No lobby area open .. not sure if that was under construction for remodel or afraid of germs .. open window area in outside entrance .. no breakfast .. under construction for remodel .. our room was partially complete … flooring only thing done .. dings in door .. walls and bathroom .. lamp shade and chair looked like they had been in a war zone .. dingy cheap towels I guess they thought we were stealing when we asked for more so they wouldn’t have to service our room during the long weekend stay .. said they’d be in room daily to service then second night we had to ask for the clean towels as only service was dirty towels were removed .. we fixed our own bed

Sheets were to small for bed and kept popping loose at corners.Had same experiece checking out at 9:30 this morning. I finally threw the keys thru the hole in night window and left.

Nice lady at the reception desk was helpful. Intercom assistance was difficult to understand until she showed up. All service was conducted through night window. Multiple keys to other rooms were left on table for anyone to pick up. Did not give a good feeling of security. No secure area for key return- just leave on the desk.

We were not greeted with a person but a ring doorbell. The man had a heavy accent that i couldn’t understand. He was unsure of the room I had a reservation for. He only had a handicapped room with a king bed at the time. It was after check in time. He told me the key card was under the map on a table. Under the map were 10 or more room keys with room numbers on them. I took mine and walked in the room. It was smelly and wasn’t clean enough for me. When I went back to the office I pushed the button and told the manager that I would not be staying. He was extremely rude and was yelling. I suggest that you take this establishment off of your website.

If you are handicapped don't stay.... We got stuck on 3rd floor, because the buttons on the elevator didn't work. Had to get someone to walk down the steps and ride elevator up in order for us to leave.

When we arrive to check in the lobby was locked and no one was at the night check in. Apparently the lobby is permanently locked as when we came back three hours later to try and check in there was a lady at the night check in (that was at 4:300m) to check us in. She was nice and when we required about the free breakfast she gave us a bag with some muffins, energy bars and oatmeal in it. Upon arrival there were some young men just wondering around the rooms. The whole vibe was rather scary. The room was roomy and kind of updated, but the bathroom wall was dirty and the bathtub shower was hard to work as well as not having any hand rails or any other safety features. Apparently this motel is mainly for workers in the area and not tourists

This was the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in. The walls were not painted properly, and looked like they were covering a murfer scene. There were small flies all over the room, and the bathroom was filty. The outside looked like a slum.

The hotel room was horrible. Our outside door didn’t lock, we had to put a heavy chair in front of the door. The bathroom door didn’t shut. There was dead cockroaches on the floor.

Bed sheets/pillowcases were dirty and ripped. Floors were dirty. Counter surfaces were sticky. Room did not smell good and was very overpowering. Another guest sat in their car after 9 pm with their music blaring. There was no breakfast in the morning due to a renovation. In the morning another person was trying to get in our room because the office gave them our room number.

The pictures on line were much better than the room. Sheets were on inside out and were stained. Towels were dingy and didn’t look clean although I’m sure they were. TV only had one channel and that was difficult to work. When we entered, there was water on the floor from lack of circulation. Water disappeared after we turned the air conditioning on. Overtired was adequate, but needs updating and renovation.

Not like the Days in I have been to before. Old motel, everything very loud. The bathroom fan and toilet was very loud, not just in our room, but you can hear everything in the room next door bathroom too. Advice breakfast included, yes, apple sauce, granola bar and oatmeal TO GO. Good thing we only stayed one night, highly disappointed.

The WiFi never worked. I had to have a key readjusted 3 times. The refrigerator had food in it leftover from the previous occupant. There was a lot of noise from a gathering on the walkway outside my door that lasted until 345 am. You could smell where people had been smoking weed on that walkway. There was no option communicated that I could skip housekeeping or not have fresh towels to save water. The clean towels were stained brown. I travel a lot, and this hotel was the first one I ever stayed at that I felt unsafe.

When we showed up to check in, after the stated check in time, they scrambled to find a room for us. Having obtained the keys, I spent about five minutes, trying to get them to work. One of the housekeeping staff also tried, and finally the desk attendant tried the master key – turns out the lock was broken and needed reset. I ended up in a room with two beds, which does not work as well for us, but at least the key worked. On entering the room, I noticed a slightly musty smell, as well as spackling patches all over the walls. In some places, the floor molding was missing, and the shower curtain rod was just barely hanging on by a loose screw- as a result we were afraid to use it. A hairdryer was provided, but didn’t work. I applaud renovating an older property, but NOT renting out, at regular price, rooms in process. This was a fairly unpleasant experience in terms of the property. The staff was obviously bothered by the issues, and did their best to be helpful. It feels like they’ve been sent into battle with one hand tied behind their back and defective weapons for the other. In spite of that, they did their best to take care of us, and our room was clean, if dilapidated.

I appreciated the value, but I do have couple comments: - I was given I nice room which hidden in the back and probably quieter than the rest (appreciate) - good value for the price and the bed sheets were freshly cleaned - the Fridge was big but noisy - the hotel was near the highway (rout 26) which is convenient but occasional trucks noise - water pressure adequate - no breakfast and in room coffee machine was dirty and broken (Starbucks was across the parking lot) - fast food choices are abundant and within walking distance - WIFI robust and free. I can see that the owners are trying hard to please. I would recommend it for budget travelers, but if you need more, that may not be the best option if you’re willing to pay double the rate!

Once I asked him why he was yelling at me. He continue to yell at me a few more times that he was not yelling. Once I reached my room, I realize there was no cleaning done. Once I disinfected the restroom. Took a quick shower. Went to bed. Left the next morning. I definitely would not recommend this motel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The management needs to invest some more money into maintenance, however. Our room had a leak from the ceiling, from the light fixture over the sink. Water and electricity are not a good combination! The listing, and their sign outside, advertised complimentary breakfast, but they had the lobby closed for renovations so there was no breakfast.

