Sign at check in said they were short staffed. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Door to the room didn’t lock behind us when we left for dinner — had to bolted from inside the room. Old cigarette on floor in room. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Staff that was there was friendly and helpful.

The room has a heavy smoke smell and was filthy. I didn't stay the night and the manager agreed to reimburse Hotels.com and I would get the room reimbursement once that was reviewed. Please call me @ 508-965-5243 to discuss

Staff was friendly. We loved the front desk employee that checked us in. He was friendly, personable, and humorous. Excellent hospitality. I was very happy with the location and proximity to state parks. The building is a little outdated but not a concern.
