Front desk night staff were very helpful ans friendly . The day cleaning stafff seemed to miss my parents room town of the three nights and the motel ran out of coffee. Instead of leaving decaf they chose to leave nothing and didn’t want to share that information. A lot of welfare people living there but they were mostly well behaved ans didn’t bother anyone

Front desk was closed for check-in. Had to wait. Seems like a one-person operation on Sunday night. NO COFFEE in lobby??? 2 outlets in the room did not work. Slow flushing toilet.

The property in the evening has protective glass and a slide drawer for check-in. This trekking you all you need to know about the area. There were, what looked to be fire alarms hanging by wires in front of several door outside the room. They were low enough to touch my head and I'm about 70". The room was dirty like it had been sitting for weeks and the bedding had stains on it. The water pressure was good, and the heater work, probably far too well, which is better than the cold. Overall, not a great stay, but it served the purpose.

Housekeeping didn’t show up. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and soap constantly. When I bagged up the trash thinking I was helping keep things clean, I was yelled at by housekeeping and front desk. They have no amenities so there is no redeeming qualities for this hotel.

Overall we've had better, but we've also had worse. I would consider this hotel again if my preferred is booked out like it was this time around. It's definitely a solid "middle of the road" hotel. Pros: I want to say my favorite part of this stay was the security of the hotel rooms themselves. Instead of using those swipe cards, which always seem to fail at least once, they used a tag-in system. I'm a tech nerd so this was a pleasant surprise and (bonus!) they worked. The bed was comfortable enough but I would recommend bringing your own pillow or requesting an extra if you're used to fluffy as their pillows are thin. The bathroom worked fine, and the shower had amazing water pressure so you actually feel clean at the end of the day. 24hr lobby was nice as we flew red eyes both in and out. Our visit was focused on family and friends so we really only needed a place to get ready and rest, and this hotel met that. Cons: There was some sort of gunk smeared on the walls in the resting and sink area, not sure if it was left over cleaning solution or what but it certainly looked like snot. The TV didn't work. Cleaning service only came in once to tidy up and swap our used towels for fresh ones, typically a pro for me, but it was on the very last night we were staying. While we appreciated the fresh towels, I couldn't help but wonder why bother at that point? We weren't given more toilet paper. Two people on 1-1/2 roll? Impossible, we bought ourselves extra.

The space a first glance looks nice but the more you stay you realize that what they are charging is robbery, the rooms are filthy and not cleaned properly, seems they do not mop the floors with clean mops, the vents are filthy, there are traces of other guest in the rooms, rooms smells like urine, there’s mold in the bathroom ceilings. I tried giving them opportunity, like maybe they just had a bad day but I booked on a different day and when I checked in they gave me a room that was already occupied, they had to search for a clean room and even then the conditions of the rooms were deplorable.

When we first arrived, we didn’t think much of it obviously it’s a motel so there was not much we were expecting from it. After we checked in and was able to get into the room, me and my partner always check the sheets in case of bedbugs or anything else we stayed in a two queen bedroom while checking we noticed there was only one of the top sheets on one of the beds, and the other one was missing the other sheet were stained, and like they already were slept in when we lifted the fitted sheets there was blood in all types of colored stains. We had to walk all the way down back to the office since the phone for the room didn’t work was honestly just there for show. The guy at the office told us that someone will come with sheets to the room after two minutes of being back in the room. What we think was the manager came in and got on the phone started yelling and giving us bad looks he only replaced one of the sheets on one of the beds and told us to sleep on that one. We told them that we paid for multiple nights and we need fresh sheets and new towels, which were also missing me and my partner had to clean the bathroom in order to simply pee because the toilet was filthy. You look up at the ceiling and I am not no expert, but that was black mold, very black all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, extending into the bedroom, the curtains were also stained. he told us to go to the office and the guy gave us a refund due to “no more clean sheets” for guest.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the person who spoke Turkish – their assistance was greatly appreciated. However, the room was not clean at all. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that did not go away even after using spray and incense. The bed sheets were stained with blood, and we even found bloody tissues under the bed and behind the nightstand. This made the stay very uncomfortable.

Slept in my car! Room was filthy & had bed bugs Also the bedsheets had stains all over it Bathroom shower had brown lines & soap dish had used soap & shampoo left on it. Air conditioning was not working. Very noisy in the midnight and couldn’t sleep. Lots of roaches in the room and it’s untidy as well

Beyond disgusting and dirty. Stained sheets, towels, mold in bathroom, rusted out toilets. Condom wrappers all over the parking lot floor I should of know how bad it was gonna be. If it wasn’t for not an instant refund I would of left to go somewhere else. Brown Dripped stains on wall. Just disgusting.

We stayed in room 255. The tv had no channels. No cable or basic channels. The air conditioner was broken. It made a humming noise every 60 seconds. The room did not look like the picture.

