Basic 2-star hotel...or motel as the entry was from an outdoor balcony. Put in wrong room...no couch, but staff brought up rollaway to accommodate us. Nice breakfast staff. Not sure what we heard, but several (20) loud bangs. Supposedly a gun range down the road...hopefully that was the case.

For the price point it was just right a little dated but again price point very clean. The front desk was very nice on check-in told me without even asking where I could find food get a towel. The pool was clean. They had a little nice gym very friendly. breakfast was good and hot.

wasnt told it was multi-story with no elevators. rooms open to outside hotel, not interior of building. breakfast area could not accomadate number of guests. they ran out of forks and did not refill them during the half hour we were there for breakfast. hauling suitcases up steps is hard for us older folks

The pros it was clean for what you would expect outa a hotel too be. No bugs. room smelled good and parking lot felt safe. And the Ac worked shower was hot. Freshly renovated within the last year I’d say The cons the cleaning lady’s were making tons of noise early in the day. And breakfast didn’t have the biggest selection. But over all I would stay again.

We were impressed with our stay here! The staff were all very friendly. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean, not perfect, but as clean as I expect a hotel room to be. The parking lot was well lit, which helped us feel safe. The parking lot, walkways, and even the pool area, were all clean and well taken care of. We recommend this hotel for your next stay!

This hotel was definitely somewhere. I traditionally would never stay, but from this expense, I will never stay at the best Western ever again the towels that were clean were stained, and the bedsheet had a burned hole in it and so needless to say, I did not use their towels, and I did not step foot in their shower because I wasn’t putting stained towels on my person. Very disgusting and under par for sure.

I don’t recommend this property. The floors were filthy. When I told the front desk I was told they only steam clean the floor once a month. The maids only sweep. Also, the A/C unit in our room kept making a loud creaking sound. It was keeping us awake so I called the front desk. They moved us next door but the door didn’t have a deadbolt lock. I was told there were no more rooms available but actually saw empty rooms. The area is in a bad part of town and there was a drug bust across the street. We didn’t get any sleep and felt very uncomfortable.

Rooms were nice and up to date! I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The room floors were dirty and I know this because my son spilled water in the floor and when I went to clean it up the white towel was brown from the dirt. When we pulled out the couch we found other peoples belongings. The breakfast wasn’t that great. Very small selection.

Air conditioner leaking water all over floor. Toilet very loose and low to the floor. Complementary breakfast was very disappointing, a cup of coffee and a plain English muffin was the only items worth trying to eat. I was very surprised because we have stayed at this B/W before and loved it. A waste of money, will never go back to this B/W again.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out for 3 adults and 2 children. Every spring and support bar could be felt in the pull out mattress. Uncomfortable as hell. Air conditioner kept going on and off but did not seem to cool the room well at all. Would not book there again.

Room was fine. They put me down a hallway on the inside, which was fine, but the hallway echoes ALot. The housekeepers are very nice but they yell and scream amongst each other, hollering from across the parking lot at one another. I understand that this is their place of work but your patrons are still sleeping, or working, or can’t be distracted by all the echoing and yelling. I’ve told them on two occasions to stop yelling, stop waking me up and they say “awwww sorry baby, we sorrry” and then do it again! I don’t appreciate being spoken to in that way but I Really don’t appreciate paying $100/night to be woken up every morning by your employees speaking so loudly to one another as if the whole building belongs to them. You. Have. Paying. Guests.

I guess I was expecting a "hotel" vs a "motel"...my mistake. However, when I checked in, I was asked if a 2nd floor room was OK and they had no elevator. I said no, as I have bad knees and had luggage. They said they had a "pet-friendly" room available. I said no, as I am very allergic. I said "No worries, I'll just find somewhere else. She then said they had a pet-free handicap room if that was alright. Since it was just one night, I accepted. I'll do better research next time.

Arrived with confirmed &paid reservation. Some issue about Hotels.com not paying the hotel. Multiple attempts to resolve through hotels.com were complete waste of time. Clerk made us pay for room again. Had to wait next morning for manager to fix. He did so fairly quickly, but lost an hour of travel time waiting till he came in. TV remote didn’t work. Breakfast eggs & sausage lacked flavor. Flavor of orange juice was off. Otherwise all OK.

The manager was not welcoming and argumentative. Reservations made through hotels .com for a smoking room. He assigned a non smoking. Had to prove to him with my reservation text what I requested. Room very clean. No ashtray, no trash cans, no shower curtain. New receptionist who was super friendly attempted to locate these items but could not find any. Morning receptionist and lady attending to breakfast area super nice.

This best western is very clean and very accessible from the interstate. I was greeted very well and in a positive way as soon as I went in the door and she was very professional. The facility is very clean. The breakfast was just OK, there were lots of options, the eggs weren’t so delicious but everything else was fantastic. Great place to sleep!!!!! Beautiful room!!!!!

Older property, but undergoing a lot of renovation. My room had just been completely renewed, paint, flooring, furiture, and bath. Very clean. Only drawback was neighborhood looked a bit sketchy, but it was quiet and had no problem during my 3 night stay. Would stay again
