Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ithaca by IHG

The room was filthy, particularly the console surface, which was wet and sticky. Upon wiping it, the tissue came away with a yellow-brown residue. Even after cleaning it ourselves, we didn't dare place any items on it. We only stayed one night, but that was enough to decide we will never return.

I believe without the Staff, my family and I will.not have an amazing pleasant stay. Besides the complimentary water and included breakfast, the staff hands down the best we've encountered, even better than the 4 star hotels.

We were on 3rd floor and there was a lot of clomping around happening above us all evening. It did stop at some point. Not sure if there is a workout room or something else on 4th floor, but it didn’t sound like normal movement around a carpeted hotel room. Otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and good beds. Workout room was great.

Definitely would stay here again. Great staff, room was great
