elsewhere. No pool for those wondering and the free breakfast is less than. There was no ice in either ice machine. It’s a shame because the hotel is beautiful and not old, if staff continues to treat it like they do, it will be ruined in no time.

We loved the proximity to wildlife. 2 white tailed deer were at our front door. Elk grazed 1/4 mile away at the church. Very large room❤️. I had no internet via wifi. Bathroom sink was tiny. Loved the kitchen.

Bed mattress was bad.The shower had no bath curtain and was never provided despite requesting it repeatedly. The people at the front desk were not helpful, nor friendly. They seemed tired and uninterested in having anymore tourist. And this was a 200 dollar room. The mattress was literally lopsided. Great location, near park, walking distance to Gardiner restaurants and stores.

The room was clean, but offered the minimum of amenities. The bathroom sink was a free standing type with no counter top whatsoever to set toiletries. The room was small and the bed stand was old. The breakfast was the bare minimum "continental" type with poor quality rolls and no place to sit; just a counter with some cereal and juice and day old rolls.

The room was clean and nice! Was inconvenient to the Office. Staff in the office were not helpful or friendly. We felt they were rude. We stayed in the upper part of the hotel, the location was odd. Had residents around lower hotel and we had to go up on a back dirt road to get to upper hotel. Staff in Coffee house was very friendly.

Hotel room was okay.Poor check in experience- Overcharged without explanation. The Expedia Receipt clearly states and my credit card was charged for most of it before we checked in and $46.39 to be paid at property. However when we checked to our surprise the Checkin / front desk staff of the Hotel insisted on charging my credit card $98.20 instead of $46.39 as expected with no explanation whatsoever. I have written several emails to the manager with no response.

The receipt we received when booked in January stated that we would pay $37 or 4% resort fee tax. When we arrived, the fee had grown to $87. this was not disclosed before we booked or arrived.. other than that, the staff was very friendly and the room was great. They even let us have bear spray for free. I just dont like to see new undisclosed fees that we did not agree to when booking

Wish there was an elevator. I did get charged an extra $45 at check in. The girl told me it was taxes. When I questioned it the next day the man told me it’s bc we went thru Expedia. I will get in touch w Expedia for an explanation.

Don’t expect a full kitchen. we have been missing a lots of equipment. A light above the stove would have been great, just like a toaster. For this kind of service level, it does not seem unreasonable. Staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. You better arrive early enough to find your way to the cabin. They won’t help.

very, very clean, super clean room to be exact and comfortable, this is in the heart of Gardiner not even 5 minutes to Yellowstone North entrance, (perfect location to visit the park). The hotel rooms were big and clean. It was just interesting to drive from the office to our room. We passed through some mobile homes behind the office, then the hotel buildings were next to them. Breakfast was just boxes of cereal, danish, bagels, and coffee so that was a little disappointing. But overall it was a good hotel and very convenient to Yellowstone’s west entrance.

We stayed here twice and both visits were great. The Very clean and well kept property, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. The staff members were friendly and helpful. It is very convenient to the north entrance to Yellowstone. The property is on the main drive into town and if in the front rooms, you will hear some traffic noise. The Continental Breakfast (included) was a little disappointing regarding the items offered. There is no restaurant on property, but there are a number of dining options in town. We went with the hotel recommendation for dinner, which was the Wonderland Cafe. We all enjoyed our meals and decided to return there on our second visit. Great food and service both times.

The room was clean, but offered the minimum of amenities. The bathroom sink was a free standing type with no counter top whatsoever to set toiletries. The room was small and the bed stand was old. The breakfast was the bare minimum "continental" type with poor quality rolls and no place to sit; just a counter with some cereal and juice and day old rolls.

Pretty clean and nice staff. They are very accommodating. Breakfast was a little lacking, but good pastries. But nothing for a person with gluten allergy. We used the laundry and that was great. Ice machine in our building wasn’t working. Overall pretty nice. I would stay again.
