Manager and staff were polite. First impression driving in was people sitting out front, people in cars having some type of fiesta in the parking lot. Elevators very worn and disheveled. Big wall patch in room. No plugs or stoppers in either drain. Shampoo bottle half full. Good side was great hot eater, but no desire to showier there. Decent breakfast.

Found the hotel to be a mix of good and bad. Mattress was comfortable but paint was peeling. Elevator didn’t stop at second floor so we had to go to the third and go down the stairs. The check out text that arrived at 8am was a tad early.

Let me start with the positives. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. 10/10 best bed I’ve slept in while away from home. It was also very convenient I was able to check in after midnight. Now the things that could use improvement. The elevator button in the lobby was broken. It was apparent that they had done some not so great repairs in our bathroom. Everything worked as it should but the paint was off and the parts didn’t fit like they should. Also housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the tub and floors.

Unfortunately the rooms were not clean or maintained. Elevator buttons were broken, duct tape over things. Air conditioner worked but only ran for seconds at a time. The staff was friendly though.

Facilities showing its age a need for refreshing. Noise carries from hallway to rooms but after midnight quieted down. Friendliness of staff was a bit lacking, as if working for Family Members and didn't want to be there. Bed were comfortable, towels very good condition, Breakfast was on par but a bit limited. Overall, ok, acceptable, but overpriced.

No meat on breakfast bar, only eggs as a low carb option. Room was not clean, hairs in shower, dirt on bathroom floor, dust on all vents, broken desk chair with clear tape, curtains did not properly close. Carpets in halls have bright stains. Truly disappointed in the condition of the property.

Dirty, smelly, GROSS! SO we go in the place is filthy!!! Lobby smells, curtains filthy!!! We are like oh boy. One night, so go get luggage, carts are gross, hallways carpet nasty, nasty, Go to elevator horrible odors, Go check room out, cute , Sheets appear to maybe be laundered. Thank God I brought my own pillow Go to bathroom to wash face, washcloths appear to have make up on them!!! Go to bed, loud partiers, group whatever blasting motorcycle motors 11'30 at night! Cannot wait to get a shower and out of here!!! Feels crudy, like a smoked up Motel 6!!

This motel was the closest to my family's residence. The bathroom in our room needed a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. The sink and tub did not have any drain guards causing concern for losing jewelry. The beds were acceptable but were not made up to standard ie bedding parts hanging out. Our beds were not made each day including a time when we were not given clean towels. The hall on our floor had an odor. The elevator was unclean and needed to be painted. The coffee maker in the breakfast area was broken all week. On our last day we saw what looked like a dead cockroach on the floor of the entryway. An unclean towel was left outside in the front for at least two days. We were charged an extra $50 for vandalism that we have not as yet received back as stated.

We checked in, after 15 hours of driving. The host at the desk was friendly. We went to our room and it was disgusting. The floors were dirty - not vacuumed and clearly not washed (black dirt) and the tub was also dirty. The bed had a large urine stain on it and the window seat cushion had white stains on it. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. He offered a different room. Upon entering, I immediately saw blood on the pillow! That was it - we left. Such a dirty, gross place.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The price is good. It is a little worn down though. Some wallpaper had been painted but it was falling off behind the shower head. At least they had painted it so it wasn't moldy. But I think they need to do some upgrading as the carpeting down the hall was highly stained. There was a hole in my towel, and some worn areas on the sheet. But I would stay here again as two other hotels I've stayed in had bugs and at least this one has not had that!

Room is in need of repairs, carpet that is on the trim of wall falling off, holes in bathroom wall, hole in bathtub. Room in need of being updated, very out of date. Staff was nice and helpful.

Checked in online so I would only have to pick up keys at desk when I arrived. Didn’t happen still had to have ID and credit card at desk after I had already uploaded with online check in. First room we checked into-no hair dryer-TV didn’t work- and there was dried food in the carpet. Requested move to another room. So far so good on 2nd room. Will most likely not stay at Microtel again, with stick with Marriott hotels.

