My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was very comfortable, the room had everything we needed and the property was easy to navigate/ park at. The staff was helpful and I would recommend this hotel. It is in a prime location for shopping and activities in the area.

Evening staff and overnight staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. Facility is very dated and sits on a busy street (stroad) in a neighborhood that has seen better days. Inside, the carpets retain many smells from the smoking indoors era. No elevators. Many rooms open out onto the street. Our rooms were newly renovated and clean. Freezer did not seem to work. Breakfast had minimal options (milk, cereal, apples, and a waffle maker) but everything was kept refilled and seemed fresh. Not a bad stay but just average. Staff were above average and made the experience better.

Hard beds, flat pillows, no elevator and had to lug everything up stairs. Loud noises in the middle of the night, either luggage going up the stairs constantly or kids bouncing off of the walls

Good appearance on the outside Bathroom was dirty, requested it to be cleaned, feel they did a terrible job cleaning once requested Shower curtain was broken, obviously used shampoo and soap bottles, counter was clearly dirty and not clean

The room was dirty and smelly. The sheet on the bed wasn’t clean. It was turn on the wrong side to hide the dirty spots. The hosts was nice and offer a new sheet which I had to change.

The room was surface clean but definitely needed a deeper clean. It looked like the wooden floors had been mopped with a dirty mop. There was dust and dirt in every nook and cranny. The thermostat was held on the wall with electrical tape and you can see where there was water damage on the ceiling they tried to flex tape over. When the people on the second floor checked in and turned on the water we were all woken up and afraid they were going to come through the ceiling.

The pictures of the hotel felt misleading - the bathroom ceiling was flaking and paint peeling off in a large area. The area above the shower was very water damaged and poorly attempted to fix by painting over it but it was cracked as well. The light above the bed was crooked and damage to painted walls in the room. It felt like a very low quality room that was quickly painted over for the site pictures. The bed was very stiff and I didn't sleep very well. I would not stay here again.

Everything was okay. There wasn’t much for breakfast so we went to a diner just down the road. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked fine. Overall, what we were looking for - a place to sleep!

Door latch broke on our way out. We were right next to the office so the manager saw what was going on and came right over. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes but unfortunately that made us late for our appointment

everything about the stay was below standard. wifi horribly slow, hard floors dirty, weird smell that never left, random super loud banging in the evening( which I still don't know if it was construction or a crazy person, because when I called to ask front desk they told me to hold on and never got back to me. bathroom needed a major caulk job. The breakfast was bare and not stocked at all. Will not be staying again.

The location was good. Close to Lake George village without the crowds. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The floor could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was in a very small room and basically just offered yogurt, cereal, and waffles when I went down that first morning. Walmart and Cumberland Farms are very close by if you want to pick up a coffee or food supplies.

I was disappointed that this Quality Inn was not equal to other quality inns I have stayed at! All Quality Inns offer a free breakfast that I have patronized. This Quality Inn's free breakfast was cornflakes, Fruit Loops, apples, yogurt, and a waffle maker! NO eggs, toast, bagels, or toast. No sausage, bacon or ham. No oatmeal and fruit. I was very disappointed that it did not seem like a Quality Inn. THe coffee was terrible.
