Everything was well kept. The indoor heated pool is the best ive ever experienced ~ ventilation was great, no "sticky" humid feeling. Comfortable beds, and super friendly staff! I will be back!!

as a traveler who feels one doesn't have to spend alot to get a good value if they do their homework, I found this facility to be top notch. Roomy, clean, quiet, friendly staff, and obvious that they take pride in how the place is presented. Delicious hot breakfast and 24 coffee. Have paid alot more and have gotten alot less so needless to say will be booking here in the future. BTW...pool looked inviting and a decent clean fitness room.

Stay was ok. The staff was friendly. Breakfast area clean and had good variety. Problems with the room. Our room had a very musty smell. Appears that the air conditioner was leaking into the carpet. Couldn’t get another room as the hotel was booked for the entirety of our stay.

This was my first time staying here and both the hotel lobby and my guestroom was very clean. And the staff was friendly. I will probably stay here again for 1 night when passing through this area. BTW this was the second of two Hendersonville stops off the highway and I prefer this one better because more action, so I felt safer as a single woman traveling alone.

The hotel was super clean, quiet and comfortable. It had a great breakfast buffet which included eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins, plus coffee, tea and a variety of juices. The spacious guest room had a large closet, desk, big comfy chair, small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine. The large bathroom had plenty of counterspace and included soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hairdryer. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Walls were paper thin. I heard guy next door snoring on one side and dog whimpering on the other. Breakfast was a disaster with everything running out and no one to ask to replenish. Overall I will never stay at a quality inn again

There was constant noise from cars at the gas station next door and people in other rooms. It was hard getting to sleep. Also, there was no hot water for a shower at night. I called the front desk and she said it was due to the swimming pool, which made no sense to me. She said to just run the water and it will eventually get hot. Well, we ran it for 20 minutes and it got luke warm and then cold again, but it never got hot. We tried again in the morning and the water was hot for 5 minutes, then it was cold again. The tile in the bathroom was broken and it wasn't very clean. The chair at the desk was broken and wouldn't roll properly. The breakfast was lacking. Just not what I expected from previous positive reviews.

The HVAC system was odd and didn’t allow for a fan only setting, so either you froze to keep air movement, or dealt with no breeze. Breakfast offerings were poorly lacking. They were nice enough to allow us an extended checkout but at $50 for two additional hours.

WiFi did not connect to Internet. The front desk wrote a phone number on a scrap of paper for assistance. There was no answer. Spotty hot water - the shower started luke warm and warmed up a bit after couple of minutes before it cooled down again.

This is a pretty standard hotel by the interstate, just what you would expect. Clean, serviceable. BUT: there was extra friendliness, decent free breakfast, and even a collection of outdoor bird feeders that made for a surprisingly cheerful atmosphere. Even more impressive - about an hour after I had checked out, they called to tell me they had found a headband I'd left behind and offered to mail it to me. I didn't even know I had overlooked it. Nowadays, that kind of honesty is so refreshing. It meant a lot. So while it is not luxurious or anything fancy, the free breakfast, the cleanliness, and the unusually thoughtful staff combined to make it a very good experience.

property was well landscaped, breakfast was great. My flight was to depart at 5:20 A.M. on 7/2725. I wanted to leave Inn at 3:45 a.m. Being insecure, I set the alarm in th room and on my cell phone. I call the front desk an asked for a 3:30 a.m. wake-up call and did not receive it. That's my only issue.

It was adequate is the best way to describe it. Bed was pretty firm so if you prefer that you will be happy, I woke up with a sore back. Front desk personal was efficient not very friendly. Just kind of matter of fact. I went to the desknto ask for pool towels and I was told the pool was "closed still for maintenance." I said oh, wow, your website doesn't mention this? Do you know when it will reopen? She said, no idea they havent told us. Next night we returned back to the hotel and the pool was full of people. Lol. So good news, pool was fixed, bad news, they dont do a good job of empowering their staff to communicate to guests. Over all it was a fair stay.

Typical hotel. You can hear everyone walking through the hallway which is normal. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed I was there. She barely spoke and not a single smile throughout the check-in. She had her daughter next to her coloring pictures. The room was decent. I did find a couple small pills on the floor which turned out to be ibuprofen so I was not concerned. There was hair on the floor around the toilet. The beds were your average hotel bed. Not super comfortable but alright for one night. The breakfast was basic but it was delicious and coffee was hot. When I checked out the receptionist was very cheerful and pleasant which is what brought my score to 3 stars instead of 2

Very clean, cozy, large rooms. The breakfast was partially gone and not refilled after serving it for 30min. The window for breakfast is 2 hours and we waited a bit but nothing occurred so we left. Skipped it next morning because of this. Otherwise everything was great.
