no ice. no bottled water. available at $3 each from vendiblng machine. poor breakfast range. no meats eggs ham or fruits or juices . only minor cereals & coffee. red roof nearby likely better shower leaked. 1 nihlght only

At check in, the clerk was not very friendly. Just took my information and handed me a key. I asked him about parking, and he just pointed to a sign on the wall. Neighborhood seemed very sketchy. Lots of people hanging around and in parking area and the restaurant area next door. The location is difficult to get to and I would not try if I was pulling a trailer. The unit is wrapped around the restaurant building and not very clearly marked where the entrance is located. Hallways were dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed for a few days. Room was clean but the sink in the bathroom dripped or ran constantly depending on how you positioned the valve. Tub grout was moldy in small spots. Bed was comfortable. Room next to mine was closed off with fire investigation tape and, per the date on the tape, had been that way since January, 2024.

the doors on some entrance didn’t work the was step decaying on one of the back stairs in one sentence it just felt run down with no care the ice machine doesn’t work the vending machine gave us the wrong drink we ask for some fresh towels it felt like the towel rag division had a shortage of towels and rags it took half an hour all me need was one clean towel they took everything dirty or clean which only one rag and a small towel was dirty it didn’t matter house keeping took everything left us with one rag no mat for the floor we had to shower they said half an hour when we look in the bathroom they only brought back towels no rags i had to laugh the. the keys stop work so often they were not next to any phones

The room we had was clean but the area didn't feel safe. You don't need a key card to enter the building. The hall carpet was dirty, and the hall smelled dirty. It looks like they are trying to update the rooms. The front looked dirty and the trash was overflowing from the front building. The ice machine was not working. Not hot breakfast. I'm disappointed with the check-in staff. The picture online is not the same when u arrive.

The property is run down and poorly maintained. Outside doors are not locked or secured at night. Lobby is in poor condition. Carpets are visibly stained. Parking areas are poorly maintained.

The Ice machine was broken and they didn’t have any options for ice. I requested some towels and room service never showed.

Not the best Days Inn. Price was good, but I’ve stayed at better places for the same price. Needs to be remodeled. Lobby leaked when it rained, carpets stained, ice machine did not work, microwave did not work. Brought to attention but nothing ever done to fix.

The dining area was unclean, and the gym equipment was not functional. Additionally, there was no access to ice, and the room itself was not properly maintained. Overall, I found the environment to be uncomfortable and disappointing.

The place is completely run down. The wall paper is peeling from the walls. The carpet feels sticky and hard. Also my bed had crumbs of food and pieces on hair on the sheets. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.

Front entrance has a lot of uncollected garbage. My room has a bug. No room service to clean ,do the bed.

Not only is this the ugliest, dirtiest and most raggedy, old hotel I’ve ever stayed at. On my second night watching tv I noticed bed bugs crawling all over the bed!!!! This place is a dump, trash everywhere, old and not taken care of, it is NOT worth saving a few dollars to stay here. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer! Oh yeah, and when I arrived at 5PM for check-in no rooms were available and they told me to come back later. I asked when a room would be available and she had no idea. This entire experience has been terrible. Note to Wyndham and Days Inn- renovate and clean your gross hotel, invest some time and money into it or slowly go out of business and ruin your reputation in the meantime. I can’t believe Hotel.com even allows this place on their listing platform.

We spent one night at our reservation and received over 30 bug bites. The hotel was dirty, and the room was infested with bugs. They did not reimburse us for medical care.

BED BUGS!!! ZERO STARS!! The reviews are not lying and I have proof from the pictures, take a look. I killed one and blood came out, another was crawling on the pillow. I was bitten numerous times. I brought this to the attention of Sylvia at the front desk and she showed not a care in the world about it. I asked for a manager and there was not one "for that day". By reading other reviews there's obviously never a manager on duty. How can you run a hotel business with no management?? No wonder this place is in the situation it's in. It's dirty and worn down, I cannot fathom how they are still open. Stay at your own risk and please see all the reviews. It is not worth saving a few dollars, this is why they are so cheap. See the pictures I took, stay away for your own well being. Normally I read reviews before staying but it was late nite and that was the only one in the area with availability. Never again..... File an official complaint with Wyndham Corporate .

