Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There was an odor in the hallways and the room, not sure if it was the cleaning products or what. Not horrible but definitely noticeable. Bed was comfortable. We booked this hotel for the pool but the pool was not even in operation so that was disappointing.

The front entrance smelled of cigarette smoke and old ashes as you enter the building. Employee was sitting outside the entrance door smoking. The pool was closed, and that’s the only reason I booked this hotel. Water damaged ceilings. Hallways smelled dirty; unkept. Bathrooms had mold and mildew.

Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was easy and close. Room was very clean with lots of towels. Lady at breakfast wearing the Betty boop apron was the sweetest. Pool was great too. Would stay here again.

Arrived around midnight, got our room went up and the beds were not made. There were pillows and comforters but no sheets. Went back to the desk. We got a suite as there were 6 of us. After about 20 minutes at the desk she finally said there were no suites available but could give us two queen rooms. The one room had a torn screen and the other room the bathroom floor looked like someone spilled something all over and the tub was dirty and had a dinner plate sized dirt ring. Not one of my best experiences.

Originally thought "spots" on bathroom tile floor was part of design, but after using towel to dry water splash from showering in morning, it was dirt! Left immediately. Showed to front desk at checkout. Just said, "oh, sorry".

Checking in was easy. Our room was very clean and spacious especially for the reasonable rate !! Also $25 hold on our credit card which was held and not charged to account so added back to our account the next day unlike other hotels where we were charged a $150 deposit which doesn’t get returned until 5 days or more !

The room was nice but the construction between the floors is wood and you hear every step above you. The interstate is next door to the hotel and is also very noisy. The staff is nice and the room was nice and modern. Okay for the money

Super convenient to highway, several restaurants nearby. Good space, clean. Problem with beds being too high for my 78yo mom; they are bellybutton high for me at 5'3". Front desk quickly produced a step stool. Hoping for no falls during the night!

We just stopped here on our way from OH to GA & only stayed about 11 hrs to sleep. BUT we had a very quick check in at around 9pm, the receptionist was very nice, & our room was ready. My biggest thing in a hotel is cleanliness and the room smelled clean & looked clean right away. Everything was very good! Only tiny complaint is how thin the walls/ceilings are and with it being close to the highway you hear everything. But didn’t ruin our stay!

Clean room, easy reservation with Hotels.com. Great breakfast. Everyone was friendly. The only negative thing were the beds were quite high & they were not comfortable for someone who has a bad back. Okay otherwise!

I liked the ease of check in and check out. The room was clean. A/C unit in the room was noisy. Our room faced the parking lot so we heard lots of noise. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel is located right off the interstate and you can hear road traffic all night.

The issues of this property are NOT the fault of the single employee on site when we arrived. She was patient, polite, and a good communicator. However it is clear that the management and ownership is terrible. No one was present to check us in bc the solo employee was dealing with a guest issue. We waited 15 minutes with other guests and we couldn’t find an employee anywhere on the ground floor. We were knocking on doors and calling corporate for help. Finally someone came to check guests in. The room was clean. The tv and remote barely functioned. The lights all flicker. And you practically need a ladder to climb up into the beds. What a horrible hotel! I feel bad for anyone who works at this place or for anyone who books a room here. $149 or per night? What are you kidding??? Terrible experience. First bad review I’ve ever written.

After spending two weeks on the road in various hotel accommodations this hotel by far has has been the nicest and cleanest. As soon as we walked in we could smell and see how clean and well cared for the common areas were. The linens and bed was oustanding. Keurig coffee maker was wonderful. Staff was courteous and tended to our needs. The breakfast was great. Breanna and Kara show great care in preparing the continental breakfast and were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

At 9:10am, housekeeping knocked 2x on the door, an proceeded to walk in the room without even announcing herself. She immediately exited when she realized the room was still occupied. 1st of all she should have announced herself prior to entering, an allowed atleast a min before entering. 2nd check out is 11am. 3rd the do not disturb sign was on the door. 4th when I called the front desk, someone immediately picked up the phone an placed me on hold. You can atleast acknowledge the call, then advice the caller your placing them on hold. When Maria did return to the line, she just advised ok i'll talk to housekeeping. She offered no apologies, etc.

The property was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I could not hear the other guest next door, so it was quiet. I would recommend, because I have stayed there twice on the road between Nashville and NC. Plenty of places to eat, a pizza place basically in the same parking lot, and there is a full grocery store across the street with a Starbucks.

About an 2 hours after check in, my family and I went to get in the inside pool, which was rather cold for an inside pool, then without warning the fire alarms were going off we all had to quickly gather and make way to front door to then find out “oh it was just a test” so no one could have told us that was coming soon after check in?! Very inconvenient for sure!! They were also pulling breakfast items from the counter with 45 minutes still to go.

The staff was super friendly. The bed linens and towels super clean. The bathroom floor in Room 214 could use repair. The top of the beds could be dusted. The pool was very clean. The work out room was small but had some great machines. Breakfast was great and had many options, even some gluten-free options. My biggest complaint was hearing heavy, stomping. That shook the room at 4:00am and 6:00am in the morning.