The bed was comfortable but there were a few issues. The AC was very loud and is outdated. There was no remote control for the TV so we could not watch TV, (the service desk kindly offered a 10% discount for that inconvenience. There was dust on the microwave and the coffee maker so we did not use them.

Room was HOT, ac was not working, we notify front desk and they said someone was coming and no one showed up. Sink faucet not working and room phone wasn't working either. Overall BAD experience

The first room's door handle didnt work, so they relocated us to another room that didnt have a shower curtain, which was easily fixed. My biggest issue was the room we ended up in was clearly occupied by a smoker prior to our stay. On the positive side, beds were comfortable.

Washroom, toilet and bath tub wasn’t clean, and water was blocked in the tub and the wash basin, there were no cold water coming from wash basin. Room was locked after a day and couldn’t open it using the key. Had to wait for someone to come at the night to get it opened. Ac was poor and giving lots of noise and not enough cooling.

Room door did not seal, allowing cold air and noise in. Bathroom light inoperative. Rusty tub/fixtures. Shower curtain sagged; rod was disconnected so water leaked out onto the floor. Dried gum on the tile floor. At checkout I was charged for an extra night. I did return to the desk and they made that right.

My air conditioner was not working he tried 2 hours to explain me that I need to wait and it will be could. In 2am he switch me room

The first room I was given had no functioning power outlets or working lights on the bedside of the room. Also, the TV would not turn on. I went to the office, reported this wand was given a new remote. That didn't work either, so I asked for a different room. It was a very nice room. It would have been nice to get that the first, or even second time around. That said, I was ultimately happy with the result.

The room had no temperature controls the thermostat on the wall was just for show, the AC didn’t turn on so it was very hot all night in the room didn’t sleep good. Other peoples hair in the bed and shower. Stains on the comforter. When we got here to check in there was a lady drunk on her hands and knees crawling around on the ground police had to come. Pillows were paper thin. Would not stay here again

The property did not have my booking. There was no direct way to contact Travelocity. Eventually I found a way to speak to an agent. Almost an hout later this was resolved and I was able to check in

A worker at the hotel tried to come in my room and kiss me. I have not told my husband because he would kill the guy

I was charged twice for the same room

The young man working the overnight shift was very pleasant. It's not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, but the people that run are very friendly.

These were modest accommodations offered at a reasonable price point. Generally speaking, the service staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did encounter an issue with my reservation. I booked a 3-day stay at this particular property two months prior to my arriving. My booking was through Expedia and I had a confirmation number regarding my stay. However, when I arrived, the person at the desk insisted they had no knowledge of my stay (in spite of my providing documentation), and that I would have to book my reservation again, now at a higher rate. The desk attendant then said that rooms were priced at $199 per night, but that I could “pay him $145 now to secure his last room”. He said this was a good deal, although an online search afterwards indicated that rooms were going at $115 per night. I am trying to say that there’s any underhanded business going on here, but I will say that the property management doesn’t seem to put much weight on reservations and instead relies more on bartering when you arrive. Also, the communication between the staff seems very poor, as one person will say one thing and someone else will say another. The next morning, I found a better rate on a room at the Ramada right next-door, so I went there for the duration of my stay. The accommodations were much nicer, and the price was cheaper.

The place had some stains (rust?) on the walls and bathroom; but everything worked fine, it was quiet, the microwave and minifridge were great, and the in-room coffee and ironing were nice too. Thank you for a great stay at a great price!

This property was the equivalent of a "by hour "rental. My family couldn't stay there as it was not safe. There was ill lighting, a very seedy atmosphere. The first room assigned still had items from the last person that stayed all over (bottles, soda cans,etc.) possibly another guest inside and no linens on the bed. We were assigned a second room that appeared clean but reaked of smoke after requsting a non-smoking room. With a child and guest with asthma this was a nonstarter. To top it off there were hairs and stains in and on the bed and coffee rings on the counter. I asked for a refund from the property and I hope that it clears. I will say that the front desk attendant was quite pleasant and understanding of this ordeal. This facility should be a $40 night hotelb(if that), absolutely not $85. We booked at the Hampton Inn Parsippany not far away (not with Expedia) and felt the opposite we felt at Red Roof Inn. Safe, comfortable, able to breathe. Plus we had free breakfast for the same price..

It was very quiet most of the time besides hearing traffic on Interstate 80.

There is definite sex worker environment and very unsafe. The rooms stink of cigarettes and the element hanging around is not safe incredibly there is a holiday inn next door and it didn’t feel as if you walked over half a block it felt as if you traveled to a different town which is how bad, shady and seedy the environment was.

All I needed was a quiet place, with neighborhood to exercise, and easy to get to all airports and manhattan NYC.

Was given a Smoking room even though we had requested a non smoking room a pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Flush dint work properly. Give 1 towel for 4 persons staying in the room. 2 pillows for 4 guests and lastly this says free breakfast but there is no breakfast at all.