The room smelled. There were bed bugs in the bed crawling out of the pillows I took photos. I now have bites all over my arm.

Bed bugs, terrible smell in hotel and in room, unprofessional staff, they knocked on my door 3 times to give me towel that i didn’t ask for and everytime i said no they came back with manager who speaks english because they didn’t to tell me take the towel which i didn’t need nor ask for. Worst place you could ever possibly stayed, the front desk staff is so rude. The whole place falling apart, lights broken, room dirty, towels dirty, bugs in the room, nothing in the room you can touch (either dirty or it will fall apart).

Poor internet access

The room was adequate but it could have used better interior lighting. The shower was a joke. The fixed shower head didn’t work. The hand held shower head had water coming out of the hose as well as the head and the water temperature and pressure fluctuated. Because it is a handicapped bathroom the water goes all over the floor and stayed that way all night because the shower leaked. NOT MY PROBLEM! For the difference of $25 to $30 using Expedia I could have got a nicer room elsewhere. MY FAULT!

The faucet in the bathroom was “crooked” and the bed was “squeaky” but other than that everything else seemed fine.

My only real complaint is the TV service shorted at about 11:00 PM...The front desk said it was the whole hotel...not just my room. He was professional about it . I went to bed...and it was back on at 6:30 AM when I woke up.

My trip was for business. Knly my bedside light worked. The other lighta did not work. Breakfast options were limited

Stay was average at best. Room service for food took way too long and required a lot of money. Wifi was awful and the showers need adjustment.

Lady at the front desk is RUDE and TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL! Not pleasant and is very argumentative.

Don\'t bother staying here if you want good customer service. The desk staff need much better training and maybe management needs to be onsite to oversee their staff. Stood at the front desk for over 10 min before anyone came to the desk from the back. I booked the property after speaking to the front desk regarding early check-in and was assured that it would not be a problem. Upon arriving and waiting for 10 min for someone to come to the front desk, I was told that the room is not ready and would be about another 30-45 min and that they would call my cell. I went to wait in my car and after waiting over an hour and seeing people check out and check in, I went back inside and he said "oh, it\'s ready". I said I know it is because I have seen others go and check in. Why wasn\'t I called? His response was "what\'s the name?" How were you going to call if you didn\'t even know who you were going to call??? Totally disrespectful and inconsiderate. Didn\'t bother staying as I found a different place while I was waiting outside for the hour. They then have the audacity to not refund the room payment. The place is a joke. Needs better management.

We reserved 7 rooms in this hotel under my Expedia account. All 7 family have a bad experience with the front desk guy. He was nasty unprofessional. No good manner to talk to guest. He seems to be angry to deal with guests. Two families left and paid for another hotel. He won’t even let one family check in. The reservation was done under my Expedia account but the hotel was reserved under the family name. They showed him the reservation under their name but refused to let them check in. I asked to speak to the manager he told me there is no manager in the hotel. We had absolutely bad experience all together.

The old man at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. The housekeepers do way more work than the front desk staff. I stayed here for 5 nights and 2 roaches were in my room and to add to that when my TV in the room wasn’t working because there was no remote… the front desk agent on useless and lazy and he was staring at my wife the whole time we stood at the desk which was very uncomfortable to her. I’m never staying here again at this location.

Dirty outside of the building and in the halls/lobby but clean inside the room which is what matters most. Staff were nice but tired/perhaps understaffed. For the price it worked well.

It seems that the management of the hotel tries to save expenses and provides the minimum to the guests. Laundry machine does not work, breakfast is poor, no tea bags in the hotel!

The hallways were dark and the ceiling falling down. The breakfast was horrible, not even a piece of fruit. No options that weren’t bread based. Tried to just have coffee but that wasn’t even drinkable. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.
