I've stayed here before for a big music festival nearby. Last year the staff was a bit indifferent, but this year, it seems that issue was corrected with much more firendly people. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and the like and housekeeping did their thing regularly and efficiently. The elevators were the only issue this time with one out of order completely and the other working one, was slooooooow. Like wait a number of minutes slow, especially when there were lots of guests in the morning and evening. Otherwise, all went well, including check in and check out and the free breakfasts were decent, and well stocked too.

The hotel is connected to a hilton. You pass a few abandoned building before getting to a confusing parking lot. Check in was smooth and there was decent parking. The hotel itself was nice but the walk to the pool is extremely long because its on the hilton side. Out of 6 floors only two ice machines were working. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. My daughter cut her foot on one of the chairs in the room. Double rooms are spacious but there are no microwaves or mini fridges in the double room. Ordering food to the room is difficult because the address is the hilton which is on the other side of the building. The pool room is hot with limited sitting. All in all its a decent stay for the price

Enjoyed our stay. Everyone seemed nice. The free hot breakfast was wonderful! When you stay at this property you have access to amenities at the adjoining Hilton property which was a nice perk. My only complaint is actually with the adjoining Hilton property...we had to ask 3 times for someone to come assist with the lift chair for handicap access in the pool before anyone came. It was one not working, they didn't know how to make it work and it was installed at the deep end of the swimming pool which makes no sense!

There was a fire alarm due to a cigarette fire in a trash can. The power went out and did not come on. There was no air conditioning for hours. We checked out early and they still have not credited out account.

Wonderful reception/easy check-in. The rooms are clean and big. My issue was the security/valet late at night was extremely rude when our Uber dropped us off. Totally unprofessional woman (working Saturday night). Second, the elevators were broken AND the washer/dryer was out of service “for months” according to some of the employees. Terrible.

The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet also. The grounds had walkable areas for exercise. The pool and patio area were amazing and very relaxing. The room had no fridge or microwave although one was in the lobby. The vanity in the bathroom had peeling veneer and could be updated. The two ice machines near us were broken so the front desk supplied a bag of ice. The laundry room was out of service which left us in a bind. Breakfast was alright and items were as expected. There is coffee and tea all the time in the lobby but no ice water. Overall the stay was acceptable, especially because it was summer and the pool was open. I expect more though from the Hampton since it is our go to travel place. Would I stay at this one again? Yes if it were in the summer.

Bathroom was infested with live and dead gnats. It looks like previous guests who stayed in the room had killed some along the ceiling and they were never cleaned up. Shower curtain rod was broken causing the curtain not to stay in place resulting in excess water falling outside the tub. Had to use 6 bath size towels to help collect the water. There was mold all around the shower area. Staff was pleasant except one young girl who worked the overnight shift. I asked her for the extra towels and her response to everything was “uhuh mmhmm” lacking complete guest etiquette. Peter on the other hand was extremely pleasant when he checked me in. The gentleman from the kitchen area, I can’t recall his name was extremely helpful as well. Would I stay at this location again? Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

The foyer and breakfast area was real nice. However rooms are very outdated, particularly the bathroom. But also the carpet felt dirty and furniture had many scratches. Rooms definitely need a makeover. Building is also older and can hear the people next to you even when talking.

Staff was helpful , but my towels had stains, it was noisy late at night, breakfast wasn’t that good and cold, rooms were outdated and sheets had stains on them, smelled like weed outside constantly, hotel just felt outdated and dirty. I won’t stay here again.

Overall we had a nice stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable enough and the buffet breakfast was better than I expected. The loudness of the room doors were somewhat disturbing at later evening hours, but otherwise it was quiet. Also the house keeping wasn’t great since they skipped our room the second day. The front desk gave us clean towels and apologized at least.

