Sonesta ES Suites Parsippany Morris Plains

The staff at this hotel are some of the most professional and helpful people I’ve encountered. Last minute, my mom, who recently had a stroke, needed a handicapped-accessible room. Maria, the manager, quickly moved things around and even offered an early check-in knowing I was driving straight from the hospital. That level of care meant so much to me. Esperanza in the kitchen was absolutely the sweetest and fastest! She worked nonstop making sure breakfast stayed stocked, clean, and organized. This is my second stay here, and I’d gladly drive extra time to my destination just to stay here again. You truly won’t go wrong booking this hotel. The housekeeping ladies do knock early, but honestly it helped keep us moving and out on time and they were all super sweet. My front desk guy (he’s Caribbean) was amazing too! Very knowledgeable about the area and great at explaining everything nearby and in the vicinity. Only suggestion I’d make would be keeping the ice machine running and emptying it more often when it gets too full. They do shut off the in-room ice makers, so make sure to turn yours on as soon as you arrive the ice starts making pretty quickly after that. Overall, awesome staff and a wonderful experience during a stressful time for my family. Thank you all again!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet. It had all the amenities I needed to stay a couple of days and I enjoyed the breakfast. It was a little more than a continental breakfast, which was nice.

Not a lot of towels. Dishes weren’t clean shower was dirty
