For this to be in the Hilton family. Some things just didn’t add up. The gym is horrible. The smell inside of it was worse than a middle school gym. It felt unclean at best. I tried to go down both days but couldn’t stay in the room. They definitely did not like that I used Hotels.com to book. They made that clear checking in. She referenced it 4x like I had the plague. The room is fine. Nothing fancy, not overly clean. I was disappointed overall. I would stay elsewhere moving forward in 24. I come to Asheville every other month for work. They are better options for sure.

Everyone on property was very friendly and helpful. They were ready to give us directions to the sites we came to visit. The hotel was clean and neat. Our room was very comfortable well appointed. Plenty of drawer space which was a plus! Also good lighting in the bathroom which is usually an issue with hotels. It was quiet although it was on a busy street. We did not use the pool or spa but it seemed busy with other guests using them. We had an easy check in/check out. Would stay there again if we are in the area.

The property was nice and clean, staff was friendly. It would have been nice if we had known before driving 12 hours and checking in that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were all out of service. We booked this location because we wanted to use the indoor pool and hot tub with the kids but we’re unable to and it was too late to book another location because of their cancellation policy.

Great stop for the night. Easy check in with digital key. Immaculate room, comfortable bed. Workout room with a peloton bike and treadmills so we could workout before getting back on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Positives - a clean, nice room, easy parking and the area is somewhat walkable. Staff was helpful, professional and friendly. Negatives - the hospitality night (Wed) is a nice touch but warm beer and awful wine makes it less so. Breakfast also was edible but not great. Overall, a nice experience.

Wonderful dinner options in walking distance. The pool and hot tub are indoors and open late, which was great. The suite has 2 distinct rooms, which worked out well and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was good, and everyone on staff was very polite and friendly.

Karen at the front desk was amazing and made sure my stay was comfy. The beds were a bit hard but the room was fantastic. Big, clean + comfortable. Breakfast was great and so was the Meet + Greet on Wednesday. Although the pool + hot tub were not in operation due to a mass pipe break in hotel Karen the front desk lady at check in gave me a voucher to use the Hilton down the street for their facilities and I did after a long 12 hour ride I needed the Hot-Tub. They were nice to me also.

I could not find a single cosmetic flaw at this location. The property is impeccable and the kitchen had what we needed. The gym and pool areas were super clean and I was just so impressed with the upkeep. No flecking paint, no mold, no funky smells, everything was just so clean. I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is at the top of my list. Friendly staff and clean rooms, quiet but close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful.

The room was extremely clean!!! Thats a huge positive! However, the air conditioning vents are located in the ceiling…. And blast cold air on your face. I have had Bells Palsy….. caused by have fans /air blowing too hard on your face! We had to cut our stay short because of that. I am grateful to the staff for allowing us to do that without a penalty. Now for the worst thing….. the breakfast buffet is a joke!!!!! Not a darn thing is made fresh….. sure they scrambled up the liquid eggs, that tasted like plastic. The “scones” were were so crumbled up, I had to ask the attendant what the heck it was supposed to be. And the “ potato pancakes…. That was funny it was a cold has brown! No fresh waffles nor the ability to make one, nor pancakes. A break buffet is one of my “must-haves” when making hotel reservations. For the price it cost to stay in a “HILTON”…. And little freshness would have been nice. A bowl of black and brown bananas was available if you like your bananas like that

One thing that truly stood out from all other motels was the fact you could take a REAL shower just like at home. Full pressure with the shower head, not just dribbling out like everyplace else. You actually felt clean when you stepped out of the shower!

We stayed one evening. My 9 year old slept on the sofa couch and said his back hurt in the morning from the bar (the typical sofa bed effects) The breakfast wasn’t terrible but nothing more than you would expect.

Always enjoy this hotel. Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good by hotel standards. Only issue was that the room got hot and very dry at night and we both woke up with headaches which went away after some fresh air.

This hotel was perfect for us. The room was well designed for comfort and convenience. It had plenty of drawer and other storage space and we liked the design of the bathroom with the vanity in a separate space from the toilet and shower. The staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful even offering us water for our trip home when we checked out.

Clean, updated hotel only about a mile and a half from downtown Asheville. The pillows are the only complaint I have. I asked for a firm pillow and they sent up another super soft feather pillow identical to the others in the room. Everything else was great.

Our room was very spacious clean and bed comfortable. There were plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The hotel was pet friendly but very quiet never heard any barking or anything. The staff was also very nice and polite I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to vacation in Asheville NC

We had a fantastic stay. This was perfect for a little get away for me and my three daughters. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The pool was great for entertainment at the end of the day. The hotel has towels right by the pool so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. The breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Breakfast meats switched daily as did some of the pastries. Having the fixings for breakfast burritos was a first for us on a hotel buffet. Charissa at the front desk helped us decide on a hike. We went to Dupont State Park and did the Triple Falls trail. It was beautiful and adventurous. The kids loved climbing on the rocks and seeing the waterfalls up close. The hotel was close to the other things we wanted to do in the area. We went downtown to do the chocolate factory tour and bought some local souvenirs at Asheville Emporium. Super cool that they support local artists. My 8 year old loves the 3D printed dragon she got. We were told a local dad makes them for the shop. Highly recommend Pack’s Tavern for dinner. Family friendly with delicious food. Wish we had more time to spend in this area. I highly recommend the hotel and the area. You won’t be disappointed.