We read the reviews but decided to book anyways. Stayed for the weekend. We’ve stayed years ago I guess in its glory days. It’s sad to see the condition it’s in. At least our room was clean and had no smells, bathroom needed repairs. The halls smell musty and the overall appearance needs some serious maintenance. The outside pool was dirty the towels looked like they been chewed by wolfs. I won’t stay here again

No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms and furniture was dated. I was denied a late check out even though people before me and after me were granted a late check out. I know this because my wife asked a half our later and they granted the woman in front of her and my wife a late check out. I can’t help but infer that it was my appearance and gender that precipitated the decision to deny my request but grant others. The food staff and maid staff were great.

This was our second stay at this Hampton Inn. One suggestion I have is they need more outlets in the room. We had a hard time finding places to charge all our electronics and had to switch them out to charge. Also, our air conditioner stopped working at one point while we were sleeping for about 6 hours and then randomly turned on. It was a very warm night and we would have slept better had it worked.

The hotel is showing its age, rusted door jams in the bathroom. Noisy air conditioning units. For a room with 2 queen size beds there is only one chair. Tv had only 4 channels after I was told the system was recently updated. Going to explore other options in the future.

The hotel and the rooms need a TLC and severe update, the rooms furniture are way to old the rooms would be nice with little Refrigerator and microwave, there is no closet to hang your clothes. Carpets need to be replaced with laminated floors or tiles, Carpets always catch smells.

Booked 3 rooms for my family. Only one room has key cards work. One room has other guest inside. One room key card does not work. We had to wait for over 2 hours after checked in and many trips back and forth to the front desk until received other two rooms. I am not happy with the check in process at this hotel at all.

We stayed for two nights for a lacrosse tournament and I was very impressed, especially with the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was great to hang out at night and the pool was a great hangout space as well. I had commented to the front desk that we did not have a fridge in our room, and within five minutes, we had one delivered to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation!

Around 8 the morning on my day if checkout I was am standing in the room and housekeeping let themselves into my room without knocking and checkout wasn’t until 11. I did not have clothes on. Other than that the stay was ok. I wouldn’t go again.

Was absolute worse hotel & staff I have ever experienced. Wound up checking out at 10pm. Night women managed extremely rude. They gave away our room & had to wait over 3 hours to checkin. This hotel is a complete disgrace.

My stay was okay. I did my best, but I had to ask for a crib three times. I also requested a clean set of sheets, but they never sent any, so I had to use the sheets I had for my baby. Additionally, the front desk staff was very rude and not welcoming at all.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The building is confusing because half of it is Hilton and the other half Hampton and it is a large building. The bartended Jerry was great and the fish tacos were awesome.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. It was within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Even though there were many people at the hotel it was never loud in our room.

Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very nice spacious room. Very nice breakfast and area to eat your breakfast. 25-30 minutes from airport even on Monday morning. Stayed here before and will stay here again when flying out of Newark.

Overall, the hotel was good. Unfortunately the other guests on our floor were noisy. They were talking loudly in the hallway at 3AM and slamming doors. People were knocking on doors and talking loudly again at 5AM. The hallways had a food odor. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very modern and so are the rooms. Room was very clean. Staff was most courteous, check in took less than two minutes. Restaurant is shared with Hilton and the food was very good. Morning breakfast was more than adequate. Plenty of fresh coffee. Shopping and restaurants are a five minute drive, and downtown is only fifteen minutes away.

It was a comfortable overnight stay. The complimentary breakfast was less than desirable and the coffee actually tasted like cleaning agents. The front desk was very professional and kind. Overall, a decent stay but probably won't return if we are in the area again. Sorry 😕 fix your coffee.

Breakfast was horrible, dry and crowded due to convention with the rudest guests. Housekeeping came in made bed took dirty towels did not leave new towels did not refill soap or lotion. Stains on the walls, shower gross and can pretty much pull spout off the wall. Pool was very nice when you finally got to it (Hampton and Hilton connected pool is on Hilton side so you had to walk down 4 hallways to get to). Needed to do laundry only to find out it was broken. Pillows were horrible - would definitely not recommend and definitely return

They advertise bacon in their complimentary breakfast, but didn’t have bacon. Also, the coffee they provide doesn’t taste good. They need to invest in different brand or company who provides them coffee
