The restaurant didn’t answer the phone to place an order. I called front desk and the restaurant called me back 1 hour later from my first call. Pool was not working. Staff and manager were great. Sarah, was a rock star and the mgr on 6/19 also awesome. They just need more staff in restaurant seemed like one person doing everything there. Room keys failed 90% of time and you need them to get back into hotel. The room was great, except fridge had no freezer. Ac worked great, floor very quiet. Loved the fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and pillows.

Great location in the downtown area, so many restaurants and shops nearby! We only stayed one night but appreciated the noon checkout so we could workout and have breakfast and then get ready to leave without feeling rushed. There was only one elevator working, which led to some delays during higher traffic times, but no big deal if you're not in a hurry. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we liked having a balcony. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the place was clean!

Nice short walk to the commons. Great shuttle service as needed. The electronic keys sometimes would not open the doors … we had to make multiple treks back to the front desk.

The first night (Saturday) was very quiet, the second night (Sunday) was very noisy. The noise came from the street (trucks and other commercial activities). It started at 2am and stopped at around 6am. The hotel room was not clean and also the floor from the elevator to the room was not clean.

We spent two nights at Hotel Ithaca (8/20–8/22). While the hotel environment was so-so, the condition of the bedding was the worst part—dirty pillows and blankets with obvious stains. We definitely would not recommend staying here.

It is a perfect location to the city walking distance to almost everything you could need. Beautiful city, murals all over the place really makes the city look so unique. The hotel was dirty. Carpets in the hotel haven't been vacuumed which isn't a huge deal. The room wasn't cleaned the best either, our room had used soad in the shower. Also had broken curtains. Elevator was under construction and there was no light in the one working one. And breakfast was not available for the one night we did stay. For the amount of money we spent I expected a little better conditions but the city life made up for the hotel problems. I will be returning just to see the city again. Hopefully the hotel is in better conditions next time we visit.

Our room was very dusty. The headboard had about a half of inch of dust on it and there were broken nail clippings on the night stand and on the floor. The painting on the wall was so dusty The floors had not been cleaned. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I’m highly disappointed. On day 2 housekeeping barged in on us even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door.

The room could benefit from some renovations. There was evidence of a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The refrigerator compressor repeatedly turned on and off, causing noise. Additionally, our access card required reprogramming multiple times due to intermittent access issues.

Hotel right downtown. Beautiful view from corner suite. Couldn’t turn off AC in bedroom with outside temp 33 overnight. Shades in bedroom and living area broken. Bathtub bad rust stain. Furniture quite scuffed up.

Room was very nice with a large balcony, king sized bed but on one bedside no night stand? Check in was smooth but room was not available until 15 min after check in time.Some really nice features (plush robes) and then things that don't match - (lame coffee, no water!)

Wonderful staff, spacious rooms: especially the bathroom. All recently remodeled ( we were in the north tower). Walk to everything. Free parking and quick drive to all colleges. Only feedback is that the aircon was very loud. But I still slept well. Maybe provide glasses and cups instead of disposables and more moisturizer. There was only a small sachet for a room of 3 people.

Unfortunately when we showed up at 4:30 pm for our Saturday reservation, the hotel did not have rooms available yet for about 10 different parties. We ended up canceling the reservation and staying elsewhere.

My only complaint was that although at the check-in the staff provided very good service. However, after checking in, I tried calling the front desk 4 times from the room. No one answered. When I came down to the front desk, all front desk staff were chatting and laughing about something. I didn’t find that professional. What if I had an urgent inquiry or an emergency!

While this hotel has potential, the staff has made our stay one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This started by being assigned a room with a door that was somehow locked from the inside? Doug at the front desk refused to believe the fact that it could happen & said it was impossible in the most snarky tone. He even went so far as to insinuate that my husband was in there with someone else. After a 30 minute ordeal with maintenance, we were finally reassigned another room. Then, at 11:30 PM, our phone started ringing incessantly. I tried answering, but the phone was not working. This was followed by a front desk attendant coming up with security and asking us if we were actually guests of the hotel. Of course, this episode woke our ten month old. The location is great and the hotel has lovely amenities, but the staff ruined our stay.

Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t even wake in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Very clean! Staff was awesome. My only recommendation would be to have a recycle bucket in the room.

Traveling with kids and the pool was closed, which seems like it happens often based on previous reviews. It made our trip tougher on the kids who were looking forward to it. The exit closest to our room was near a sketchy gas station and the trash cans. There were often people hanging around there and people climbing in and out of the trash bins. Felt a bit unsafe.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. One corner away from the Greyhound bus terminal. Parking is free as well! 2 conrers away from Itjaca Commons where you can take the TCAT buses to everywhere! the hotel has free cold and hot water, coffee and tea at the lobby.

Hotel is good, plenty of parking. Area not the greatest, right next door to a 7/11 and there were a bunch of shady looking people hanging out there and in the hotel parking lot. Hotel restaurant is terrible, made everyone feel terrible the next day. Hotel itself was nice and the staff was very friendly.

We had accommodations for 2, but only 1 chair, directory for hotel services and meals non existent. hotel restaurant advertised a full menu. I made reservations only to find they were serving only hamburger, frozen, not fresh, French fries and a fish sandwich. No advance notice when I made a reservation of a limited menu. However, the staff were very pleasant. I would not consider this a luxury hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.