The first time I stayed here, the lady on duty was very welcoming and very friendly. Which is why I chose to stay here again. However, the second time around was not so great. The entire staff was complete opposite. Made me felt like I was a burden. The tone in every answer was very condescending. The room was still nice though. The next time I choose the place will have to be in non peak season. If I pay little then I will expect little.

The staff at this hotel was so helpful. They had a pamphlet for everything; restaurants, stores, printed out directions to the Biltmore. Our suite was amazing, very airy and nicely decorated. The breakfast area was nicely set up, with a variety of hot and cold items. Again, the staff here was so friendly. We have stayed at Homewood Suites in other areas and have always been pleased. Again, I want to compliment the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

The front desk clerk, Fox, was the friendliest, most personable staff member Ive ever interacted with at a hotel. Everythjng was clean and felt comfortable and safe. Breakfast was great. There wasnt any loud noise and the grounds were clean. Loved staying here.

We had a fantastic stay. This was perfect for a little get away for me and my three daughters. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The pool was great for entertainment at the end of the day. The hotel has towels right by the pool so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. The breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Breakfast meats switched daily as did some of the pastries. Having the fixings for breakfast burritos was a first for us on a hotel buffet. Charissa at the front desk helped us decide on a hike. We went to Dupont State Park and did the Triple Falls trail. It was beautiful and adventurous. The kids loved climbing on the rocks and seeing the waterfalls up close. The hotel was close to the other things we wanted to do in the area. We went downtown to do the chocolate factory tour and bought some local souvenirs at Asheville Emporium. Super cool that they support local artists. My 8 year old loves the 3D printed dragon she got. We were told a local dad makes them for the shop. Highly recommend Pack’s Tavern for dinner. Family friendly with delicious food. Wish we had more time to spend in this area. I highly recommend the hotel and the area. You won’t be disappointed.

The rooms were lovely, roomy, well-equipped, and quiet, the hotel staff welcoming. While not a walkable area, it is very convenient to downtown by car or Uber, as well as to the highways that lead into the mountains. There is a good restaurant a hundred yards away or so that is an easy walk for an excellent breakfast (The Cornerstone) and serves good meals throughout the day. I had a nice 3-day stay there and recommend this to travelers or sightseers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Very convenient location: minutes from the interstate to get you nearly anywhere; maybe 10 minutes from Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. There is also a nice grocery store almost across the street, lots of restaurants, and the mall nearby. This was probably the most quiet hotel we have ever stayed in.

The Homewood Suites on Tunnel Road in Asheville was exceptional. Our suite was well-appointed, and we discovered a number of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. If we go to Asheville again, we'll definitely stay here.

The room is very nice. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. They kept running out of everything including lids for coffee, forks and the main dish. After I came back a second time to see if they restocked and they had not, I asked the front desk what was going on. I was told they are busy. I can appreciate that, but after an hour I would expect things to be restocked. Otherwise the hotel is very nice.

The room was extremely clean!!! Thats a huge positive! However, the air conditioning vents are located in the ceiling…. And blast cold air on your face. I have had Bells Palsy….. caused by have fans /air blowing too hard on your face! We had to cut our stay short because of that. I am grateful to the staff for allowing us to do that without a penalty. Now for the worst thing….. the breakfast buffet is a joke!!!!! Not a darn thing is made fresh….. sure they scrambled up the liquid eggs, that tasted like plastic. The “scones” were were so crumbled up, I had to ask the attendant what the heck it was supposed to be. And the “ potato pancakes…. That was funny it was a cold has brown! No fresh waffles nor the ability to make one, nor pancakes. A break buffet is one of my “must-haves” when making hotel reservations. For the price it cost to stay in a “HILTON”…. And little freshness would have been nice. A bowl of black and brown bananas was available if you like your bananas like that

Best hotel I've been to in a long time. It was super clean, beds were comfy, the suite was spacious enough for my husband and our three kids. Lots of pillows in the room. It didn't feel muggy like the last hotel we were at. The shower was clean and felt amazing after a long day of travel. In the morning, they had plenty of breakfast options. The worker- seeing our hands were full helped my 7 year old get his stuff all together & the manager was even out in the dining area talking to the guests.

Beautiful location with mountain view. Stay included snacks, soda, water in room. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. "Hot" breakfast? No sternos on under chafers to keep any of the food warm much less hot. (I worked in food service 8 years and have never seen this) Turkey sausage was still pink in the middle. Stick with cereal, bagels and prepackaged yogurts.