When we arrived after an 11 hour drive, we waited over 45 minutes at the desk for someone to greet us, and check us in. I rang bell on counted over 40 times, and called hotel number ten times (no answer). When she finally strolled down with a plate of food coming out of a gentleman customers room she was rude, short with us, and slammed my credit card and room key on the counter like I was bothering her. The elevator was janky (felt unsafe), the room was dirty and stuck to high heaven (cigarettes, marajuana, and some gagulating cover up spray), paint peeling, ceiling crumbling, curtain falling off window, pillows flat and only two on a king bed, comforter stunk and dirty, carpet was filthy and sticky, parking lot had weird people hanging out in vehicles (drinking, smoking and booming music), just over all a horrible nightmare! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Spend a few bucks more for a nice hotel that doesn’t feel like your on BOYZ N HOOD!!

Arrived and noone at desk to check us in. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to help us. When they did show up we realized it was one of the same 2 ladies we saw outside smoking as we came in. Once she was there she was very helpful, and then the room key card did not work, so i had to go back and have her reprogram it and then it worked

This is a decent, comfortable, reasonably-priced hotel for a brief overnight stay. Just be aware that your credit card will be will be hijacked for an additional $50 "security deposit" that may not be returned to you for several days.

No where did it say you hand to put a $75 deposit. That you will get back in 5 to 8 days. We had already booked so we could not not pay the deposit. That should be in their description. Shane on expedia and microtel.

Staff completely rude and unhelpful. This hotel did not honor the Expedia reservation and kicked my father in law off the property because he was trying to get a little rest IN THE CAR after the hotel said he didn’t have a room. When my father in law tried to ask for another room they said they were full. However when I called the hotel and spoke with Aaron, he said that they did in fact have vacancies last night. This is terrible, and there is no excuse for this.

You get what you pay for. Staff very nice, professional. Needs to maintain bathroom fixtures as shower curtain and Kleenex box were about to break off. Room was clean but air stale. Best feature was hotel located next door to full service gas station and to excellent Mexican restaurant.

We liked the stay except for the fact that it sits on a hill and the big trucks insist on using their exhaust brakes which are very loud. You should get the neighbors affected by this noise to petition the authority to prohibit their use in the area we observed many homes there

This hotel is so sketchy, I literally turned into the parking lot and turned around and booked myself into another hotel. The only car in their lot when I pulled in was over in the corner and has only three wheels. Outside of the building was filthy. It looked like shady crap went down inside. Cannot confirm that but it didn’t feel remotely safe.

Some real characters were hanging out in the parking lot. I asked the person at the desk if there has ever been break ins in the parking lot. He was not to believable when he hesitated telling me it was safe. I said there were 2 people parked in a handicap spot. He said they were probably going to check in to the hotel. I went out several times after check in and they were still hanging out in the parking spot.

Room was clean and comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and got a handicapped accessible room, which is not something that every hotel delivers on. Most put a handicapped handrail on a wall in the bathroom and call it handicapped accessible when in reality, they are death traps for aomeone with ambulatory challenges. Thank you for the extra handicapped features. It certainly made our stay very pleasant. Great breakfast also. Fast & friendly staff

The wall around the shower was falling apart & it felt like the shower floor was going to give out when I was standing on it. I’m not a large person. Also, the toilet was loose on the floor. Breakfast was less than desirable.

Breakfast started @ 630 am eggs and gravy are cold had to take to room and microwave. If waited untill 730 or 800 it would be warm by then. Cold air blowed in room thru windows not sealing tight and around the ac/heating unit.

The room was clean. The whole toilet moved around, not sealed or attached! Room was missing adequate lighting, air conditioning terribly loud. Walls were so thin we heard every conversation. The complimentary breakfast was almost nothing! No bread for toast, bagels not stocked, etc…Staff seemed disengaged with needs of customers during breakfast.