Both times we’ve checked in this week, we had to wait in line a good while. We didn’t have clean towels in the room. Staff came and brought us clean ones.

The menager was one of those unfriendly people, unhappy with their life. I renewed my stay several times, and when I went to the reception to renew again today, the guy said "Our system is down, you have to leave the room". I asked him to let me stay in the room until the system comes back, but he refused. I was planning to stay at least 5 more days, but he kicked me out. It seemd to me that he actually enjoyed his 5 minute power over me.

Nice lady at the reception desk was helpful. Intercom assistance was difficult to understand until she showed up. All service was conducted through night window. Multiple keys to other rooms were left on table for anyone to pick up. Did not give a good feeling of security. No secure area for key return- just leave on the desk.

First of all, I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW. I don't usually feel it's worth the time, but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. I arrived and asked for my money back because there were several shady looking men hanging out in the parking lot and I told the receptionist i didn't feel safe. I had my 8 your old son with me who has epilepsy and they told me I had selected a smoking room on Expedia. I didn't know that hotels even had smoking rooms anymore. I asked for my money back dye to not feeling safe as a single mother taveling alone with her 2 sons. The attendant said I needed to call Expedia to get a refund. I drove to the nearby Best Western (which was 100x better) and paid for another room and I contacted Expedia from my new hotel, they called the manager to explain that I didn't feel safe and were told they would not give the money back, no exceptions. I called the manager myself, and she literally screamed and cursed at me and said I had lied to Expedia and then she hung up on me. WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Do not even consider this place. You're better off sleeping at a rest stop. I had to pay for 2 rooms that night, one that I did not use due to the sleezy guests hanging out in the parking lot.

Upon arrival, no one at the office, spoke to someone over a door bell, change room 3 times untill i got a decent room. Previous room had broken lock, wholes through out the walls and pretty much cigarettes smell. Bad customer service from the owners. However I complement and thanks only Jose a staff member which was very helpful.

The room coffee machine was broken, was advertised as "breakfast included" it was not. The "hot water" was warm at best and came from a faucet that felt like it was going to break off in my hand. Don’t recommend staying here to anyone. I paid for two nights here and only stayed one. The room smelled terrible and musty. It was dirty. The blankets looked like they were very very old. The towels were beige. There was a hole in the wall. The room was dirty and didn’t look like it had had a well cleaning and a very long time we can barely tolerate the smell in the room. We did not feel safe there was a lot of people walking around Sitting outside all hours of the night and yelling. We did not feel safe. This is not family friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It would not let me load the photos of the hole in wall and dirty room

I appreciated the value, but I do have couple comments: - I was given I nice room which hidden in the back and probably quieter than the rest (appreciate) - good value for the price and the bed sheets were freshly cleaned - the Fridge was big but noisy - the hotel was near the highway (rout 26) which is convenient but occasional trucks noise - water pressure adequate - no breakfast and in room coffee machine was dirty and broken (Starbucks was across the parking lot) - fast food choices are abundant and within walking distance - WIFI robust and free. I can see that the owners are trying hard to please. I would recommend it for budget travelers, but if you need more, that may not be the best option if you’re willing to pay double the rate!

The bed quilts had holes in them. The smell in the room was stale. Gaps in the door that you could see under. Felt unsafe, several police were at the hotel for a situation, ice bucket was dirty took it back to the office. We would have left but it was a no refund last minute reservation. It was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.

Upon arrival, the key we were given was to a room that looked occupied, window was open so we could see tv on and the room was locked from inside. Went back to get another room, 2nd room door was not even locked or closed. Due to the area it looked and felt unsafe to enter an open room that was pitch black dark. I went back to front desk to let them know and ask for refund. They said no refunds and area was safe. They gave us a 3rd room to try. The key card would not unlock door, went back to front desk and they said to kick the door at the bottom because it good get stuck. At that point, 2 guys showed up to try to jimmy the door to open, thought they were locksmiths but front desk said no. So two random guys helping to break into our "room." They speculated the battery door locks may be dead. After an hour and no entry to any rooms, we left to find another hotel. Mind you we arrived at midnight. Terrible experience. I will be disputing charge with my credit card if they do not refund this.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The management needs to invest some more money into maintenance, however. Our room had a leak from the ceiling, from the light fixture over the sink. Water and electricity are not a good combination! The listing, and their sign outside, advertised complimentary breakfast, but they had the lobby closed for renovations so there was no breakfast.

We had no tv and the check in lady didn't tell me as the lady I later talked said she should have. Then I was told that the kitchen is being repaired so no breakfast as was in the booking. They did give us some things to take to our room to eat in the morning. I will not be back here

Rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable. They had recently been renovated and many were still under renovation. Towels were in limited supply and we had 1 towel for 4 people to “share” as they didn’t have any more for us to use. Good thing because the shower didn’t work and had just a trickle of water to “clean up.” Amenities on the description listed breakfast and pool. We thought the pool would be good for the kids to burn off some energy after a long travel day. The pool was closed and the continental breakfast was non-existent!

When advised office of this they said to park somewhere else. Glas coffee carafe spout was broken, chipped & sharp, Toilet holder had spindle missing & toilet paper was balanced on the holder arm. Lobby picture shows as pretty but not able to access the lobby. They had a walk-up window instead. Very noisy there. Had to run tv to block out traffic noise. Will not ever stay at a Days Inn again.
