Hotel was clean and all the staff was very friendly. We did not par take in the free breakfast. We asked at the front desk for additional coffee packets and they gave them to us right away. Parking was easy plenty of spots. The price was very budget friendly and only 8 minutes to downtown pending traffic.

The place was under construction so there was a lot of dust and some of the entrance/exits were unavailable for use. The floor we stayed on was incomplete with regard to wallpaper and trim.

Everyone that works here are great at there job. The check in process was quick and easy. Rosa keeps the rooms clean, always has fresh towels. Parking has enough spots for the quest.

There was mold on the wall under the sink. The king size bed was somewhat sunken in and made noises when sitting down. First room was not done when we went into it, so they gave us another room. Pool was greenish looking. Needs to be updated.

Property is old and in need of repair Breakfast is good but same every day and the water is not provided. Little variety would be nice especially since we were there for nine nights. Smoking is allowed too close to the entrance doors. Dusty. Yet, overall, go Acceptable accommodations for the price.

There was no housekeeping. Bed was never made and floors and bathrooms were never cleaned during our three day stay. Used towels were taken every day but no replacement towels were left. I had to go to the front desk each night for new towels and wash cloths. No one at front desk when checking out. Very disappointing stay.

We checked in late (with a reservation) on a Saturday night and were given the final room left in hotel. The room was not clean (dirty rags in the corner, makeup splatters on the wall, dirty hand print on the wall in the bathroom among other fun surprises). In addition, the room smelled moldy but when we asked about changing rooms we were told there were no other rooms. In the morning, we realized that the room not only smelled moldy but was incredibly moldy. There was significant mold on the ceiling in 8-9 places, all around the AC unit, and the window which the light of day made much more visible. We asked for another room but it was still sold out so we checked out that morning and moved to a different hotel. Since that point we have been trying for over a week to get a refund for the second night of our stay even though we checked out after the first morning and didn't stay the second night. We have gotten run around after run around and are fed up with this hotel! It was awful.

First room they gave me, you had to go up two steps once you got to the second floor. This was impossible when you are handicapped and have a luggage cart full of items. When I told the attendant, he made me feel like I was bothering him in order to change the room. The AC/heat unit made a lot of noise all the time so much you couldn't hear the TV, so we turned it off and ran it while we were out. Everything was old and chipped, and the bed was uncomfortable. The free breakfast food was poor, so we went to a restaurant for the remaining days.

Location was easy to locate. Room was nice, seemed updated in some spots. Had room 201, had vinyl flooring/tile. Our floor had break or crack from floor underneath, which could be a trip hazard for some guests. Bath tile needs better cleaning. Would recommend hotel to install vent/light in bathrooms. Drywall had several damaged areas bc of moisture. Overall, good stay for price. Breakfast was nice. Would stay again.

It wasn't bad and it wasn't that good. The rooms need updating. Our room had a handicap shower. The handle for the wand was broken. The floor gets soaking wet because the curtain was too short. The room also had a musty smell

When we arrived around 4pm the front desk attendant was slumped over i had to ring the bell to get her to wake up. Once in our room we noticed it was quite dated and had some water damage on the ceiling, cracks on the ceiling. We decided to give it a try any way and stay the night. One of my kids went to the bathroom and clogged the toilet. We tried to call to the feont desk but the room phone didn't work. We walked down to the desk a d told the attendant and she told me she would get a plunger and we could plunge it ourself. I also asked for some extra blankets and was told they only had one we could use even though i had asked for 2. We later discovered that the toilet had to be plunged EVERY time we used it. The front desk attendant didn't seem to care when she was told about it. We had to cut our trip short since all other hotels in the area were booked and we were not staying there another night.

Upon arrival, no one was at the desk. There was a note saying that they would be right back. After 15 minutes, two employees arrive—no apology for the wait. The room was in disrepair. Many other customers that I spoke to indicated that they too were charged more than they were told at reservation. You have many other choices in this area. The regular rate is $260/night which is absurd.

I and about two other guests waited 1.5 hours for the desk clerk to arrive. Sign read that they would be back soon. I arrived at 2pm to check in. Clerk arrived at 3:30pm and went to the office. I ended up going somewhere else to stay.

Rude woman at front desk yelled at guests to not talk to one another about our hotel complaints as there were MANY and guests were expressing experienceto one another. Wrong room keys given to a room where a couple was " busy" as i walked in with my CHILDREN!!! Receipts were REFUSED to be provided and we get a call while out on vacation with family we havent seen in years to tell me our reservation is canceled and the room will be vacated because we were not checked in. Meanwhile we checked in the night before for a 3 nite stay. The hotel stinks like mold and the breakfast is bread with a gross pork eggroll and watered down waffles. No beverages other than coffee. Expedia provided a fraction of a credit as the hotel REFUSED a refund for their incompetence. Expedia does not take enough responsibility for this.No other hotels in the area had vacancies so we had no choice but to stay. Do not stay here and be careful going through Expedia for anything

My husband stayed one because our first date anniversary was the next day. My husband is a paraplegic and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Stephanie checked us in and she was great she offered us 1st floor accomodations since my husband was in a wheelchair. Thanks to everyone we encountered and a big shout out to Stephanie.

Staff was very nice and very helpful in my situation. My daughter was having surgery and ran over past 11:00 a.m. the hotel worked with me and let me pay for the room when I got back.

The breakfast was unacceptable. They were out most breakfast options. No replacement of eggs, sausage, yogurt, and the timer on the waffle didn’t work. No peanut butter or butter for toast. Select teas were also gone. They stated there was no more and this was at 7:30am. Only two choices of cereal also.

The room was clean, out towels had hair in them and the bathroom was questionably clean. The breakfast was stale and the juice machine wasnt working meaning my no-coffee family had nothing to drink. For the price, I expected MUCH MORE. On the other hand, our room was at the end of the hall, 2 queens 2 pullout couches and the most floor space I've ever seen in a hotel, we could have fit 2 more queen beds in this room which was nice.

The room was clean but needs updating. A/C didnt work too well. Breakfast was the same for 3 days. Need some variety at breakfast and not stocked up. Only had 2 yogurts on the first day for customers staying at hotel. Just need all around renovation.

The rooms are nice and seem updated which is great! But, the hallways and lobby seem very dated and blah. The breakfast wasn't great either. I went to get food at 8 AM and there was a single egg, no meats, the cereal dispenser was broken. The apple juice was TASTY! Overall it was a fine stay. Not sure I'd be back.
