Clarion Pointe Statesville

The place was rated pretty good and price was decent. Don't let that deceive you! The air conditioning did not work in our room and the bed was like sleeping on plywood! I would not stay there again...... Go elsewhere......

Breakfast is missing any hot food like eggs etc. The washer and dryer are outside. Our door wouldn't shut and when they fixed it, it was misaligned so it wouldn't deadbolt. There were stains on the under sheet. No one cleans your room or makes your bed, etc, if you stay more than one day. They wait til you leave. Very loud outside.

So much noise during the night! Car alarms going off, other guests pounding on their doors and yelling and I am quite certain someone tried to get in our room!! It was very unsettling to say the least. We didn’t even stay for breakfast, all they had was cereal and waffles! Would not recommend this particular Clarion Point!! On the bright side the front desk staff did try to help me get Internet however was unsuccessful.

The hotel was in the middle of construction, so it was somewhat chaotic

Good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall.
