Stayed here for 2 nights for a lacrosse tournament and it was exactly what we were looking for. Many dining options withing a 5 minute drive, clean rooms and facility, plenty of parking, easy highway access, and the price was fantastic compared to other options. On site laundry facility and breakfast options. Excellent!

My husband stated there last night while in the area on business. Greeted warmly by staff when he arrived, room was great, loved the breakfast and has nothing to complain about. Wishes wife went too as place has a pool. Will stay again there when in area.

Our stay was great....great location to stop in to Lake George.....suite was great with the whirlpool and large bath area. Pool was great except a little cool (nobody there??). Breakfast is always great there and all staff are excellent and pleasant......we will be back.

The elevator was broken and they had us on the third floor. Hugh inconvenience!! The coffee machine in the cafeteria area was broken! The whole hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The staff was outstanding! Very apologetic for the elevator and helpful with other things such as room service.

There was an unpleasant odor coming from the unventilated rooms. There was no air freshener, and the bathtub was filthy and appeared to have been used for a pet's bath. No room cleaning was provided during the three-day tour; instead, people were standing in front of the kitchen with their pets. Over $300 a night wasn't reasonable for that type of hotel. For a family vacation, I won't suggest it. The sofa bed was old and awful.

I'm surprised it got as many stars as it has. It's a pretty shabby place. The room was dirty, garbage BEHIND the garbage can in the bathroom, drawers that don't close, no safe, no real closet, terrible lighting. Does not seem like a safe place to stay.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and has everything that you need for a great stay. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is decent and has several options for everyone.

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. When I first got there (about 7 pm) there was no one at the front desk. I had to scout around for someone. After about 5 minutes of calling, "helloooo" a person showed up.

The bathtub was stained and had hairs in it from a prior guest, the floor in the bathroom had drops of unknown liquid on the floor. The shower pressure was abysmal. The room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette even though it is a “nonsmoking” hotel and the overall appearance of the lobby and hallways were dingy and poorly kept up (carpets pulling and stained, scratches all over the walls). The sheets did not smell and did not have any visible stains so we were grateful for that. Disappointed for the $289 we paid. Felt more like a budget motel that should’ve been no more than $100/night.

Breakfasts were delicious, coffee from machine phenomenal, best pillows on bed. All Staff I interacted with were wonderful!! Room was clean. I did not get housekeeping 2 of the days I was there (I was told short staffed). It was okay as there were enough towels etc. Hall carpets on 2nd Floor were dirty and stained, not the best for appearance. Overall great visit!!

The problems were: 1) The room doors didn't close behind you as you left, so you had to close them carefully . . . 2) The business area computer did not work (a note apologized) . . . 3) The free breakfast area ran out of eggs . . . 4) We seemed to hear other guests walking by and/or talking more than in some motels.

Our stay at Sleep Inn in Queensbury was reasonable. Janice at the front desk was very helpful and always accommodating. The complimentary drink station and breakfast were both awesome. We booked the suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch which is where our problem occurred. The fold out couch was worse than an ER cot for the sick. The springs were poking out, it slouched downward in a haphazardly way with zero support or comfort. They're better off eliminating that option for the extra guest. It would behoove this hotel to invest in better sleep accommodations for their guests. Cringed doesn't give half the credit the sleeper sofa needs.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was overall very clean. The only drawback was the our refrigerator made a noise all night that kept us up. We asked for it to be checked out the next day or replaced but it was still making noise. We couldn’t unplug it so we had to turn it off, spoiling the food we had inside. The pillows were very lumpy-like they had been washed too many times. We asked for new pillows and they gave us slightly better ones. Overall, the place was clean and safe and very convenient.

I would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and bright. The continental breakfast was one of the best things as well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent!

I walked into my room for there to be hair at the bottom of the shower… the bottom of the shower itself was pretty gross too. I went down to the front desk to make them aware and the staff member was not the most gracious in handling the situation - I told her about the hair and the immediate reaction was “well we can’t change your room……. But I can’t have it cleaned” so I said yea if you can please have it cleaned and the hair was removed but still didn’t even feel comfortable to shower. The doors and walls are paper thin; there were a whole bunch of young kids yelling up and down the hall all night. The room was nice and the end was comfortable for what we paid. And I was surprised at the amount of Bree kava at options. Just think that all in all the staff could’ve handled the situation a little more hospitably, but overall it was fine for a one night stay.

We love staying at Sleep Inn when we visit Queensbury/Lake George. The hotel is close to everything - museums, events, shopping, dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Location was excellent. You're near Walmart, Target and numerous fast food chains. 5 minutes from Lake George. Hotel was clean and rooms were well kept. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Heather does a great job making sure that everything was okay in the breakfast hall. Would stay there again. .👍💯

Stay at this hotel !!! It was very clean & quiet. The breakfast was great, had everything- sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, bagels. The lady working in the breakfast area was amazing- so nice !! She was awesome at her job! My husband and I travel a lot and stay in hotels - this one was by far better than than average. Will definitely be back.

I always stay at the sleep inn in lake George when travelling on business. My room is great, bed is comfortable and a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in my room. The front desk staff are all personable and accommodating. The breakfast today was better than most diners and Free. Nothing to complain about with any facet of my stay,
